Claims (5)
1. A yak hair carding method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. primarily carding disordered yak hair;
B. clamping the primarily combed yak hair by using a hair-blocking comb (4), and fixing the hair-blocking comb (4) on a working platform (2) by using a fixing device;
C. drawing out yak hair extending out of the end part of the working platform (2);
D. after no yak hair extends out of the working platform (2), moving the hair-blocking comb (4) to the end part of the working platform (2), and continuing the operation in the step C until the yak hair left in the hair-blocking comb (4) is short hair;
the preliminary combing method in the step A comprises the steps of repeatedly combing disordered yak hair by using a hair smoothing comb (11) until the yak hair extends towards one direction;
b, clamping yak hair by the middle-grade hair comb (4) comprises the steps of placing the yak hair between the upper-grade hair comb (9) and the lower-grade hair comb (10), placing two parallel partition plates (12) between the upper-grade hair comb (9) and the lower-grade hair comb (10) on two sides of the yak hair, and fixing the upper-grade hair comb (9) and the lower-grade hair comb (10) by using rubber bands;
in the step B, the step of fixing the gear comb (4) on the working platform (2) is that a nut (3) at the end part of a screw (6) is rotated, a positioning strip (5) made of flexible materials is pulled upwards, then the gear comb (4) is placed between the positioning strip (5) and the working platform (2), the positioning strip (5) is loosened, the positioning strip (5) is pressed to the working relying strip by rotating the nut (3), and the gear comb (4) is fixed on the working platform (2);
in the step C, after the yak hair is pulled out, the end part of the yak hair is held by a hand, the end part of the yak hair is lightly flapped by a flap plate (13) to be aligned by the end part of the yak hair, and then the yak hair is bundled by a rope or a rubber band;
in the step D, the distance of each movement is 3-5 cm.
2. A yak hair carding machine for realizing the yak hair carding method of claim 1, which is characterized in that: including work platform (2) and shelves comb (4) that are used for centre gripping yak hair, be provided with the fixing device that can open on work platform (2), fixing device fixes shelves comb (4) in work platform (2) top.

Yak hair carding machine according to claim 2, characterized in that: the fixing device is a positioning strip (5), one end of the positioning strip (5) is fixed on a stop block (8), the other end of the positioning strip is connected with the working platform (2) through a bolt, the stop block (8) is fixedly arranged at the end part of the working platform (2), and the positioning strip (5) is made of a flexible material.

Yak hair carding machine according to claim 2, characterized in that: the fixing device is a positioning strip (5), the middle part of the positioning strip (5) is fixed on a stop block (8), two ends of the positioning strip are connected with the working platform (2) through bolts, the stop block (8) is fixedly arranged in the middle part of the working platform (2), and the positioning strip (5) is made of flexible materials; the number of the hair blocking combs (4) is two, and the two hair blocking combs are respectively arranged at two ends of the stop block (8).

Yak hair carding machine according to claim 4, characterized in that: the hair blocking comb (4) comprises an upper hair blocking comb (9) and a lower hair blocking comb (10), wherein the upper hair blocking comb (9) is placed with comb teeth facing downwards, and the lower hair blocking comb (10) is placed with comb teeth facing upwards; the number of comb teeth lines of the hair retaining upper comb (9) is less than that of the hair retaining lower comb (10); the end part of the positioning strip (5) is provided with a through hole, and a screw (6) fixed on the working platform (2) penetrates through the through hole to fix the positioning strip (5); scales (14) are arranged on the positioning strip (5); a base plate (7) is arranged at the end part of the working platform (2); a clapboard (12) is also arranged between the hair-blocking upper comb (9) and the hair-blocking lower comb (10), and the width of the clapboard (12) is less than or equal to the length of the comb teeth of the hair-blocking comb (4).
