The effect of applying the mooring device of this embodiment is:
1. The force transmission path is clear, and the safety and reliability are improved. The device of the embodiment can realize self-balancing under the action of the ship cable-tying force by each layer of balance cable-tying single piece, and the transmission path of the cable-tying force is very clear and sequentially: vessel- & gtbalance dolphin on mooring line single piece- & gtbalance support frame on mooring line single piece- & gttransverse moving piece (transverse roller- & gttrack groove group on side wall of floating body warehouse. The upper and lower groups of transverse moving parts of the balance mooring single part form two fulcra to directly transfer horizontal mooring force to the track, so that the connecting single part and the pontoon do not bear the horizontal mooring force of the ship, the cross-section size of the connecting single part and the wall thickness of the pontoon can be effectively reduced, and the dead weight of the mooring device is greatly reduced.
The traditional floating type mooring facility is generally provided with two layers of mooring columns, wherein the upper layer is supported by a triangular truss, and the lower layer is directly arranged on a pontoon. When the ship is strapped, the whole triangular truss and the pontoon are stressed, and the stress size can not be accurately calculated, so that the cross section size of the triangular frame and the wall thickness of the pontoon are relatively large, and the dead weight of the structure is increased.
2. The single multi-layer balance mooring rope can be arranged according to actual needs, and the number of the mooring posts on the single-layer balance mooring rope can be determined according to actual needs; the distance between two adjacent layers of balance cable single pieces can be adjusted, and the original balance cable single piece structure does not need to be returned to a factory for transformation. As ships become larger, the sizes of the ship passing through the ship locks are different, and the variation range of the height of the ship sides is larger, for example, the height of the ship passing through the ship locks is from 0.5m to 5m at a certain comprehensive hub, so that each set of floating type ship-mooring facilities is required to have a plurality of layers of ship-mooring columns, and the distance between each layer should be reasonable. The device can increase the number of layers of the cable columns on the premise of the same size of the pontoon as the traditional floating type mooring facility due to light self weight of the structure. After the novel device is adopted, under the premise of not changing the size of the pontoon, the dolphin is changed into three layers, the total cable height is changed into 5m, and the interlayer distance can be adjusted by only adjusting the length of the connecting rod.
3. The device is suitable for the large-scale of ships, and can conveniently increase balance mooring rope single pieces at the later stage according to the needs. In the prior manufacturing process, the support frames and the pontoons in the single balance mooring rope are reserved with the mounting flanges, the single balance mooring rope is added as required in the later operation process, and the single balance mooring rope is only required to be manufactured in a factory, so that the connecting rod and the single balance mooring rope are installed on site. If the draft of the pontoon is insufficient, a small pontoon is manufactured in a factory, and the small pontoon is connected in series under the original pontoon.
4. The device has the advantages of simple manufacturing and mounting process, low precision requirement and light dead weight. The support frame is ordinary triangle-shaped welded structure form, and simple manufacture, roller carrier pass through the bolt and are connected with the support frame, connect simply. The balance cable units are connected through the connecting rods, and as the two ends of the connecting rods are movably hinged, each unit can automatically adapt to the installation error of the guide groove, and the manufacturing and installation precision is not required to be excessively be strict with. The traditional floating type ship-mooring facility is connected with the upper layer and the lower layer through the triangular truss, so that the manufacturing process is complex, the manufacturing and mounting precision of the upper layer and the lower layer is required to be strictly controlled due to high connecting rigidity, and the situation that blocking occurs in the guide groove can be avoided, and even so, the blocking phenomenon still occurs.
The device is used for selecting a hole floating type mooring facility from a certain comprehensive hub ship lock for test, and the device has flexible structure operation and is blocked after a trial period of approximately 5 months, and the safety, reliability and adaptability of the structure meet expectations.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, but various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
