本发明公开了一种旋转可调式金属门框，包括门框横梁、门框边框和卡接件，所述门框横梁的两端下部开设有缺口槽，所述缺口槽内部安装有短轴，所述门框边框的顶部固定连接有连接杆，所述连接杆的顶部开设有套孔，所述套孔活动套接于短轴，所述卡接件卡接于连接杆。该旋转可调式金属门框，通过设置的短轴及套孔配合使得门框边框与门框横梁之间可以旋转调节，并利用卡接件固定相对位置，不仅便于运输且安装方便，同时在短轴上设置有凹弧部可以使门框边框可以进行微转动调节，更适合在多种墙体上进行安装。

本发明属于门框技术领域，具体涉及一种旋转可调式金属门框。
背景技术
随着科技的进步，在门框技术领域中常常会用到较为稳固的金属门框。然而金属门框较为固定，焊接后不便于调节及运输，且在安装时由于门体与门框的微弱误差导致安装困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种旋转可调式金属门框，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种旋转可调式金属门框，包括门框横梁、门框边框和卡接件，所述门框横梁的两端下部开设有缺口槽，所述缺口槽内部安装有短轴，所述门框边框的顶部固定连接有连接杆，所述连接杆的顶部开设有套孔，所述套孔活动套接于短轴，所述卡接件卡接于连接杆。
优选的，所述连接杆的横截面为矩形，且连接杆的顶部设置为与套孔圆弧同面的弧形。
优选的，所述卡接件的左右两侧分别开设有卡接槽和预留槽，所述卡接槽与预留槽之间的卡接件上开设有条形通孔。
优选的，所述连接杆的一侧表面开设有螺纹孔，所述卡接件通过卡接槽卡接于连接杆，且从预留槽侧穿过条形通孔安装有与螺纹孔相匹配的螺栓。
优选的，所述短轴的两端贯穿固定连接在缺口槽两侧的门框横梁上，所述短轴位于缺口槽两侧内部的两端均设置有凹弧部。
本发明的技术效果和优点：该旋转可调式金属门框，通过设置的短轴及套孔配合使得门框边框与门框横梁之间可以旋转调节，并利用卡接件固定相对位置，不仅便于运输且安装方便，同时在短轴上设置有凹弧部可以使门框边框可以进行微转动调节，更适合在多种墙体上进行安装。

本发明提供了如图1-3所示的一种旋转可调式金属门框，包括门框横梁1、门框边框6和卡接件4，所述门框横梁1的两端下部开设有缺口槽11，所述缺口槽11内部安装有短轴2，所述门框边框6的顶部固定连接有连接杆5，所述连接杆5的顶部开设有套孔3，所述套孔3活动套接于短轴2，所述卡接件4卡接于连接杆5。
具体的，所述连接杆5的横截面为矩形，且连接杆5的顶部设置为与套孔3圆弧同面的弧形。
具体的，所述卡接件4的左右两侧分别开设有卡接槽41和预留槽42，所述卡接槽41与预留槽42之间的卡接件4上开设有条形通孔44。
具体的，所述连接杆5的一侧表面开设有螺纹孔51，所述卡接件4通过卡接槽41卡接于连接杆5，且从预留槽42侧穿过条形通孔44安装有与螺纹孔51相匹配的螺栓43。
具体的，所述短轴2的两端贯穿固定连接在缺口槽11两侧的门框横梁1上，所述短轴2位于缺口槽11两侧内部的两端均设置有凹弧部21。
具体的，安装时，先校准位置，并将门框横梁1固定在墙体上，然后通过套孔3与短轴2的旋转微调门框边框6的上下端位置，再通过套孔3与短轴2上设置的凹弧部21进行左右转动微调门框边框6与墙体的平行度，然后将门框边框6固定安装到墙体上，最后将卡接件41根据实时安装情况进行微修整后卡接到连接杆4上并安装螺栓43紧固。

1.一种旋转可调式金属门框，包括门框横梁(1)、门框边框(6)和卡接件(4)，其特征在于：所述门框横梁(1)的两端下部开设有缺口槽(11)，所述缺口槽(11)内部安装有短轴(2)，所述门框边框(6)的顶部固定连接有连接杆(5)，所述连接杆(5)的顶部开设有套孔(3)，所述套孔(3)活动套接于短轴(2)，所述卡接件(4)卡接于连接杆(5)；所述连接杆(5)的横截面为矩形，且连接杆(5)的顶部设置为与套孔(3)圆弧同面的弧形；所述卡接件(4)的左右两侧分别开设有卡接槽(41)和预留槽(42)，所述卡接槽(41)与预留槽(42)之间的卡接件(4)上开设有条形通孔(44)；所述连接杆(5)的一侧表面开设有螺纹孔(51)，所述卡接件(4)通过卡接槽(41)卡接于连接杆(5)，且从预留槽(42)侧穿过条形通孔(44)安装有与螺纹孔(51)相匹配的螺栓(43)；所述短轴(2)的两端贯穿固定连接在缺口槽(11)两侧的门框横梁(1)上，所述短轴(2)位于缺口槽(11)两侧内部的两端均设置有凹弧部(21)。
