Description

Pressure-sensitive adhesive applied to polyvinyl chloride film and preparation method and application thereof
The application is a divisional application, the application date of the original application is 2016, 6, and 24, the application number is 2016104638805, and the name of the invention is "pressure-sensitive adhesive applied to polyvinyl chloride film, and the preparation method and the application thereof".
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives, in particular to a rubber system hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive applied to a polyvinyl chloride film, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The adhesive (English name) is also called adhesive, commonly called "glue". It is a substance that connects two materials together by adhesive and cohesive strength at the interface, does not significantly change the structure of the adherend, and gives sufficient strength to the bonded surface. The bonding of interface uses the adhesive to overcome the stress concentration phenomenon during welding or riveting, and the bonding has the characteristics of good shock resistance, fatigue resistance, uniform stress distribution, good sealing performance and the like. The adhesive can replace welding, riveting, bolts and other mechanical connection in many fields, is suitable for bonding special-shaped and complex components, is also suitable for bonding sheet materials and small-sized elements, and is widely applied to the adhesive and bonding technology in the fields of space navigation, transportation, instruments and meters, electronic and electric products, textiles, buildings, wood processing, medical appliances, mechanical manufacturing, articles for daily use and the like.
At present, industrial polyvinyl chloride tape products are all prepared by directly coating a polyvinyl chloride film with a solvent-based rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive. Solvent-based rubber pressure-sensitive adhesives contain a large amount of organic solvent, typically toluene. In the coating process, the organic solvent is partially volatilized to the atmosphere to cause environmental pollution. The obtained polyvinyl chloride adhesive tape also contains solvent residues, and the residual solvent can be slowly released in the using process to pollute the using environment, such as the indoor environment of an automobile. The requirements of the directive < < about the use of certain substances in the electronic and electrical industry (the ROHS directive), issued by the european union committee, cannot be met at all. And the energy consumption of the coating process of the solvent-based rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive is higher, and the floor area of coating equipment is larger, so the production cost is higher. The 100% solid content hot melt adhesive has the characteristics of environmental protection, small occupied area of equipment, low energy consumption and the like.
In addition, the polyvinyl chloride adhesive tape product prepared by the existing adhesive has poor cohesion and poor plasticizer migration resistance, and is easy to overflow and warp in actual use, so that the requirement of long-term stable use cannot be met.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
