As shown in fig. 6 to 8, in particular, the compound machine comprises a frame, wherein a first unreeling drum 19 for installing double-layer mesh cloth, a second unreeling drum 20 for installing a first PVC film, a third unreeling drum 21 for installing a second PVC film and a reeling drum 22 for reeling compound fabric are rotatably arranged on the frame; a first drying box 24 through which the double-layer mesh cloth passes and is dried is fixedly arranged on the frame, a second drying box 25 through which the double-layer mesh cloth passes and is dried is fixedly arranged above the first drying box 24, a first auxiliary roller 26 is rotatably arranged at one side in the first drying box 24, the first auxiliary roller 26 and a first winding drum 19 are parallel to each other and are positioned in the same horizontal plane, a second auxiliary roller 27 is rotatably arranged above the first auxiliary roller 26, a third auxiliary roller 28 is arranged above the first winding drum 19, and the second auxiliary roller 27 and the third auxiliary roller 28 are parallel to each other and are respectively positioned at two sides of the second drying box 25; the inlet of the first drying box 24 is provided with a first roller coating device 29 for coating glue on one side of the double-layer mesh cloth, the inlet of the second drying box 25 is provided with a second roller coating device 30 for coating glue on the other side of the double-layer mesh cloth, a first heating roller 31 is rotatably arranged on a frame, a second heating roller 32 is arranged above the first heating roller 31, the second heating roller 32 is arranged on the frame through a lifting mechanism, a feeding channel 33 for the double-layer mesh cloth, a first PVC film and a second PVC film to pass through is formed between the first heating roller 31 and the second heating roller 32, and an embossing mechanism for embossing the surface of the composite fabric is arranged between the first heating roller 31 and the winding drum 22; an air cooler 34 for cooling is arranged between the embossing mechanism and the winding drum 22.
The working principle of the compound machine is as follows: the double-layer mesh cloth is arranged on a first unwinding drum 19, a first PVC film is arranged on a second unwinding drum 20, a second PVC film is arranged on a third unwinding drum 21, the double-layer mesh cloth passes through a first drying box 24, winds a first auxiliary roller 26, a second auxiliary roller 27, passes through a second drying box 25, winds a third auxiliary roller 28 and passes through a feeding channel 33, is finally fixed on a winding drum 22, one surface of the double-layer mesh cloth is coated with glue through a first roller coating device 29, the first drying box 24 is heated and baked, the other surface of the double-layer mesh cloth is coated with glue through a second roller coating device 30, the second drying box 25 is heated and baked, the first PVC film is attached to the upper surface of the double-layer mesh cloth when passing through the feeding channel 33, the second PVC film is attached to the lower surface of the double-layer mesh cloth, the first heating roller 31 and the second heating roller 32 are extruded and fused for compounding, then the original pattern on the double-layer mesh cloth is deepened through a embossing mechanism, and finally the double-layer mesh cloth is wound after a mechanism air cooler 34.
In the compound machine, an S-shaped structure is formed by the first auxiliary roller 26, the second auxiliary roller 27, the third auxiliary roller 28 and the first unreeling roller 19, the gluing surfaces of the double-layer mesh cloth are all upward, the glue flow is reduced, and the glue quantity on the two surfaces of the double-layer mesh cloth is uniform.
The original flowers of the double-layer mesh cloth can be deepened through the embossing mechanism, and the deformation of the flowers on the double-layer mesh cloth after the first PVC film and the second PVC film are compounded is prevented.
The first roll coating device 29 and the second roll coating device 30 in the compound machine are common and commonly used devices in the market in the prior art.
Specifically, the lifting mechanism comprises a first push rod motor 35 and a first lifting frame 36, the first push rod motor 35 is fixedly arranged on the frame, the output shaft is vertically downward, the first lifting frame 36 is fixedly arranged at the end part of the output shaft of the first push rod motor 35, the second heating roller 32 is rotatably arranged on the first lifting frame 36, and two adjusting rods 37 capable of supporting and adjusting the lowest height of the first lifting frame 36 are fixedly arranged on the frame. The first push rod motor 35 is started to drive the first lifting frame 36 to lift up and down, the first lifting frame 36 drives the second heating roller 32 to lift up and down, and the lowest moving height of the first lifting frame 36 is adjusted through the adjusting rod 37 to prevent the second heating roller 32 from colliding with the first heating roller 31.
Specifically, the embossing mechanism comprises an embossing plate 38 and an embossing roller 39, a plurality of grooves 43 are formed in the embossing plate 38, a first roller and a second roller are rotatably arranged on a frame, a conveying belt 40 is sleeved on the first roller and the second roller, the conveying belt 40 has elasticity, the embossing roller 39 is arranged on the frame through a lifting mechanism, annular pressing blocks 41 matched with the grooves are fixedly arranged on the circumferential surface of the embossing roller 39 at equal intervals, the lifting mechanism comprises a second push rod motor 42 and a second lifting frame 23, the second push rod motor 42 is fixedly arranged on the frame, an output shaft is vertically downward, the second lifting frame 23 is fixedly arranged at the end part of the output shaft of the second push rod motor 42, and the embossing roller 39 is rotatably arranged on the second lifting frame 23. The elevation of the embossing drum 39 is controlled by a lifting mechanism, the embossing drum 39 runs synchronously with the conveyor belt 40, and an annular press block 41 on the embossing drum 39 enables the conveyor belt 40 to sink into the recess 43.

Claims (7)

1. The high-air-permeability air cushion bed comprises a mattress body with a cavity inside, and is characterized in that the side surface of the mattress body is attached with a wear-resistant layer; the upper surface and the lower surface of the mattress body are provided with a plurality of arc-shaped bulges, a permeable channel is formed between every two adjacent bulges, the permeable channel is provided with anti-skid wiredrawing lines, and the upper surface of the mattress body is also provided with an inflation head I; the manufacturing method of the high-air-permeability air cushion bed comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing double-layer mesh cloth: taking polyester yarns as raw materials of base yarns and wiredrawing, weaving by a warping machine to obtain first mesh cloth and second mesh cloth, and sewing the first mesh cloth and the second mesh cloth through yarns to form ventilation grooves to obtain double-layer mesh cloth;
s2, preparation of a PVC film: the PVC ingredients are subjected to four-roll calendering after high-speed stirring, banburying and refining, and are subjected to traction, embossing, cooling, trimming and coiling to obtain the PVC composite material;
s3, preparing a composite fabric: putting the double-layer mesh cloth in the step S1 and the PVC film in the step S2 into a compounding machine, taking the double-layer mesh cloth prepared in the step S1 as a framework material, coating glue on the outer side of the first mesh cloth or the second mesh cloth by a sizing roller, drying and pre-shaping, and then laminating the PVC film in the step S2 on the first mesh cloth or the second mesh cloth by hot melting;
s4, preparing a wear-resistant layer film: the double-layer mesh cloth is soaked in PVC pasty resin slurry and prebaked, PVC films in the step S2 are bonded on two sides of the double-layer mesh cloth in a hot-melting manner to prepare a wear-resistant layer film, and then the wear-resistant layer film is cooled, shaped and coiled to form a filling bag on the wear-resistant layer film and is provided with a through hole;
s5, preparing an air cushion: the PVC film in step S2 is crimped to form support posts,
cutting the edge of the composite fabric prepared in the step S3 according to a drawing, and then attaching the wear-resistant layer film prepared in the step S4 to form an air duct during attaching, wherein a first air valve is arranged on the upper opening of the composite fabric, an opening connected with a supporting upright post is arranged on the composite fabric, and a second air valve is arranged on the upper opening of the composite fabric to form an air cushion; the compound machine comprises a frame, wherein a first unreeling drum for installing double-layer mesh cloth, a second unreeling drum for installing a first PVC film, a third unreeling drum for installing a second PVC film and a reeling drum for reeling compound fabric are rotatably arranged on the frame; the machine frame is fixedly provided with a first drying box for the double-layer mesh cloth to pass through and dry, a second drying box for the double-layer mesh cloth to pass through and dry is fixedly arranged above the first drying box, one side in the first drying box is rotationally provided with a first auxiliary roller, the first auxiliary roller and a first winding drum are parallel to each other and are positioned in the same horizontal plane, the upper part of the first auxiliary roller is rotationally provided with a second auxiliary roller, the upper part of the first winding drum is provided with a third auxiliary roller, and the second auxiliary roller and the third auxiliary roller are parallel to each other and are respectively positioned on two sides of the second drying box; the device comprises a frame, a first drying box, a second drying box, a first heating roller, a second heating roller, a lifting mechanism, a first PVC film, a second PVC film, a first embossing mechanism and a second embossing mechanism, wherein the first roller is arranged at the inlet of the first drying box and is used for rolling glue on one side of the double-layer mesh cloth; an air cooler for cooling is arranged between the embossing mechanism and the winding drum; the embossing mechanism comprises an embossing plate and an embossing roller, a plurality of grooves are formed in the embossing plate, a first roller and a second roller are rotatably arranged on the frame, a conveying belt is sleeved on the first roller and the second roller and is elastic, the embossing plate is located in the conveying belt and is attached to a conveying surface on the conveying belt, the embossing roller is arranged on the frame through a lifting mechanism, annular pressing blocks matched with the grooves are fixedly arranged on the circumferential surface of the embossing roller at equal intervals, the lifting mechanism comprises a second push rod motor and a lifting frame II, the second push rod motor is fixedly arranged on the frame and the output shaft of the second push rod motor is vertically downward, and the lifting frame II is fixedly arranged at the end part of the output shaft of the second push rod motor.

The high-air-permeability air mattress bed according to claim 1, wherein the mattress body is made of composite fabric, the composite fabric comprises a first PVC layer, a first mesh layer, a second mesh layer and a second PVC layer from inside to outside in sequence, the first PVC layer and the first mesh layer are compounded through glue, and the second mesh layer and the second PVC layer are compounded through glue; the first mesh cloth layer is connected with the second mesh cloth layer through a connecting wire in a sewing way.

The high-air-permeability air cushion bed according to claim 1, wherein a cavity is formed by the first PVC layer and the second PVC layer, a plurality of support columns distributed in an array are fixedly arranged in the cavity, an air inflation cavity is arranged in the support columns, the upper end and the lower end of the support columns are respectively connected with the upper surface and the lower surface of the cavity, and a plurality of air inflation heads II for inflating the support columns are arranged on the mattress body.
