Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于从织物去除油污的方法。
背景技术
从织物除去污渍的已知方法可以被分类成一步法和两步法。典型的两步法通常涉及用两种分离的组分连续处理污损织物。在第一步骤中,使污损织物与通常为去污预处理组合物的第一组分接触。在第二步骤中,将预处理的织物用洗衣用洗涤剂组合物洗涤。
已知不同类型的去污组合物。这些组合物对一种污渍或一类污渍有效。通常观察到,更难从织物上除去油污。
WO2013092184 A1(Unilever)公开了用于处理污损织物以使其在随后的洗涤循环中更容易被清洁、特别是使织物更加亲水,从而提高油污去除的方法。织物处理组合物具有像聚合氯化铝的金属盐和羧酸聚合物、有机酸和多糖。
污渍的去除一直是洗涤剂工业的一个重要目标,因为如果有能够除去大量污渍的方法,那么这可以允许洗涤剂产品的可持续和更负责任的使用或者甚至可以允许洗涤剂组合物在较低温度下可用和有效,从而节省大量的能量。因此,在帮助和提高去污力、特别是针对油污如在亲水织物上的脏机油的方法和手段方面仍然存在持续的兴趣。
GB338121(Marquardt和Walter,1930)公开了清洁污损织物的两步法,其中第一组分具有可皂化脂肪酸如油酸、棕榈酸或硬脂酸,第二组分具有碱性皂化剂如碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠或氢氧化钠。
US20040058838A1(Unilever)中公开了剪切稀化凝胶洗涤剂组合物。该组合物含有根据总表面活性剂水平的特定量的非中和的脂肪酸。该产品以单品形式提供预处理和主洗洁净作用的双重优点。WO10023043 A1(Unilever)中公开了具有熔点大于20℃的至少55%重量的脂肪酸、多元醇粘合剂、水和表面活性剂的衣物预处理组合物。
DE2338411 A1(Henkel,1975)公开了清洁纺织品用于去除脂性污渍的方法。在第一步骤中,将织物在25-80℃用含脂肪酸的乳液清洗2-30分钟,随后加入电解质。第三步是用洗涤剂组合物洗涤。
如上所述,一直难以去除油污,尤其是污损的亲水性织物,如棉和涤棉(polycotton)。因此,即使用最好的预处理产品,仍需要用常规洗涤剂洗涤织物以最大化污渍的去除。
我们已经确定,其中以下文所公开的方式预处理污损织物的方法,允许消费者在第二阶段中使用较温和的洗涤条件,如在室温下洗涤。
发明内容
根据第一方面,公开了一种清洁其上具有油污的织物的方法,该方法包括将一种或多种脂肪酸施加到织物的污渍部分的第一步骤,该步骤中所述污渍部分没有与任何表面活性剂接触;和在具有洗涤剂组合物的洗涤液中洗涤污渍部分的第二步骤,其特征在于,在第一步骤中将单甘油酯与所述一种或多种脂肪酸同时施加到污渍部分,其中所述组合物包含含有60重量%至90重量%的油酸,余量为硬脂酸或棕榈酸或它们的组合的脂肪酸的混合物。
使用该方法后,显著较少量的油污被留下,尤其是在亲水织物上。
现在对本发明进行详细的说明。
具体实施方式
该方法是两步法。第一个步骤涉及将一种或多种脂肪酸施加到织物的污渍部分。在该步骤中污渍部分没有与任何表面活性剂接触。在第二步骤中,在具有洗涤剂组合物的洗涤液中洗涤污渍部分。特征在于,在第一步骤中,将单甘油酯与一种或多种脂肪酸同时施加到污渍部分。
术语表面活性剂是指除单甘油酯以外的任何表面活性剂。
织物
织物(也被称为纺织品/布)可以是任何典型的织物,例如棉(机织、针织和牛仔布)、聚酯(机织、针织和微纤维)、尼龙、丝绸、涤棉(聚酯/棉共混物)、聚酯氨纶、棉氨纶、粘胶纤维、晴纶或羊毛。该方法特别适合于亲水性织物,更具体地为棉或涤棉。因此,亲水性织物优选是棉或涤棉。
可以处理的其他织物包括其他合成的和天然的织物。据设想,该方法可被用于处理外套和其他衣服以及构成家庭洗衣中典型洗涤负荷的服饰。可以处理的家用材料包括,但不限于,床罩、毛毯、地毯、窗帘和室内装潢品。
污渍
污渍可以是任何油渍。因此,在该方法的一个优选实施方案中,织物的污渍部分实质上含有油性或脂性污渍。它们在本质上主要为固体,在日常使用过程中这些污渍接触到织物。在一个优选的实施方案中,织物的污渍部分实质上含有油性或脂性污渍。非限制性实例包括番茄油渍、咖喱油渍、皮脂衍生污渍以及脏的机油污渍。
脂肪酸
正如前面所公开的,该方法是两步法。第一步骤涉及将脂肪酸施加到织物的污渍部分。在该步骤中污渍部分没有与任何表面活性剂接触。
任何脂肪酸是合适的,包括但不限于月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸以及它们的混合物,优选选自在室温下不为易碎固体的脂肪酸。天然可获得的脂肪酸也是合适的,其通常是复杂的混合物(如牛脂、椰,和棕榈仁脂肪酸)。脂肪酸是酸性形式,即非中和的形式。该组合物包含含有60重量%至90重量%的油酸,余量为硬脂酸或棕榈酸或它们的组合的脂肪酸混合物。
单甘油酯(也称为甘油和脂肪酸的单酯)
本发明的特征在于,在第一步骤中将单甘油酯与一种或多种脂肪酸(或者同时)施加到污渍部分。
特别合适的是那些至少在一定程度上可水分散的单甘油酯。优选的材料包括甘油和具有12-20个碳原子的碳链的脂族脂肪酸的甘油单酯。这样的单甘油酯的实例包括单月桂酸甘油酯、单肉豆蔻酸甘油酯、单棕榈酸甘油酯和单硬脂酸甘油酯。
在一个特别优选的实施方案中,施加到污渍部分的总单甘油酯含量与总脂肪酸含量的比率在2:98至60:40(重量份)的范围内。也特别优选的是,将单甘油酯与一种或多种脂肪酸同时施加到污渍部分。
特别优选的单甘油酯是单硬脂酸甘油酯。由于良好的性能、容易获得、水分散性程度和合适的熔点,这种材料是优选的。单硬脂酸甘油酯也可作为非乳化或自乳化材料。
在优选的实施方案中,将单甘油酯与所一种或多种脂肪酸同时施加到污渍部分。
进一步特别优选的是,用包括一种或多种脂肪酸和单甘油酯的预处理组合物处理污渍部分。据认为,单甘油酯和脂肪酸的混合物导致界面处更好的堆积(packing)并因此降低油-水IFT。在预处理组合物的情况下,该组合物优选具有10-60重量%单甘油酯和余量的一种或多种脂肪酸。优选的是,该组合物具有30-70重量%的油酸和各4-10重量%的硬脂酸和棕榈酸。
可以通过任何已知的装置将脂肪酸施加到织物的污渍部分。类似地,也可通过任何已知的装置施加单甘油酯,它可以与用于施加脂肪酸的装置相同或不同。考虑到方便起见,优选的是,通过去污装置如去污笔施加脂肪酸(S)和单甘油酯,特别是当两个被同时施加时。
该装置还可以是滚抹式涂敷器或管,喷雾剂、气雾剂或泵操作的分配器。该装置还可以有擦洗构件,其具有刷子、刷毛、刷毛簇、突出、凸起或其任意组合,以进一步辅助脂肪酸和/或单甘油酯的施用。
第二步骤
在第二步骤中在具有洗涤剂组合物的洗涤液中洗涤污渍部分。
第二步骤可以被称为“主”洗且可以是手动或机洗过程。可以使用任何合适的洗涤剂组合物。优选的是,该洗涤剂组合物具有为直链烷基苯磺酸盐的第一阴离子表面活性剂和至少再一种为伯醇硫酸盐(PAS)、烷基酯磺酸盐(MES)或烷氧基化硫酸盐(SLES)的阴离子表面活性剂。
在优选实施方案中,洗涤液中洗涤剂组合物的浓度为1-3克/升。优选地,该洗涤液在25℃下的pH为6.5至10.5。
优选地,洗涤剂组合物的阴离子表面活性剂含量为5-60重量%,更优选为10-50重量%。
其他阴离子表面活性剂可以选自下列文件中描述的表面活性剂:Schwartz和Perry的'Surface Active Agents'第1卷,Schwartz、Perry and Berch的Interscience1949,第2卷,Interscience 1958,Manufacturing Confectioners Company出版的McCutcheon's Emulsifiers and Detergents的当前版本,或H.Stache的Tenside-Taschenbuch,第2版,Carl Hauser Verlag,1981。
非离子表面活性剂
洗涤剂组合物的优选实施方案还含有在下面进一步讨论的非离子表面活性剂。高度优选的是脂肪酸烷氧基化物,尤其是乙氧基化物,其具有从C8-C35,优选C8-C30,更优选C10-C20,特别是C10-C18碳原子的烷基链,例如来自Shell的范围(海牙,荷兰);环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段聚合物,其可以具有为1,000至30,000的分子量,例如来自BASF的(路德维希港,德国);和烷基酚乙氧基化物,例如X-100,购自DowChemical(Midland,Mich.,USA)。
更优选的非离子表面活性剂是平均乙氧基化度为七的乙氧基化物,具有一个环氧丙烷和多个环氧乙烷单元的烷氧基化物,基于种子油的表面活性剂,如可购自DowChemicals的SA7或SA9。
根据该方法的其他优选实施方案,[在步骤2中]洗涤剂组合物具有10-40重量%的碳酸钠。仍更优选地,洗涤剂组合物具有20-50重量%的硫酸钠。
其他任选成分
此外,洗涤剂组合物可以包括一种或多种任选的成分,以提高性能和特性。虽然没有必要存在这些要素,但这类材料的使用往往在使制剂供消费者使用的可接受性方面非常有益。任选的成分的实例包括但不限于:助水溶剂、荧光增白剂、光漂白剂、纤维润滑剂、还原剂、酶、酶稳定剂(如多元醇)、粉末整理剂、消泡剂、漂白剂、漂白催化剂、去污剂,尤其是用于棉或涤棉或两者的去污剂、抗再沉积剂,尤其是抗再沉积聚合物、染料转移抑制剂、缓冲剂、着色剂、芳香剂、前芳香剂、流变改性剂、抗灰化聚合物、防腐剂、驱虫剂、防污剂、耐水性剂、悬浮剂、美化剂、结构化剂、消毒剂、溶剂,包括水性溶剂和非水溶剂、织物整理剂、染料固定剂、减皱剂、织物调理剂和除臭剂。
洗涤剂组合物可以具有低到中等的堆积密度。在这种情况下,其可以通过喷雾干燥浆料来制备,并且任选地,后加(干混)其他成分。可用于粉末制造的途径包括喷雾干燥、滚筒干燥、流化床干燥以及刮膜干燥装置诸如刮膜蒸发器。
可替代地,主洗粉末可以是浓缩的或致密的粉末。这样的粉末可以通过混合和粒化过程,例如使用高速混合机/制粒机或其他非塔式法制备。
现在将参考以下非限制性实施例进一步描述本发明。
实施例
实施例1:

制备样品和染污测试样品的方法
将单硬脂酸甘油酯和脂肪酸混合物(表1所示的量)装在玻璃容器中并允许通过温和加热熔化。之后在55℃下充分混合,获得用于步骤1的充分混合的组合物。
将该组合物冷却至25℃,然后施加到测试织物样品上,该样品预先用已知量的葵花籽油作为模拟油污污染。
将一毫升表1的混合物施加在每个样品的污渍部分。此后将样品在含有表2的洗涤剂组合物的洗涤液中洗涤。在充分清洗每个样品后,将样品风干并进一步用于除油研究。
除油的程度通过提取每个织物样本上留下的油的量并将其与初始量进行比较来估计。红外光谱(在2946厘米-1)用于这一分析。就在2946厘米-1下相同油的校正曲线分析峰面积和峰高度。

表4中所示的数据的解释清楚地表明,随着洗涤剂组合物的变化,越来越多的油从测试样品中除去。
其中没有用洗涤剂洗涤的样品显示仅约50%的油除去。第二和第三数据点之间的不同表明烷氧基化硫酸盐(SLES)的第二阴离子表面活性剂的效果。数据点4和5显示了具有苏打和硫酸钠的额外有益效果。组合物4显示最好的结果。
实施例2:
再进行一组实验来研究具有脂肪酸和单甘油酯的预处理组合物中不同单甘油酯含量的效果。为了最小化其他因素的影响,所有实验用表2的组合物2进行。

Claims (11)
1.一种清洁其上具有油污的织物的方法,所述方法包括将一种或多种脂肪酸施加到所述织物的污渍部分的第一步骤,在该步骤中所述污渍部分没有与任何表面活性剂接触;和在包含洗涤剂组合物的洗涤液体中洗涤所述污渍部分的第二步骤,其特征在于,在所述第一步骤中,将单甘油酯与所述一种或多种脂肪酸同时施加到所述污渍部分,其中所述污渍部分用含有所述一种或多种脂肪酸和所述单甘油酯的预处理组合物处理,并且其中所述组合物包含含有60重量%至90重量%油酸,余量为硬脂酸或棕榈酸或它们的组合的脂肪酸混合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中总单甘油酯含量与施加到所述污渍部分的总脂肪酸含量的重量比在2:98至60:40的范围内。
