Claims (10)

1. An order processing method, comprising:
receiving a taxi taking request sent by User Equipment (UE) and acquiring taxi taking time of the taxi taking request sent by the UE;
obtaining an order cancellation record of the UE within a first preset time period from the taxi taking time, wherein the order cancellation record comprises a terminal corresponding to the order cancellation record;
generating an order according to the taxi taking request, and sending the order to a terminal to be answered, wherein the terminal to be answered does not comprise a terminal corresponding to the order cancellation record, when the taxi taking request sent by the user equipment UE is received, the fact that the order cancellation record exists in a first preset time period closest to the taxi taking time of the UE is determined, a server defaults the terminal to be answered of the order corresponding to the order cancellation record to be not suitable for the user, and marks the terminal to be answered;
before the order is sent to the order receiving terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the place of departure of the order is the same as the place of departure included in the order cancellation record, if so, shielding a terminal corresponding to the order cancellation record; if not, the terminal corresponding to the order canceling record is attributed to the terminal to be ordered.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the order cancellation record includes order cancellation reason information;
correspondingly, the step of sending the order to the terminal to receive the order specifically comprises the following steps:
and sending the order according to the order cancellation reason information and a corresponding preset rule.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the order cancellation reason information includes an acceptable wait time;
correspondingly, the sending the order according to the order cancellation reason information and the corresponding preset rule comprises:
obtaining the departure place information of the order;
acquiring a terminal with the driving receiving time less than the acceptable waiting time from the terminal to be called according to the departure place information;
and sending the order to the terminal.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the order cancellation reason information includes an acceptable distance;
correspondingly, the sending the order according to the order cancellation reason information and the corresponding preset rule comprises:
obtaining the departure place information of the order;
acquiring a terminal with a distance value smaller than the acceptable distance from the departure place of the UE from the terminal to be answered according to the departure place information;
and sending the order to the terminal.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and if the order canceling record times of the UE in a second preset time period from the current time point are larger than a preset threshold value, marking the UE as a list-refreshing UE.
6. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a sending module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a taxi taking request sent by User Equipment (UE) and acquiring taxi taking time of the taxi taking request sent by the UE;
an obtaining module, configured to obtain an order cancellation record of the UE within a first preset time period from the taxi taking time, where the order cancellation record includes a terminal corresponding to the order cancellation record
A sending module, configured to generate an order according to the taxi taking request, and send the order to a terminal to be answered, where the terminal to be answered does not include a terminal corresponding to the order cancellation record, where when a taxi taking request sent by the user equipment UE is received, it is determined that the order cancellation record exists in a first preset time period closest to the taxi taking time of the UE, and the server defaults the terminal to be answered of the order corresponding to the order cancellation record as unsuitable for the user, and marks the terminal to be answered;
the device also includes: a shielding module;
the shielding module is used for judging whether the place of departure of the order is the same as the place of departure included in the order cancellation record or not, and shielding a terminal corresponding to the order cancellation record if the place of departure of the order is the same as the place of departure included in the order cancellation record; if not, the terminal corresponding to the order canceling record is attributed to the terminal to be ordered.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the order cancellation record includes order cancellation reason information;
correspondingly, the sending module is configured to send the order according to the order cancellation reason information and a corresponding preset rule.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the order cancellation reason information comprises an acceptable wait time;
correspondingly, the sending module is specifically configured to obtain the information of the place of departure of the order; acquiring a terminal with the driving receiving time less than the acceptable waiting time from the terminal to be called according to the departure place information; and sending the order to the terminal.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the order cancellation reason information comprises an acceptable distance;
correspondingly, the sending module is specifically configured to obtain departure place information of the order; acquiring a terminal with a distance value smaller than the acceptable distance from the departure place of the UE from the terminal to be answered according to the departure place information; and sending the order to the terminal.
10. The apparatus of any one of claims 6-9, further comprising: a marking module;
the marking module is used for marking the UE as the order-brushing UE if the number of times of detecting and knowing that the order-cancelling record of the UE in a second preset time period from the current time point is greater than a preset threshold value.
