In the embodiment of the present application, since the riding order records the relevant behavior record between the driver and the passenger after the order is issued, for example: the method comprises the following steps that contents such as a traveling route of a driver, a starting place of the driver, a communication record between the driver and a passenger and the like are recorded, and target vehicle information issued by a riding order is also recorded, so after the riding order is cancelled, behavior record information (such as behavior record of the driver and behavior record of the passenger) of the target riding order and vehicle information for receiving the target riding order can be obtained through the cancelled riding order, namely: after the passenger places an order, the passenger sends the order to a certain vehicle terminal, wherein the vehicle information of the vehicle is recorded in the order, after the order is cancelled, the cancelled order can be used as a target riding order, the vehicle information of the vehicle can be used as the vehicle information of the above-mentioned target riding order, since the behavior record information can reflect various behavior records of the driver and the passenger before the order is cancelled (for example, whether the driver actively contacts the passenger, whether the driver is in contact with the passenger and whether the driver moves, and the like), the operator who cancels the order, the time information of the cancellation operation, and the like, whether the target vehicle has a behavior of malicious residence after receiving the target riding order can be judged according to the behavior record information, by the method, because manual participation is not needed, therefore, the method is beneficial to reducing the manual workload, and can judge a plurality of target riding orders at the same time, namely: the method can support large-scale order accountability, so that the method is favorable for improving the identification efficiency of the malicious residing behavior, and further better performs vehicle resource scheduling.
In one possible embodiment, the behavior record includes: communication log information of a driver of the target vehicle and trip log information of the target vehicle.
Specifically, the communication record can reflect whether the driver actively contacts the passenger and whether the driver contacts the passenger, and the travel record information can reflect all information about the action of the target vehicle from the time the target vehicle receives the order to the time the order is cancelled, such as: whether the driver is in the original place all the time, the distance between the driver and the passenger and the like can be judged according to the two records, for example, if the driver does not drive the target vehicle to move after receiving the order, the driver does not actively contact with the passenger, and the driver and the passenger do not obtain effective contact, the intention of the driver not actively receiving the passenger can be reflected through the aspects, and the driver can be determined to have the behavior of malicious stay.
It should be noted that the above is only an exemplary illustration, and the behavior of how to judge whether the driver has malicious residence according to the communication record information and the trip record information may be set according to actual needs, and is not specifically limited herein.
In one possible embodiment, when the behavior record information includes: when the communication record information of the driver of the target vehicle and the trip record information of the target vehicle are obtained, in step 103, it may be determined whether the driver of the target vehicle is in contact with the target passenger according to the communication record information; according to the travel record information, judging the distance information between the target vehicle and the target passenger and the running distance information of the target vehicle after receiving the riding order; and when the driver of the target vehicle does not contact the target passenger, the value corresponding to the distance information is larger than a first preset threshold value, and the value corresponding to the driving distance information is smaller than a second preset threshold value, determining that the target vehicle has a malicious resident behavior after receiving the target riding order.
Specifically, when a driver has malicious staying behavior, the driver indicates that the driver does not wish to pick up passengers, so that the driver does not contact target passengers after receiving an order (including active contact between the driver and the passengers or effective contact between the driver and the passengers), however, in order to exclude the situation that the driver does not contact the target passengers during driving, whether a value corresponding to distance information between the target vehicle and the target passengers is greater than a first preset threshold value or not is further required to be judged, if the value is greater than the first preset threshold value, the target vehicle is required to be moved and then can pick up the target passengers, if the value is less than or equal to the first preset threshold value, the target vehicle is indicated to be capable of receiving the target passengers without moving, and whether a value corresponding to distance information of the target vehicle after receiving the riding order is further required to be judged to be less than a second preset threshold value or not, if the distance information is smaller than the second preset threshold, the distance information indicates that the target vehicle runs for a short distance or does not move, and if the distance information is larger than or equal to the second preset threshold, the distance information indicates that the target vehicle has a large displacement, therefore, if the distance information corresponds to a distance larger than the first preset threshold, the value corresponding to the running distance information is smaller than the second preset threshold, the distance information indicates that the target vehicle can receive the target passenger only after the large displacement occurs, but the target vehicle does not move or has a short moving distance.
It should be noted that when at least one of the above three conditions is not satisfied, it is determined that the target vehicle does not have a behavior of malicious parking.
In one possible embodiment, the behavior record information includes: and the communication record information of the driver of the target vehicle and the cancellation operation record information of the target riding order.
Specifically, when the target vehicle has a behavior of malicious staying, the driver appears as: the method can judge whether the target vehicle has malicious resident behavior through the communication record information of the driver of the target vehicle and the cancellation operation record information of the target riding order.
It should be noted that, the specific manner for judging whether the target vehicle has the behavior of malicious staying using the communication record information of the driver of the target vehicle and the cancellation operation record information of the target riding order may be set according to actual needs, and is not particularly limited herein.
In a possible embodiment, when the behavior record information includes communication record information of the driver of the target vehicle and cancellation operation record information of the target riding order, when step 103 is executed, it may be determined whether the driver of the target vehicle is in contact with the target passenger based on the communication record information; determining information of a cancellation party of the target riding order and information of a time interval between the placing of the target riding order and the cancellation of the target riding order according to the cancellation operation record information; and when the driver of the target vehicle does not contact the target passenger, the information of the cancellation party is the target passenger, and the value corresponding to the time interval information is greater than a first preset time length, determining that the target vehicle has a behavior of malicious residence after receiving the target riding order.
In particular, when the driver has malicious staying behaviors, the driver does not have the intention of receiving passengers, so that the driver does not contact the target passenger after receiving the order (including the driver actively contacting the passenger, and the driver passively contacting the passenger), and forces the targeted passenger to cancel the order after waiting a period of time (e.g., the time interval between when the order is placed and when it is cancelled is greater than the first predetermined time period), so that when it is determined through the communication record that the driver is not in contact with the targeted passenger, and after the cancellation timing of the order is determined to be longer than the first preset time length and cancelled by the target passenger through the cancellation operation information, it can be determined that the driver does not have the intention to pick up the passenger, and thus the target vehicle is determined to have a malicious act of parking.
It should be noted that, when at least one of the three conditions is not satisfied, it is determined that the target vehicle does not have a behavior of malicious parking.
In one possible embodiment, the behavior record information includes: and the travel record information of the target vehicle and the cancel operation record information of the target riding order.
Specifically, the travel record information can reflect the behavior record of the target vehicle from the time when the target vehicle receives the order to the time when the order is cancelled, for example, whether the target vehicle moves after receiving the order, the distance between the driver and the passenger when receiving the order, and the like, the cancellation operation record information can reflect the time when the order is cancelled, when the target vehicle has the behavior of malicious staying, the target vehicle basically does not move the position, and the target passenger is forced to cancel the order after placing the order for a certain time, and the two kinds of information can reflect the contents, so that whether the target vehicle has the behavior of malicious staying can be judged according to the two kinds of information.
In one possible embodiment, when the behavior record information includes: when the travel record information of the target vehicle and the cancel operation record information of the target riding order are obtained, in step 103, the distance information between the target vehicle and the target passenger and the driving distance information of the target vehicle after receiving the riding order may be determined according to the travel record information; determining the information of a cancellation party of the target riding order and the information of the time interval between the placing of the target riding order and the cancellation of the target riding order according to the cancellation operation record information; and when the value corresponding to the distance information is larger than a first preset threshold value, the value corresponding to the driving distance information is smaller than a second preset threshold value, the cancellation party information is a target passenger, and the value corresponding to the time interval information is larger than a first preset time length, determining that the target vehicle has a malicious resident behavior after receiving the target riding order.
Specifically, when the distance value corresponding to the distance information is greater than a first preset threshold value, it indicates that the target vehicle must move before receiving the target passenger, and when the distance value corresponding to the travel distance information is less than a second preset threshold value, it indicates that the target vehicle does not move basically, or the travel distance is short and is not enough to receive the user, and the distance information and the travel distance information can reflect whether the target vehicle has the intention of receiving the target passenger.
It should be noted that, when at least one of the four conditions is not satisfied, it cannot be determined that the target vehicle has the behavior of malicious parking.
In one possible embodiment, the behavior record information includes: the system comprises communication record information of a driver of the target vehicle, travel record information of the target vehicle and cancel operation record information of the target riding order.
Specifically, the communication record information can reflect whether the driver and the passenger have got continuous, the travel record information can reflect the behavior record of the target vehicle from the time the target vehicle receives the order to the time the target vehicle cancels the order, for example, whether the target vehicle moves after receiving the order, the distance between the driver and the passenger when receiving the order, and the cancellation operation record information can reflect the time of canceling the order and canceling the order, and when the target vehicle has the behavior of malicious staying, the driver acts as: the driver does not get in contact with the passenger (including that the driver does not actively contact with the passenger and does not respond to any contact of the passenger), after receiving the order, the driver does not drive the target vehicle to move and forces the target passenger to execute the operation of canceling the order after waiting for a period of time, so that whether the target vehicle has a behavior of malicious residing can be judged through the three pieces of information, and when the target vehicle has the behavior of malicious residing, all conditions of the target vehicle related to the behavior of malicious residing at that time can be reflected by the three pieces of information, and therefore, when the behavior of malicious residing is judged through the three pieces of information, the accuracy of the judgment result is higher.
In one possible embodiment, when the behavior record information includes: when the communication record information of the driver of the target vehicle, the trip record information of the target vehicle, and the cancellation operation record information of the target riding order are recorded, in executing step 103, it may be determined whether the driver of the target vehicle is in contact with the target passenger according to the communication record information; according to the travel record information, judging the distance information between the target vehicle and the target passenger and the running distance information of the target vehicle after receiving the riding order; determining the information of a cancellation party of the target riding order and the information of the time interval between the placing of the target riding order and the cancellation of the target riding order according to the cancellation operation record information; and when the driver of the target vehicle does not contact the target passenger, the value corresponding to the distance information is greater than a first preset threshold value, the value corresponding to the driving distance information is less than a second preset threshold value, the cancellation party information is the target passenger, and the value corresponding to the time interval information is greater than a first preset time length, determining that the target vehicle has a malicious resident behavior after receiving the target riding order.
Specifically, when the target vehicle has a malicious staying behavior, the driver does not get in contact with the passenger (including that the driver does not actively contact with the passenger and the driver does not respond to any contact of the passenger), and when the value corresponding to the distance information is greater than a first preset threshold (the target passenger can be received after the target vehicle moves), and the value corresponding to the driving distance information is less than a second preset threshold (the target vehicle does not move or the moving range is small enough to receive the target passenger), and meanwhile, the target passenger cancels the order, and when the order is cancelled, the time interval between the order and the time when the order is distributed is greater than a first preset time length, when the target vehicle meets all the above conditions, the malicious staying behavior of the target vehicle can be accurately determined, and when any one of the above conditions is not met, cannot explain the behavior of the target vehicle with malicious residence.
In a possible implementation, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another data processing method provided in the first embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, when determining whether the driver of the target vehicle is in contact with the target passenger according to the communication record information is performed, the following steps may be performed:
step 201, according to the communication record information, judging whether the driver of the target vehicle meets all the following conditions: the driver of the target vehicle dials the contact number of the target passenger within the second preset time period, the driver of the target vehicle establishes a call connection with the target passenger within a third preset time period, and the driver of the target vehicle sends instant messaging information to the target passenger within a fourth preset time period.
Step 202, determining that the driver of the target vehicle is not in contact with the target passenger if the driver of the target vehicle does not satisfy all of the conditions.
Specifically, the way in which the driver and the passenger are connected includes: a voice call and instant messaging, wherein, if the voice call connection is successfully established within a third preset duration, or if the driver places the passenger's phone call (whether on or off) within a second predetermined period of time, or if the driver sends an instant message (whether the passenger replies or does not reply) within a fourth predetermined period of time indicating that the driver is in contact with the passenger, when at least one condition of the three conditions is met, the driver has the intention of receiving the passenger, when the three conditions are not met, the driver is not contacted with the passenger, the driver's will that the driver does not receive the passenger can be shown to a certain extent, so that whether the driver of the target vehicle contacts the target passenger can be judged according to the three conditions, and whether the driver has a behavior of malicious staying can be reflected to a certain extent.
It should be noted that, specific sizes of the first preset time period, the second preset time period, the third preset time period, and the fourth preset time period related in the embodiment of the present application may be set according to actual needs, and are not specifically limited herein.

The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein when the determining unit is configured to determine, according to the behavior record information, whether a behavior of malicious residing exists in the target vehicle corresponding to the vehicle information after receiving the target riding order, the determining unit includes:
according to the travel record information, judging the distance information between the target vehicle and the target passenger and the running distance information of the target vehicle after receiving the riding order; determining the information of a cancellation party of the target riding order and the information of the time interval between the placing of the target riding order and the cancellation of the target riding order according to the cancellation operation record information;
and when the value corresponding to the distance information is larger than a first preset threshold value, the value corresponding to the driving distance information is smaller than a second preset threshold value, the cancellation party information is a target passenger, and the value corresponding to the time interval information is larger than a first preset time length, determining that the target vehicle has a malicious resident behavior after receiving the target riding order.
8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the behavior record information comprises:
the system comprises communication record information of a driver of the target vehicle, travel record information of the target vehicle and cancel operation record information of the target riding order.

The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein when the determining unit is configured to determine, according to the behavior record information, whether a behavior of malicious residing exists in the target vehicle corresponding to the vehicle information after receiving the target riding order, the determining unit includes:
judging whether a driver of the target vehicle is in contact with a target passenger or not according to the communication record information; according to the travel record information, judging the distance information between the target vehicle and the target passenger and the running distance information of the target vehicle after receiving the riding order; determining the information of a cancellation party of the target riding order and the information of the time interval between the placing of the target riding order and the cancellation of the target riding order according to the cancellation operation record information;
and when the driver of the target vehicle does not contact the target passenger, the value corresponding to the distance information is greater than a first preset threshold value, the value corresponding to the driving distance information is less than a second preset threshold value, the cancellation party information is the target passenger, and the value corresponding to the time interval information is greater than a first preset time length, determining that the target vehicle has a malicious resident behavior after receiving the target riding order.
10. A data processing method, comprising:
obtaining a target riding order, wherein the target riding order is a cancelled riding order;
determining behavior record information of the target riding order and receiving vehicle information of the target riding order;
and judging whether the target vehicle corresponding to the vehicle information has a malicious resident behavior after receiving the target riding order according to the behavior record information.
11. An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a storage medium and a bus, the storage medium storing machine-readable instructions executable by the processor, the processor and the storage medium communicating over the bus when the electronic device is operating, the processor executing the machine-readable instructions to perform the method of claim 10.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the method of claim 10.
