Abstract

本发明涉及预涂膜技术领域,具体涉及一种环保预涂膜及其制备方法。环保预涂膜由基材层和热熔胶层以及置于两者之间的粘接层复合而成,基材层为聚脂薄膜,热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层、EVA热熔胶层、PE热熔胶层或PA热熔胶层。基材层的厚度为10‑30微米,热熔胶层的厚度为5‑15微米,粘结层的厚度为1‑5微米。首先利用挤出机生产基材层,然后通过复合机将涂有粘结层的基材层与热熔胶层热压复合制成环保预涂膜。本发明的产品与纸品粘合性好,完美满足生产需要。同时这种预涂膜可对印刷品起到防水、防污及耐磨等保护作用。

一种环保预涂膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及预涂膜技术领域,具体涉及一种环保预涂膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
预涂膜是指预先将塑料薄膜上胶、复卷后,再与纸张印品复合的工艺。它先由预涂膜加工厂根据使用规格、幅面,将胶液涂布在薄膜上复卷后供使用厂家选择,而后再与印刷品进行复合。
现有技术中的预涂膜,主要存在粘合性差,不能满足生产需要。同时这种预涂膜无法对印刷品起到防水、防污及耐磨等保护作用。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种环保预涂膜及其制备方法,具有与纸制品粘合性好等优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种环保预涂膜,由基材层和热熔胶层以及置于两者之间的粘接层复合而成,所述基材层为聚脂薄膜,所述热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层、EVA热熔胶层、PE热熔胶层或PA热熔胶层。
作为本发明的优选实施例,所述粘结层由丙烯酸乳液5-15份、流平剂1-4份、水5-13份、二苯甲酮2-4份、牡丹酚1-3份和三氟丙磺隆1-2份制成。
进一步优选地,所述粘结层由丙烯酸乳液7份、流平剂2份、水9份、二苯甲酮3份、牡丹酚2份和三氟丙磺隆1.3份制成。
作为本发明的优选实施例,所述基材层的厚度为10-30微米,所述热熔胶层的厚度为5-15微米,所述粘结层的厚度为1-5微米。
进一步优选地,所述基材层的厚度为25微米,所述热熔胶层的厚度为11微米,所述粘结层的厚度为2微米。
一种环保预涂膜的制备方法,首先利用挤出机生产基材层,然后通过复合机将涂有粘结层的基材层与热熔胶层热压复合制成环保预涂膜。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
1、产品与纸品粘合性好,完美满足生产需要。同时这种预涂膜可对印刷品起到防水、防污及耐磨等保护作用。
2、通过合理设计粘结层的组分,从而达到产品与纸品粘合性好的效果。
3、通过合理设计各层组分,从而使产品可对印刷品起到防水、防污及耐磨等保护作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保预涂膜,由基材层和热熔胶层以及置于两者之间的粘接层复合而成,基材层为聚脂薄膜,热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层。
粘结层由丙烯酸乳液7份、流平剂2份、水9份、二苯甲酮3份、牡丹酚2份和三氟丙磺隆1.3份制成。
基材层的厚度为10微米,热熔胶层的厚度为15微米,粘结层的厚度为1微米。
首先利用挤出机生产基材层,然后通过复合机将涂有粘结层的基材层与热熔胶层热压复合制成环保预涂膜。
实施例2
一种环保预涂膜,由基材层和热熔胶层以及置于两者之间的粘接层复合而成,基材层为聚脂薄膜,热熔胶层为EVA热熔胶层。
粘结层由丙烯酸乳液15份、流平剂1份、水13份、二苯甲酮2份、牡丹酚3份和三氟丙磺隆1份制成。
基材层的厚度为25微米,热熔胶层的厚度为11微米,粘结层的厚度为2微米。
首先利用挤出机生产基材层,然后通过复合机将涂有粘结层的基材层与热熔胶层热压复合制成环保预涂膜。
实施例3
一种环保预涂膜,由基材层和热熔胶层以及置于两者之间的粘接层复合而成,基材层为聚脂薄膜,热熔胶层为PE热熔胶层。
粘结层由丙烯酸乳液5份、流平剂4份、水5份、二苯甲酮4份、牡丹酚1份和三氟丙磺隆2份制成。
基材层的厚度为30微米,热熔胶层的厚度为5微米,粘结层的厚度为5微米。
首先利用挤出机生产基材层,然后通过复合机将涂有粘结层的基材层与热熔胶层热压复合制成环保预涂膜。

1.一种环保预涂膜,其特征在于,由基材层和热熔胶层以及置于两者之间的粘接层复合而成,所述基材层为聚脂薄膜,所述热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层、EVA热熔胶层、PE热熔胶层或PA热熔胶层。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保预涂膜,其特征在于,所述粘结层由丙烯酸乳液5-15份、流平剂1-4份、水5-13份、二苯甲酮2-4份、牡丹酚1-3份和三氟丙磺隆1-2份制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的环保预涂膜,其特征在于,所述粘结层由丙烯酸乳液7份、流平剂2份、水9份、二苯甲酮3份、牡丹酚2份和三氟丙磺隆1.3份制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的环保预涂膜,其特征在于,所述基材层的厚度为10-30微米,所述热熔胶层的厚度为5-15微米,所述粘结层的厚度为1-5微米。
5.如权利要求4所述的环保预涂膜,其特征在于,所述基材层的厚度为25微米,所述热熔胶层的厚度为11微米,所述粘结层的厚度为2微米。
6.一种制备如权利要求1-5任一项所述环保预涂膜的方法,其特征在于,首先利用挤出机生产基材层,然后通过复合机将涂有粘结层的基材层与热熔胶层热压复合制成环保预涂膜。
