Abstract

本发明公开了一种石墨烯粘合衬的生产方法,包括如下步骤:涂层浆制备——面料上机涂层烘干——收布——检验包装。本发明中,石墨烯能够制备出在水溶液和上浆剂中均能稳定分散纳米粒子,通过对石墨烯尺寸的分级调控,制备出了表面改性的石墨烯,可以稳定分散于不同的上浆体系中,成功实现了石墨烯在上浆剂中的稳定分散技术。本发明主要是针对衬布圆网单浆点法湿法涂层过程中,将石墨烯纳米颗粒均匀分散在涂层浆中,涂布到衬布上,使衬布具备功能性的方法。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织行业面料装饰领域,具体涉及一种石墨烯粘合衬的生产方法。
背景技术
衬布是为了衬托面料,改善服装性能,对服装优美的外观起很大作用,促使服装具有完美的造型,不同的面料对衬布有不同的要求,故要考虑面料与衬布的配伍性,要充分了解面料所用的纤维、组织结构、重量、厚度、密度手感等方面的性能以及面料的后整理情况。必须对衬布的品种、规格、特性及主要质量指标(如热收缩率、水洗收缩率、水洗及干洗性能、剥离强度、回潮率等)及底布的组织结构及性能、涂布的热熔胶类别及衬布粘合压烫条件范围有充分的了解。
石墨烯作为一种新型高科技材料,也在纺织面料中得到推广和应用,目前主要用在涤纶、锦纶等纤维的生产时进行石墨烯改性,在用这些纤维织造面料,达到保暖、导电、抗菌等一系列功能,将石墨烯改性纤维用在衬布上的目前未见报道。

发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种石墨烯粘合衬的生产方法。
技术方案:一种石墨烯粘合衬的生产方法,包括如下步骤:涂层浆制备——面料上机涂层烘干——收布——检验包装;其中:

有益效果:本发明中,石墨烯能够制备出在水溶液和上浆剂中均能稳定分散纳米粒子,通过对石墨烯尺寸的分级调控,制备出了表面改性的石墨烯,可以稳定分散于不同的上浆体系中,成功实现了石墨烯在上浆剂中的稳定分散技术。本发明主要是针对衬布圆网单浆点法湿法涂层过程中,将石墨烯纳米颗粒均匀分散在涂层浆中,涂布到衬布上,使衬布具备功能性的方法。
本发明生产的石墨烯粘合衬面料对纤维品种没有要求,适应范围广,补充了石墨烯改性纤维目前只有锦纶、涤纶能够产业化的缺陷。生产方法简单实用,生产的服装只有贴衬布的地方才应用到石墨烯,降低了服装的生产成本。
