本发明公开了竹子软化改性工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)将竹子洗净,切段,放入工业微波炉中进行微波处理;(2)将微波处理后的竹子放入防霉防蛀液中浸泡,取出沥干;(3)将步骤(2)处理后的竹子烘且加热,最后降温。本发明避免使用化学药剂处理竹子,处理时间短,生产成本低,较环保,改性后的竹子防霉防蛀性好,更柔更韧,不易开裂变形。

本发明涉及竹子软化改性工艺。
背景技术
竹子,又名竹。学名Bambusoideae(Bambusaceae或Bamboo),是禾本科的一个分支,分布在亚热带地区,有低矮似草,又有高如大树。通常通过地下匍匐的根茎成片生长。也可以通过开花结籽繁衍,其种子被称为竹米。为多年生植物。有一些种类的竹笋可以食用。为高大、生长迅速的禾草类植物,茎为木质。分布于热带、亚热带至暖温带地区,东亚、东南亚和印度洋及太平洋岛屿上分布最集中,种类也最多。我国人民历来喜爱竹子,中国也是世界上研究、培育和利用竹子最早的国家。从竹子在中国历史文化发展和精神文化形成中所产生的巨大作用,竹子与中国诗歌书画和园林建设的源远流长的关系,以及竹子与人民生活的息息相关中不难看出,中国不愧被誉为"竹子文明的国度"。
竹制品是指以竹子为加工原料制造的产品,多为日用品,如筷子、筷笼、砧板、凉席、茶杯垫、窗帘等,近年来比较流行的竹地板和竹家具等,还有一些价值较高的,如竹雕等工艺品。竹制家具的优点在于:清爽别致、冬暖夏凉,抗压、抗弯强度好,环保等特点。缺点在于:易虫蛀发霉,虫蛀之后就容易坏了,在北方使用可能会开裂、变形等。为了克服竹制品易虫蛀、发霉及开裂变形等问题,常规的处理方法为将竹子高温蒸煮,并采用过氧化氢等化学品漂白,碳化。这样的方法存在费时费力,成本高,污染大的缺陷,且竹子的防霉防蛀性也不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有产品中的不足,提供竹子软化改性工艺。
竹子软化改性工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将竹子洗净,切段,放入工业微波炉中进行微波处理;所述微波处理的具体工艺为:首先用微波功率23kW的低功率段加热9min,接着用微波功率103kW的高功率段加热7min,最后用微波功率51kW的中功率段加热13min;
(2)将微波处理后的竹子放入防霉防蛀液中浸泡8min,取出沥干;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的竹子在49℃下烘32小时,然后加热至71℃烘64小时,最后降温至63℃保温11小时。
本发明的有益效果如下:使用化学药剂处理竹子,处理时间短,生产成本低,较环保,改性后的竹子防霉防蛀性好,更柔更韧,不易开裂变形。
