Abstract

本发明提供一种针刺热熔两面过滤布及制造工艺。所述针刺热熔两面过滤布,包括上层复合纤维和下层复合纤维,上层复合纤维为85%3D*51普通聚酯纤维和15%2.5D*51低熔点皮芯聚酯纤维复合,定量为100克/m2±;下层复合纤维为95%3D*51普通聚酯纤维和5%2.5D*51低熔点皮芯聚酯纤维复合,定量为260克/m2±;复合后制成300克/平方米,厚度为0.2毫米,透气量为1000l/m.s,一面为光滑面,另一面为毛绒面的双面过滤布;所述低熔点聚酯纤维为皮芯结构,皮层熔点为100‑1300C,芯层熔点为230‑‑2500C。优点是,过滤阻力低,过滤精度高,强度牢靠,寿命长。

一种针刺热熔两面过滤布及制造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于汽车空调滤清器和汽车干燥器的过滤介质,特别是有关于一种针刺热熔两面过滤无纺布。
背景技术
目前汽车空调滤清器的过滤介质,主要采用纸质,存在过滤效率低,阻力大,容易破裂的缺点。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的缺点,本发明提供一种针刺热熔两面过滤布及制造工艺。
所述针刺热熔两面过滤布,包括上层复合纤维和下层复合纤维,上层复合纤维为85%3D*51普通聚酯纤维和15%2.5D*51低熔点皮芯聚酯纤维复合,定量为100克/m2 ±;下层复合纤维为95%3D*51普通聚酯纤维和5%2.5D*51低熔点皮芯聚酯纤维复合,定量为260克/m2±;复合后制成300克/平方米,厚度为0.2毫米±0.02毫米,透气量为1000l/m.s,一面为光滑面,另一面为毛绒面的双面过滤布;所述低熔点聚酯纤维为皮芯结构,皮层熔点为100-1300C ,芯层熔点为230--2500C。
所述针刺热熔两面过滤布的制造工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)上层用85%3D*51普通聚酯纤维和15%2.5D*51低熔点皮芯聚酯纤维复合后,进行开松,混合,成网,稍针刺,成卷,定量为100克/m2±;
(2)下层用95%3D*51普通聚酯纤维和5%2.5D*51低熔点皮芯聚酯纤维复合后,进行开松,混合,成网,稍针刺,定量为260克/m2±;
(3)上、下二层纤维网进入二道针刺,针刺频率为500-600刺/min,针刺密度300刺/m2
(4)进入双辊热轧,上辊控制温度为170-1800C,下辊为常温;
(5)冷却,进入成卷系统,构成300克/平方米,厚度为0.2毫米±0.02毫米,透气量为1000l/m.s,一面为光滑面,另一面为毛绒面的双面过滤布。
所述光滑面的厚度占过滤布的总厚度的10-20%,毛绒面的厚度占过滤布的总厚度的90-80%,。
本发明的优点是,过滤阻力低,过滤精度高,强度牢靠,不易破损,寿命长,客户使用时,具有进风面,出风面的调整和控制,产品硬挺,便于折叠,裁剪。
具体实施方式
按照前述的工艺步骤制作,便能制成本发明的产品。
本发明的针刺热熔两面过滤布,是利用纤维之间的缠结力,互拉力,抱合力形成一定的致密度,而这个致密度可以通过针刺频率,针刺道数,热熔纤维的比例,加以控制。本发明的纤维排列是三维杂乱结构,它可以降低物质流动的阻力,提高对杂质的拦截力;同时通过对布正反两面纤维的D数设计,调整低熔点皮芯复合聚酯纤维的比例,针刺频率,热熔速率,两热轧辊温度差,形成正面毛感,反面光滑的双面结构,来提高滤布对微粒的捕捉效率。

Claims (3)

1.一种针刺热熔两面过滤布,包括上层复合纤维和下层复合纤维,其特征在于,上层复合纤维为85%3D*51普通聚酯纤维和15%2.5D*51低熔点皮芯聚酯纤维复合,定量为100克/m2±;下层复合纤维为95%3D*51普通聚酯纤维和5%2.5D*51低熔点皮芯聚酯纤维复合,定量为260克/m2±;复合后制成300克/平方米,厚度为0.2毫米±0.02毫米,透气量为1000l/m.s,一面为光滑面,另一面为毛绒面的双面过滤布;所述低熔点聚酯纤维为皮芯结构,皮层熔点为100-1300C ,芯层熔点为230--2500C。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种针刺热熔两面过滤布的制作工艺,包括下列步骤:
(1)上层用85%3D*51普通聚酯纤维和15%2.5D*51低熔点皮芯聚酯纤维复合后,进行开松,混合,成网,稍针刺,成卷,定量为100克/m2±;
(2)下层用95%3D*51普通聚酯纤维和5%2.5D*51低熔点皮芯聚酯纤维复合后,进行开松,混合,成网,稍针刺,定量为260克/m2±;
(3)上、下二层纤维网进入二道针刺,针刺频率为500-600刺/min,针刺密度300刺/m2
(4)进入双辊热轧,上辊控制温度为170-1800C,下辊为常温;
(5)冷却,进入成卷系统,构成300克/平方米,厚度为0.2毫米±0.02毫米,透气量为1000l/m.s,一面为光滑面,另一面为毛绒面的双面过滤布。
3.按权利要求2所述的一种针刺热熔两面过滤布的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述光滑面的厚度占过滤布的总厚度的10-20%,毛绒面的厚度占过滤布的总厚度的90-80%。
