本发明涉及一种联轴器拆卸工装，包括底板、顶座、顶柱、螺杆、上压板、压接螺母，底板的两侧分别经左、右两螺杆穿接上压板两侧后旋接压接螺母，顶座固定设置于底板上，顶座上设有朝向上压板方向的顶柱，顶座为液压或电动或气动结构驱动顶柱升降。结构简单，操作稳定、便捷，能有效将断开遗留在联轴器内废轴头拆卸取出，降低使用成本。

本发明涉及一种工装夹具，具体说是一种联轴器拆卸工装。
背景技术
在减速机传动发生意外时，联轴器内会发生传动轴断开并遗留下废轴头，废轴头在联轴器内卡紧无法取出，通常直接报废联轴器，提高使用成本。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构简单，操作稳定、便捷，能有效将断开遗留在联轴器内废轴头拆卸取出，降低使用成本的联轴器拆卸工装。
本发明采用的技术方案是：一种联轴器拆卸工装，其特征在于：包括底板、顶座、顶柱、螺杆、上压板、压接螺母，底板的两侧分别经左、右两螺杆穿接上压板两侧后旋接压接螺母，顶座固定设置于底板上，顶座上设有朝向上压板方向的顶柱，顶座为液压或电动或气动结构驱动顶柱升降。
所述上压板上设有吊耳。
所述上压板下端面设有对应顶柱放置联轴器的沉台或通孔。
本发明使用时，控制顶座使顶柱上升，将内嵌有废轴头的联轴器对应抵紧上压板下端面的沉台或通孔内，旋转压接螺母在螺杆上升降将上压板朝下压紧，确保联轴器稳定定位在顶柱和上压板间，顶柱持续上顶联轴内废轴头或压接螺母持续通过上压板下压联轴器内废轴头，使废轴头脱出联轴器，其操作简单、稳定、便捷，能有效将断开遗留在联轴器内废轴头拆卸取出，联轴器可二次利用，有利于降低使用成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例作进一步说明。
图1所示一种联轴器拆卸工装包括底板1、螺杆2、顶座3、顶柱4、压接螺母5、上压板6、吊耳8。底板1的两侧分别经左、右两螺杆2穿接上压板6两侧后旋接压接螺母5，顶座3固定设置于底板1上，顶座3上设有朝向上压板方向的顶柱4，顶座为液压或电动或气动结构驱动顶柱升降，上压板6上设有对应顶柱的压接通孔7，使用时，带废轴头的联轴器对应压接通孔7外并限位，压出的废轴头则由压接通孔内拆卸出。

1.一种联轴器拆卸工装，其特征在于：包括底板、顶座、顶柱、螺杆、上压板、压接螺母，底板的两侧分别经左、右两螺杆穿接上压板两侧后旋接压接螺母，顶座固定设置于底板上，顶座上设有朝向上压板方向的顶柱，顶座为液压或电动或气动结构驱动顶柱升降。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种联轴器拆卸工装，其特征在于：所述上压板上设有吊耳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种联轴器拆卸工装，其特征在于：所述上压板下端面设有对应顶柱放置联轴器的沉台或通孔。
