Abstract
防水、保温、装饰、一体化节能保温板,涉及建筑技术领域,解决现有防水保温装饰结构由于防水与土建交叉施工,造成防水渗漏等问题,包括由外向内依次设置的保护层、防水层和保温层;所述保温层和保护层交错平行设置在防水层的两侧;所述保温层在长度方向上露出的防水层与保护层在长度方向上露出的防水层分别作为两个平面搭接端且所述两个平面搭接端的长度相等。两个平面搭接端的形状分别设置为半圆扣接槽或半圆扣接榫,本发明所述的保温板整体质量轻,减少屋面荷载;节能保温板减少了钢筋混凝土的用量,节约能源降低能耗;本发明所述的节能板施工方便、速度快,缩短工期,减少施工成本等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑技术领域,具体涉及一种防水、保温、装饰、一体化节能保温板。
背景技术
针对现有平屋面的防水保温结构由外向内均为3公分砂浆保护层、防水层、3公分砂浆找平层、保温层等,对于坡屋面防水、保温、装饰结构,在最外层有装饰瓦,然后依次是3-5公分混凝土层、防水层、找平层和保温层等。
但是,对于现有的防水保温结构存在以下几点问题:
1)工序复杂、工期长;
2)由于防水与土建交叉施工,造成防水渗漏;
3)由于天气原因不可控制,如雨雪季,造成加大保温层含水量,现在施工加大含水量,影响保温效果;并且工程质量影响使用寿命功能等;
4)装饰瓦存在高能耗,烧制施工复杂且工期长的问题。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有防水保温装饰结构由于防水与土建交叉施工,造成防水渗漏等问题,提供一种防水、保温、装饰、节能一体化保温板。
防水、保温装饰、节能一体化保温板,包括由外向内依次设置的保护层、防水层和保温层;所述保温层和保护层交错平行设置在防水层的两侧;所述保温层在长度方向上露出的防水层与保护层在长度方向上露出的防水层分别作为两个平面搭接端且所述两个平面搭接端的长度相等。
本发明的有益效果:1、一体化节能保温板整体质量轻,减少屋面荷载;2、一体化节能保温板减少了钢筋混凝土的用量,节约能源降低能耗;3、一体化节能板施工方便、速度快,缩短工期,减少施工成本;4、一体化节能板,避免了交叉施工,工程质量可控,防水、保温、装饰效果好,大大提高使用寿命;5、一体化节能板能够工厂化大批量生产,符合国家住宅产业化政策。

具体实施方式
具体实施方式一、结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,防水、保温装饰、节能一体化保温板,包括由外向内依次设置的保护层1、防水层2和保温层3;所述保温层3和保护层1交错平行设置在防水层2的两侧。所述保温层3在长度方向上露出的防水层2与保护层1在长度方向上露出的防水层2分别作为两个平面搭接端4且所述两个平面搭接端4的长度相等。
本实施方式所述的两个平面搭接端4的形状分别设置为半圆扣接槽5或半圆扣接榫6。
本实施方式所述的所述保护层1、防水层2和保温层3的长度相同,且所述保温层的两端分别设置半圆扣接榫或半圆扣接槽。所述保温层3的两端设有防水层2。
本实施方式所述的外层保护层1,根据使用部位不同,选用保护板的材质、厚度、形状、外观不同,在特定部位使用,保护层也可作为装饰层,有丰富的造型和色彩,有极强的质感和装饰效果,在平面非上人屋面使用可选用0.5cm-5cm厚无机加筋树脂板或相同厚度的加筋水泥压力板。在坡屋面使用可选择特制的无机轻质板厚度0.5cm-10cm厚,经装饰处理的无机树脂板或水泥压力板。也可选择CNF防水装饰片材(在选用防水装饰片材时,同时取代防水层)。所述外保护层(装饰层)尺寸可根据需求确定。
本实施方式所述的防水层2,根据使用部位不同,功能需求不同,选用不同材质的防水材料,所选防水材料主要是能够和外层保护层1,保温层3有机的结合在一起,防水材料的拉拔强度≥0.1Mpa。防水材料厚度0.01cm-1cm,尺寸可根据需求确定。
本实施方式中所述的保温层3,根据使用部位不同,功能需求不同,选用不同材质的A1级保温材料。厚度2cm-20cm,尺寸可根据需求确定。
本实施方式所述的一体化节能保温板,保护层1、防水层2和保温层3紧密粘合在一起,形成一体,拉拔强度≥0.1Mpa。

Claims (8)
1.防水、保温装饰、节能一体化保温板,包括由外向内依次设置的保护层(1)、防水层(2)和保温层(3);其特征是,所述保温层和保护层(1)交错平行设置在防水层(2)的两侧,所述保温层(3)在长度方向上露出的防水层(2)与保护层(1)在长度方向上露出的防水层(2)分别作为两个平面搭接端(4),且所述两个平面搭接端(4)的长度相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水、保温装饰、节能一体化保温板,其特征在于,所述两个平面搭接端(4)的形状分别设置为半圆扣接槽(5)或半圆扣接榫(6)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防水、保温装饰、节能一体化保温板,其特征在于,对于平屋面,保护层(1)选用0.5cm-5cm的无机加筋树脂板或相同厚度的加筋水泥压力板,对于坡屋面,保护层(1)使用厚度为0.5cm-10cm的无机轻质板或者经装饰处理的无机树脂板或水泥压力板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水、保温装饰、节能一体化保温板,其特征在于,对于坡屋面,保护层(1)选择CNF防水装饰片材,且保护层(1)同时取代防水层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防水、保温装饰、节能一体化保温板,包括由外向内依次设置的保护层、防水层和保温层;其特征在于,所述保护层、防水层和保温层的长度相同,且所述保温层的两端分别设置半圆扣接榫或半圆扣接槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防水、保温装饰、节能一体化保温板,其特征在于,所述保温层(3)的两端设有防水层(2)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的防水、保温装饰、节能一体化保温板,其特征在于,对于平屋面,保护层(1)选用0.5cm-5cm的无机加筋树脂板或相同厚度的加筋水泥压力板,对于坡屋面,保护层(1)使用厚度为0.5cm-10cm的无机轻质板或者经装饰处理的无机树脂板或水泥压力板。
8.根据权利要求5所述的防水、保温装饰、节能一体化保温板,其特征在于,对于坡屋面,保护层(1)选择CNF防水装饰片材,且保护层(1)同时取代防水层。
