Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an environment-friendly hot melt adhesive, which is specially used for sticking a paper tube and label base paper glassine paper on a high-speed automatic label die-cutting winding machine and belongs to the technical field of adhesives.
Background
The hot melt adhesive is a solvent-free solid adhesive prepared by melting and mixing a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer as a main component with a plasticizer, a tackifier resin, an antioxidant and the like. The adhesive has the advantages of no toxicity, no environmental pollution, convenient preparation and the like, is the direction of the market development of the adhesive, has the annual output in the world always in the rising trend, has the highest increasing speed among various adhesives, is more and more diversified in variety and is more and more widely applied.
EVA hot melt adhesive has large cohesive force and small melt surface tension, has hot adhesive force on almost all substances, has the characteristics of excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, weather resistance and electrical performance, quick adhesion, wide application range, no toxicity, no pollution and the like, is called as green adhesion and attracts more and more attention. The EVA hot melt adhesive has the main performance characteristics that:
1. is normally solid at room temperature, melts into liquid when heated to a certain degree, and quickly becomes solid (i.e. solidifies) once cooled to below the melting point;
2. the adhesive layer has the advantages of fast curing, low pollution, strong adhesive force, certain flexibility, hardness and toughness;
3. the glue solution is coated on the glue layer of the cooled and solidified adherend, and can be heated and melted again to become an adhesive body and then be bonded with the adherend, so that the adhesive body has certain re-adhesiveness;
4. when in use, the hot melt adhesive is heated and melted into the required liquid state, and is coated on an adherend, bonding and solidification can be completed within a few seconds after pressing, and the degree of hardening, cooling and drying can be achieved within a few minutes.
Due to the performance characteristics of the hot melt adhesive, the hot melt adhesive is more and more widely applied, but the traditional hot melt adhesive is required to be stuck, the sticking is firmer and better, and the traditional label die cutting equipment is used for manually sticking labels at a low speed and using a double-sided adhesive tape or a transparent adhesive tape for sticking. The label produced in this way is very troublesome in the use process. When the label is about to be used up, the residual quantity is noticed all the time, so that the label is easily stuck on a printing head to damage the printer, the printing cannot be continuously printed at high speed, and the printing efficiency is low. The label used on the automatic high-speed label die-cutting machine is required to be easily stripped from a paper tube along with the continuous operation of a printer when the last label is used, and the label cannot have any residual glue block or the phenomenon of label sticking and breaking. This can cause excessive printer drag and damage to the printer, and if residual glue is present, expensive print heads on the printer can be damaged.

e. after the SBS is melted, adding polyethylene wax, the remaining half amount of C9 petroleum resin or hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin and C5 petroleum resin or hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin into a reaction kettle, continuously stirring until the mixture is fully melted, and simultaneously vacuumizing for 40min at the vacuum pressure of 0.08 Mp;
f. and pumping the hot melt adhesive into a storage tank after vacuumizing, placing the storage tank on a granulator for cooling, cutting and granulating, drying, packaging and warehousing.
The invention provides a special hot melt adhesive and a preparation method thereof, aiming at the sticking characteristics of a paper feeding tube and a label base paper glassine paper of a high-speed automatic label die-cutting winder. The hot melt adhesive disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of wide adaptability (being capable of being used under the humidity condition of 10-40 ℃ and 10-90%), high reliability (the adhesive success rate is more than 99.8%) and environmental protection requirement compliance, and not only can meet the automatic coiling requirement of a high-speed automatic die-cutting separator, but also can ensure that the last label can be easily stripped on a printer when the product is used, no adhesive residue exists on the back surface of the label, the waste of the last labels is reduced, and the damage to the printer can be effectively prevented.
Detailed Description
The adhesive force of the hot melt adhesive can obtain different bonding effects along with the heating temperature of the hot melt adhesive, the difference and the quality of the materials to be adhered, the height and the width of the adhesive, the difference of the running speed of an automatic die cutting and winding machine and the like. The hot melt adhesive is applied in an environment with the environmental temperature of 10-40 ℃ and the humidity of RH 10-90%, so that a high bonding success rate can be ensured, and the bonding success rate is more than 99.8%.
The invention is suitable for the high-speed automatic die cutting and winding machine. After the quantity of every roll of label is set by the die cutting machine, the machine automatically calculates the quantity, when the quantity is required, the paper tube shaft frame automatically rotates to the appointed position, the hot melt adhesive box automatically moves forwards to the appointed position, and the hot melt adhesive coating pinch roller and the paper tube at the appointed position are contacted and compressed tightly and rotate. Because the hot melt adhesive coating rotary wheel is soaked in the adhesive box, the coating rotary wheel coats the hot melt adhesive on the paper tube in the rotating process. The coating runner is a narrow wheel with the width of 2.5mm and the surface of the coating runner is provided with concave-convex threads, so that the bonding strength of the hot melt adhesive and the paper tube is ensured, the stability of the adhesive coating amount is also ensured, and the adhesive box and the coating runner retreat after the coating runner rotates on the surface of the paper tube for 2 to 4 weeks, so that the coating runner is separated from the paper tube. At this time, in order to ensure that the rotating linear speed of the standby paper tube after being coated with glue is consistent with the linear speed of machine production, the standby paper tube needs to be automatically accelerated. Under the action of centrifugal force in the process of accelerating and rotating the standby paper tube, if the viscosity of the hot melt adhesive is not enough to overcome the centrifugal force, the hot melt adhesive is thrown off and falls on the surface of a normally coiled label, and a printing head of a label printer is easily damaged when the label is printed. Therefore, the proportion of the raw materials of the hot melt adhesive needs to be strictly controlled, so that the melting viscosity and the cohesive force of the hot melt adhesive meet the requirements, and the damage to a printing head of a label printer caused by whirl coating is avoided.

Before the EVA hot melt adhesive is used, the solid adhesive is preheated and melted firstly. The preheating of the hot melt adhesive is carried out by heating and melting the hot melt adhesive through an adhesive groove with a heating plate on an automatic die cutting and winding machine, the preheating time is generally 1h, and the preheating is qualified when the adhesive reaches the required heating temperature and has good fluidity.
Preheating temperature: the softening point of the hot melt adhesive should generally be above 80 ℃, i.e. when heated to 80 ℃, the colloid begins to soften and dissolve. The temperature is only the melting temperature of the hot melt adhesive, and the heating temperature is increased to 110-150 ℃ to ensure that the hot melt adhesive is melted to a degree capable of bonding. At the temperature, the viscosity, fluid, viscosity and the like of the colloid are all suitable for the working requirements of the automatic die-cutting winder. The base materials suitable for sticking the hot melt adhesive are a paper tube and glassine paper, and because the mechanism of the glassine paper is compact, the glue solution of the hot melt adhesive is not easy to permeate into the paper, so that the paper tube can be easily separated during subsequent use, and the paper or the residual glue blocks are not easy to be broken.
In the actual production process, the adhesive force of the hot melt adhesive can obtain different bonding effects along with the heating temperature of the hot melt adhesive, the difference and the quality of the materials to be adhered, the height and the width of the adhesive coating, the difference of the running speed of the automatic die cutting and winding machine and the like.
