Description

Method for manufacturing paper straw
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a straw, in particular to a method for manufacturing a paper straw by adhering dry adhesive paper.
Background
With the development of food culture and the improvement of living standard of materials, the packaged, canned beverages and the on-site prepared hand-operated cup beverages are all visible, so the consumption of straws used in the world is extremely remarkable, the most common straws are plastic straws with the lowest manufacturing cost at present, however, the plastic straws are convenient to use, but are often discarded by people at will after being used, and subsequent recovery treatment is not easy, so that the environmental and ecological damage is caused.
In addition, with the rising of environmental awareness, in order to solve the problems caused by the conventional plastic straws, a reusable metal straw has been introduced, and a stainless steel straw is usually used, but the stainless steel straw has the advantage of being reusable, but is not suitable for being developed and popularized by consumers who are generally troubled because users have to carry the straw with them.
Furthermore, the stainless steel straw must be cleaned or sterilized for repeated use based on sanitary requirements, however, the straw has a small aperture, and is not easy to clean or sterilize, and the general consumers still feel the sanitary conditions to be feared, so the reusable metal straw cannot replace the traditional plastic straw at present.
In view of the inconvenience of the metal straw, another paper straw for replacing the plastic straw is shown in fig. 1, in the conventional method for manufacturing the paper straw, three rolls of paper made of composite material are transported together, the first paper 90, the second paper 91 and the third paper 92 pass through a glue dipping machine 93, the contact surfaces between the first paper 90, the second paper 91 and the third paper 92 are coated with food-grade wet glue respectively, then the first paper 90, the second paper 91 and the third paper 92 are moved together to a winding mechanism 94, the winding mechanism 94 winds the glue of the first paper 90, the second paper 91 and the third paper 92 spirally to produce a paper tube 95 with three paper walls, a cutting machine 96 cuts the paper tube 95 according to the length to complete the length of the paper straw, and finally, a drying machine 97 dries the paper straw to solidify the wet glue.
However, when three paper materials are bonded by a wet glue, the moisture on the outermost paper material can be discharged during the drying process, but the inner paper material is affected by the wet glue, so that the problem of glue overflow or moisture remaining in the paper straw is often caused, and the paper straw is easy to get moldy, which causes the problem of food safety.
In addition, in the current wet production mode, operators must have certain experience to reduce the generation of defective products, and the operators must pay attention to the liquid adding dilution at any time because the concentration of the glue material changes due to the evaporation of water under the long-time production state of the glue material.
If the liquid component of the glue material is too little, the surface of the glue material is easy to be dried to reduce the viscosity, so that false adhesion is caused, and the straw is easy to delaminate; on the other hand, if the liquid content of the glue material is too much, the problems of reduced viscosity and difficult drying will also occur. Therefore, the production efficiency of the conventional wet lamination method cannot be improved, and the product defect rate cannot be effectively improved.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve the above technical problems, the present invention aims to: the method for manufacturing the paper straw by using the dry adhesive tape is provided, so that the conventional adhesive overflowing and delaminating problems and mildewing phenomena do not occur in the production process of dry bonding of the adhesive tape, and the bonding strength of the dry bonding is increased by 20-30% compared with that of the wet bonding.
The secondary objective of the present invention is to provide a dry lamination process that can solve the problem of the conventional wet lamination that an additional adhesive material drying process is required, thereby greatly increasing the production speed and effectively reducing the defective rate of the paper suction tube.
The invention also aims to ensure that the dry-type laminating has low experience requirements on operators, continuous production can be realized only by setting the manufacturing parameters, the experience requirements of operators are greatly reduced, and the risk of improper manual operation can be reduced.

a bonding molding step: conveying the paper strips to be processed to the joint position for winding together, and respectively adhering the fluid hot melt adhesives to another paper strip to be processed to form a tubular body; and
a cutting step: and after the tubular body forms a set length, cutting the tubular body to form at least one paper straw.
The manufacturing method of the paper straw comprises an outer layer paper material, a middle layer paper material, an inner layer paper material, a first hot melt adhesive positioned between the outer layer paper material and the middle layer paper material and a second hot melt adhesive positioned between the middle layer paper material and the inner layer paper material, wherein the width of the outer layer paper material is larger than that of the middle layer paper material, and the width of the middle layer paper material is larger than that of the inner layer paper material.

In the manufacturing method of the paper straw, the heating temperature in the paper strip heating step is 80-200 ℃.
In a practical embodiment of the method for manufacturing the paper straw, the step of heating the paper slip is performed by at least one of hot air, infrared rays, a heater or microwaves before the joining position.
In another possible embodiment of the method for manufacturing the paper straw, the step of heating the paper slip is to perform heating and bonding processes simultaneously at the bonding position by using a hot-rolling machine.
In addition, in a preferred embodiment, the paper roll conveying step further comprises:
a paper gluing step: arranging the fluid hot melt adhesive on at least one surface of the paper material to form a processed paper sheet;
a colloid drying step: drying the fluid hot melt adhesive of the processed paper to change the fluid hot melt adhesive into the dry hot melt adhesive;
a paper winding step: rolling the processed paper to form a paper batch to be processed;
a paper batch cutting step: and cutting the paper batch to be processed according to a processing length to form a plurality of paper rolls to be processed.
Furthermore, in another preferred embodiment, the paper roll conveying step further comprises:
a paper gluing step: arranging the fluid hot melt adhesive on at least one surface of the paper material to form a processed paper;
