Abstract
The invention discloses a petroleum oil stain cleaning agent which is characterized by comprising 30-99 parts of D-limonene and 1-70 parts of an emulsifying agent in parts by mass. The emulsifier comprises, by mass, 20-50 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-9, 20-40 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-3, 10-15 parts of cocamide DEA and 15-30 parts of ethanol. The components of the formula can easily, safely and efficiently remove oil stains on petroleum by strongly permeating, instantly dissolving and dispersing the surface of the adhered petroleum, changing the wettability, reducing the interfacial tension and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cleaning agents, and particularly relates to a petroleum oil stain cleaning agent.
Background
In the process of oil exploration and development, workers can be adhered with oil in each step of drilling, well repairing, operation, transportation, maintenance and the like, for example, in the well repairing process, the oil on the pulled oil pipe drops like rain, although various labor protection equipment is available, the workers cannot be completely worn in hot days, and therefore the workers can be adhered with oil on hands, bodies, faces and hairs. Petroleum components include alkanes, aromatics, colloids, asphaltenes, etc., have extremely complex heterocyclic structures and large molecular weights, and cannot be cleaned with conventional surfactants as in the case of washing animal and vegetable fats (simple low molecular weight fats).
Two-step methods have been used to wash petroleum:
the first step is as follows: cleaning petroleum with gasoline or kerosene or diesel oil or solvent (such as alcohol and petroleum ether) solubility, wherein the petroleum is dissolved in the gasoline or kerosene or diesel oil or solvent;
the second step is that: and cleaning the gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil or solvent used in the first step by using a hand sanitizer detergent.
Gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil or solvent all have certain toxicity and can irritate and damage the skin. After the skin care product is used, the skin is itchy and even chapped, and the skin is greatly damaged.

Preferably, the composition also comprises 1-50 parts of normal decane or polymerized normal decane and 1-5 parts of water in parts by mass.
Preferably, the D-limonene is a natural extract, and the mass content of the D-limonene is 85.0-99.0%.
More preferably, the mass content of the n-decane or the polymerized n-decane is 95.0 to 99.9 percent.
Preferably, the emulsifier is a formulation formulated with one or more surfactants.
Further preferably, the emulsifier further comprises an alcohol.

The D-limonene in the invention is a natural extract of peel oil of fruits such as citrus, sweet orange and lemon, and is dextrorotatory limonene, the content of dextrorotatory limonene is about 95%, and the quality and the effect are poor when the purity is lower than 80%.
The manufacturer of D-limonene is Brazilian Loudoff.
The emulsifier is a formulation that can be formulated with one or more surfactants that form a stable emulsion with D-limonene and n-decane or polymerized n-decane. A small amount of alcohol may be included in the formulation to facilitate the formation of a stable water-in-oil emulsion of the surfactant with limonene and n-decane or polymerized n-decane. Cococoyl ethoxylate-9 is C12-14 alkanol polyether-9, and cocoyl ethoxylate-3 is C12-14 alkanol polyether-3.
When in use, the invention can be sprayed or smeared on a human body or mechanical equipment to be cleaned.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the formula components adopt natural extracts of the epidermal oil of natural oranges and sweet oranges, the effective component is dextrolimonene, and a small amount of emulsifier compounded by derivatives of natural vegetable oil is added to prepare emulsion, so that the emulsion is a natural non-toxic environment-friendly formula, can effectively protect skin, is a small amount of the emulsion to be smeared on a petroleum oil dirty place like detergent, and is clean and fresh after being washed by water.
(2) The components of the formula can easily, safely and efficiently remove oil stains on petroleum by strongly permeating, instantly dissolving and dispersing the surface of the adhered petroleum, changing the wettability, reducing the interfacial tension and the like.

The emulsifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-9, 30 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-3, 10 parts of cocamide DEA and 20 parts of ethanol.
Example 2:
the petroleum oil stain cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 99 parts of D-limonene, 1 part of an emulsifier. The emulsifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 35 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-9, 30 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-3, 15 parts of cocamide DEA and 20 parts of ethanol.
Example 3:
the petroleum oil stain cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30 parts of D-limonene and 70 parts of an emulsifying agent. The emulsifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 35 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-9, 30 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-3, 15 parts of cocamide DEA and 20 parts of ethanol.
Example 4:
the petroleum oil stain cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 84 parts of D-limonene, 1 part of n-decane, 15 parts of an emulsifying agent and 3 parts of water. The emulsifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 35 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-9, 30 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-3, 15 parts of cocamide DEA and 20 parts of ethanol.
Example 5:
the petroleum oil stain cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 35 parts of D-limonene, 50 parts of n-decane, 15 parts of an emulsifying agent and 1 part of water. The emulsifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 35 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-9, 30 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-3, 15 parts of cocamide DEA and 20 parts of ethanol.
Example 6:
the petroleum oil stain cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 84 parts of D-limonene, 15 parts of an emulsifying agent, 1 part of water and 25 parts of polymerized n-decane. The emulsifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-9, 40 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-3, 15 parts of cocamide DEA and 15 parts of ethanol.
Example 7:
the petroleum oil stain cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80 parts of D-limonene, 15 parts of an emulsifying agent, 5 parts of water and 25 parts of n-decane. The emulsifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-9, 20 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-3, 12 parts of cocamide DEA and 30 parts of ethanol.
In the above examples, the mass content of D-limonene was 85.0-99.0%, and the mass content of n-decane or polymerized n-decane was 95.0-99.9%.
Taking petroleum of different oil fields and different types in China to respectively carry out cleaning tests:
different petroleum is smeared on the hands and penetrates into nail seams. Dropping 1-2 drops (about 0.1 ml) of the petroleum cleaning agent prepared in the example 1 on the petroleum polluted places, smearing and covering all the petroleum polluted places, mutually rubbing the petroleum polluted places on the nail seams with nails, cleaning with tap water, and observing by naked eyes that no oil pollution exists on the hands and in the nail seams.

The petroleum oil stain cleaning agent is characterized by comprising 80-99 parts of D-limonene, 1-70 parts of emulsifying agent, 1-50 parts of n-decane or polymerized n-decane and 1-5 parts of water by mass, wherein the D-limonene is a natural extract, and the mass content of the D-limonene is 85.0-99.0%; the emulsifier comprises, by mass, 20-50 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-9, 20-40 parts of cocoyl ethoxylate-3, 10-15 parts of cocamide DEA and 15-30 parts of ethanol, wherein the cocoyl ethoxylate-9 is C12-14 alkanol polyether-9, and the cocoyl ethoxylate-3 is C12-14 alkanol polyether-3.
2. The cleaning agent for petroleum oil stain according to claim 1, wherein the mass content of the n-decane or the polymerized n-decane is 95.0-99.9%.
