本发明属于建筑材料领域,提出一种屋面防水抗裂砂浆,原料按重量份包括:普通硅酸盐水泥30‑40份,黄砂10‑20份,熟石膏5‑15份,自来水25‑35份,页岩纤维1‑5份,PVA纤维1‑5份,有机硅1‑5份,醇酯十二1‑5份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1‑5份;提高了水泥砂浆的自防水性能,使之可以作为防水层参与屋面防水体系;产品延展性好,抗渗性及防水性能佳;产品造价低,利于大范围推广使用。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种隔音地板弹性面层原料。
背景技术
屋面防水是建筑物防水的重要环节。减少屋面材料内外温差,降低其伸缩系数,能有效减少屋面防水体系的裂缝,进而提高其防水效率。水泥砂浆作为一种水硬性材料,自身防水性能较差,不能用作独立防水层,目前常用的防水材料是防水卷材及高分子涂膜防水,但防水卷材受环境因素影响较大,易老化导致防水层撕裂从而导致漏水现象的发生,而高分子涂膜防水材料的伸缩性能较好,但价钱却是居高不下。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,提高水泥砂浆的自防水性能,以期其能作为防水层参与屋面防水体系,提高防水作用,本发明提出一种屋面防水抗裂砂浆。
技术方案
一种屋面防水抗裂砂浆,原料按重量份包括:普通硅酸盐水泥30-40份,黄砂10-20份,熟石膏5-15份,自来水25-35份,页岩纤维1-5份,PVA纤维1-5份,有机硅1-5份,醇酯十二1-5份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1-5份。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.提高了水泥砂浆的自防水性能,使之可以作为防水层参与屋面防水体系。
2.产品延展性好,抗渗性及防水性能佳。
3.产品造价低,利于大范围推广使用。

一种屋面防水抗裂砂浆,原料按重量份包括:普通硅酸盐水泥40Kg,黄砂18Kg,熟石膏12Kg,自来水35Kg,页岩纤维3Kg,PVA纤维2Kg,有机硅5Kg,醇酯十二2Kg,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3Kg。
