Abstract
本发明公开了一种土地平整装置,包括车架,所述车架的前侧设有与翻土装置连接的牵引杆,车架的两侧通过伸缩调节柱连接有行走轮,在车架的下表面前侧设有铲土板,铲土板的顶端与晒网架连接,晒网架两侧的挡板上贯穿安装有粉碎滚轴。该土地平整装置通过牵引杆与翻土装置连接配合使用,通过晒网架上的粉碎滚轴对土块进行粉碎,使得土块中的石子、植物垃圾分离出来,分离出来后的岩石、植物垃圾进入分离通道后,由于重力作用,植物垃圾都在岩石的上方,通过分流块和分流板使得岩石与植物垃圾进行分离,分离后的岩石通过石子排出口进入石子收集盒,分离后的植物垃圾通过抽风口进入风机内进行粉碎并通过风机的出风口排出。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业机械技术领域,具体为一种土地平整装置。
背景技术
土地场地清理与土地平整的主要目的是为了便于耕作、播种、灌溉、排水、施肥、打药及收获等作业,应清除土壤表层妨碍机械作业、影响牧草生长的岩石、树桩等,一般清理深度为三十五厘米左右,在平整土地过程中,现有机械只能对地面上的岩石、植物垃圾进行简单的清理,同时在处理岩石、植物垃圾时带有多余的土壤,使土壤表层破损严重,难以分离,无法对岩石、植物垃圾进行分类处理,为此,我们提出一种土地平整装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种土地平整装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种土地平整装置,包括车架,所述车架的前侧焊接有用于与翻土装置连接的牵引杆,所述车架的两侧通过伸缩调节柱连接有行走轮,在车架的下表面前侧设有倾斜设置的铲土板,铲土板的顶端与倾斜设置的晒网架连接,在晒网架的两侧设有挡板,并在挡板上贯穿安装有粉碎滚轴,粉碎滚轴的一端通过皮带与车架上驱动电机的输出轴连接,所述晒网架底部与分离通道连接,所述分离通道的中部安装有三棱柱状的分流块,分流块的连接有水平设置的分流板,位于分流板上方的分离通道上设有抽风口,抽风口处连接有抽风管道,抽风管道贯穿车架与车架上的风机进口连通,位于分流板下方的分离通道上设有石子排出口,并在分离通道的底部设有悬挂的石子收集盒,所述车架的下表面尾部通过伸缩调节柱连接有安装板,安装板的底面上焊接有倾斜设置的平土扒手。
优选的,所述车架上且在驱动电机与风机之间设有配重块安装架。
优选的,所述粉碎滚轴的表面上设有叶片状的粉碎翅片。
优选的,所述风机的风叶为不锈钢叶片,并在叶片的表面上设有研磨齿。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该土地平整装置通过牵引杆与翻土装置连接配合使用,大块的土块通过铲土板进入晒网架,晒网架上的粉碎滚轴对土块进行粉碎,使得土块中的石子、植物垃圾分离出来,分离出来后的岩石、植物垃圾进入分离通道后,植物垃圾的质量比岩石的质量轻,并且植物垃圾的体积比岩石的体积大,由于重力作用,植物垃圾都在岩石的上方,通过分流块和分流板使得岩石与植物垃圾进行分离,分离后的岩石通过石子排出口进入石子收集盒,分离后的植物垃圾通过抽风口进入风机内进行粉碎并通过风机的出风口排出。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种土地平整装置,包括车架1,车架1的前侧焊接有用于与翻土装置连接的牵引杆2,车架1的两侧通过伸缩调节柱3连接有行走轮4,在车架1的下表面前侧设有倾斜设置的铲土板5,铲土板5的顶端与倾斜设置的晒网架6连接,在晒网架6的两侧设有挡板,并在挡板上贯穿安装有粉碎滚轴7,粉碎滚轴7的表面上设有叶片状的粉碎翅片,粉碎翅片加大了与土块之间的接触面积,提高粉碎效果,粉碎滚轴7的一端通过皮带与车架1上驱动电机8的输出轴连接,晒网架6底部与分离通道9连接,分离通道9的中部安装有三棱柱状的分流块10,分流块10的连接有水平设置的分流板11,位于分流板11上方的分离通道9上设有抽风口,抽风口处连接有抽风管道12,抽风管道12贯穿车架1与车架1上的风机13进口连通,风机13的风叶为不锈钢叶片,并在叶片的表面上设有研磨齿,不锈钢叶片提高了风机13的粉碎效果,位于分流板11下方的分离通道9上设有石子排出口,并在分离通道9的底部设有悬挂的石子收集盒14,车架1的下表面尾部通过伸缩调节柱3连接有安装板15,安装板15的底面上焊接有倾斜设置的平土扒手16,车架1上且在驱动电机8与风机13之间设有配重块安装架17,配重块安装架17用于配重安装使用,配重块有利于提高该装置的稳定性,该土地平整装置通过牵引杆2与翻土装置连接配合使用,大块的土块通过铲土板5进入晒网架6,晒网架6上的粉碎滚轴7对土块进行粉碎,使得土块中的石子、植物垃圾分离出来,分离出来后的岩石、植物垃圾进入分离通道9后,植物垃圾的质量比岩石的质量轻,并且植物垃圾的体积比岩石的体积大,由于重力作用,植物垃圾都在岩石的上方,通过分流块10和分流板11使得岩石与植物垃圾进行分离,分离后的岩石通过石子排出口进入石子收集盒14,分离后的植物垃圾通过抽风口进入风机13内进行粉碎并通过风机13的出风口排出。

1.一种土地平整装置,其特征在于:包括车架,车架的前侧焊接有用于与翻土装置连接的牵引杆,车架的两侧通过伸缩调节柱连接有行走轮,在车架的下表面前侧设有倾斜设置的铲土板,铲土板的顶端与倾斜设置的晒网架连接,在晒网架的两侧设有挡板,并在挡板上贯穿安装有粉碎滚轴,粉碎滚轴的表面上设有叶片状的粉碎翅片,粉碎翅片加大了与土块之间的接触面积,提高粉碎效果,粉碎滚轴7的一端通过皮带与车架上驱动电机的输出轴连接,晒网架底部与分离通道连接,分离通道的中部安装有三棱柱状的分流块,分流块的连接有水平设置的分流板,位于分流板上方的分离通道上设有抽风口,抽风口处连接有抽风管道,抽风管道贯穿车架与车架上的风机进口连通,风机的风叶为不锈钢叶片,并在叶片的表面上设有研磨齿,不锈钢叶片提高了风机的粉碎效果,位于分流板下方的分离通道上设有石子排出口,并在分离通道的底部设有悬挂的石子收集盒,车架的下表面尾部通过伸缩调节柱连接有安装板,安装板的底面上焊接有倾斜设置的平土扒手,车架上且在驱动电机与风机之间设有配重块安装架,配重块安装架用于配重安装使用,配重块有利于提高该装置的稳定性,该土地平整装置通过牵引杆与翻土装置连接配合使用,大块的土块通过铲土板进入晒网架,晒网架上的粉碎滚轴对土块进行粉碎,使得土块中的石子、植物垃圾分离出来,分离出来后的岩石、植物垃圾进入分离通道后,植物垃圾的质量比岩石的质量轻,并且植物垃圾的体积比岩石的体积大,由于重力作用,植物垃圾都在岩石的上方,通过分流块和分流板使得岩石与植物垃圾进行分离,分离后的岩石通过石子排出口进入石子收集盒,分离后的植物垃圾通过抽风口进入风机内进行粉碎并通过风机的出风口排出。
