1.6 purple Ganoderma mycelium pellet culture formula (1L calculation): 8-10g of peptone, 0.01-0.02g of purple yam pigment, 38-40g of glucose, and adding water to 1L.
1.7 Black Ganoderma mycelium pellet culture formula (1L calculation): 8-10g of peptone, 0.01-0.02g of plant charcoal melanin and 38-40g of glucose, and adding water to 1L.
In each liquid culture formula, 0.1-0.2mol/L sodium hydroxide solution is used for regulating the pH value to 6.8-7.2;
(2) treating the ganoderma lucidum seed liquid (in order to ensure that ganoderma lucidum mycelium pellets can be directionally cultured into fixed shapes with uniform sizes): grinding Ganoderma seed solution into slurry under aseptic condition with homogenizer, transferring into glass syringe, sleeving with replaceable membrane chromatographic filter, and filtering with filter paper instead of membrane to obtain mycelium suspension.

Ganoderma ganodermatum is a fungus of Ganoderma genus of Polyporaceae of Basidiomycetes, belongs to one of famous and precious medicinal fungi in China, and has a long clinical medication history. Research shows that the ganoderma lucidum mycelium pellet is from mycelium polymers obtained after liquid culture or fermentation of ganoderma lucidum strains, and the size of the pellet or other shapes can be close to that of common crystal pellets. Under certain culture conditions, the ganoderma lucidum mycelia can be cultured into specific spherical, burr-shaped or other various shapes by adopting a liquid fermentation technology, and different colors can be given to the ganoderma lucidum mycelia on the basis, so that the ornamental value is kept to the maximum extent. Example 1
The preparation method of the ganoderma lucidum mycelium pellet product comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a culture solution, wherein the formula of the culture solution is as follows:
1.1 formula (1L calculation) for culturing yellow Ganoderma mycelium pellet: peeled potato 200g, corn kernel 10g, glucose 20g, adding water to 1L.
1.2 formula (1L calculation) for culturing white Ganoderma mycelium pellet: 10g of peptone, 10g of tuckahoe extract and 40g of glucose, and adding water to 1L.
1.3 formula for culturing mycelium pellet of Ganoderma lucidum (1L calculation): 10g of peptone, 0.01g of beet red and 40g of glucose, and adding water to 1L.
1.4 Green Ganoderma mycelium pellet culture formula (1L calculation): 10g of peptone, 0.02g of gardenia green pigment and 40g of glucose, and adding water to 1L.
1.5 blue Ganoderma mycelium pellet culture formula (1L calculation): 10g of peptone, 0.01g of gardenia blue pigment and 40g of glucose, and adding water to 1L.
1.6 purple Ganoderma mycelium pellet culture formula (1L calculation): 10g of peptone, 0.01g of purple yam pigment and 40g of glucose, and adding water to 1L.
1.7 Black Ganoderma mycelium pellet culture formula (1L calculation): 10g of peptone, 0.01g of plant charcoal melanin and 40g of glucose, and adding water to 1L.
In each liquid culture formula, 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution is used for regulating the pH value to 7.0;

(3) Culturing: and (3) taking the culture solution in the step (1), adding 2mL of hypha suspension into every 1L of culture solution, transferring the hypha suspension obtained in the step (2), transferring the hypha suspension into the culture solution, carrying out vortex oscillation for 30min, culturing for 1 day at the temperature of 28 ℃ and at the speed of 200r/min, standing for 4h at the same temperature, and culturing for 2 days at the temperature of 28 ℃ and at the speed of 100r/min to obtain the ganoderma lucidum mycelium pellets with different colors.
Example 2
Directionally culturing mycelium pellets into a hedgehog ball shape, and processing the mycelium pellets as follows: preparing a chitosan solution with the concentration of 0.2g/mL by using a glacial acetic acid aqueous solution with the volume concentration of 1% as a solvent, and adding the chitosan solution into the culture solution in the step (1) according to the amount of adding 2mL of chitosan solution into every 1000mL of culture solution; the other processing method is the same as the preparation method of the ganoderma lucidum mycelium pellet product. Thus obtaining the ganoderma lucidum hedgehog ball.
Product evaluation
1. Consumer preference evaluation
20 children (age range 8-12 years) and adolescent consumers (8 children and 12 adolescents) who purchased the hyacinths were recruited as beauty evaluators to participate in the sensory test, and the evaluators to participate in the quantitative descriptive analysis test. 2. Evaluation of safety
The raw materials used in the production process of the colorful ganoderma lucidum mycelium pellet and the hedgehog pellet are safe, natural and free of toxicity, include various natural edible pigments, peptone, glucose, potato, chitosan and the like, are free of any synthetic raw materials, are high in safety, and cannot influence human bodies or environment after being smashed or eaten by mistake.

1.6 formula of purple ganoderma mycelium pellet culture solution: 8-10g of peptone, 0.01-0.02g of purple yam pigment and 38-40g of glucose, and adding water to 1L;
1.7 formula of black ganoderma mycelium pellet culture solution: 8-10g of peptone, 0.01-0.02g of plant charcoal melanin and 38-40g of glucose, and adding water to 1L;
the pH value of each culture solution formula is regulated to 6.8-7.2 by 0.1-0.2mol/L sodium hydroxide solution;
(2) treating the ganoderma lucidum seed liquid: grinding Ganoderma seed solution into slurry under aseptic condition with homogenizer, transferring into glass injector and sleeving with replaceable membrane chromatographic filter, and filtering with filter paper instead of membrane to obtain mycelium suspension;
(3) culturing: and (3) taking the culture solution obtained in the step (1), adding 2-4mL of hypha suspension into every 1L of culture solution, transferring the hypha suspension obtained in the step (2), transferring the hypha suspension into the culture solution, carrying out vortex oscillation for 20-30 min, then, culturing for 1-2 days at 26-28 ℃ and 160-200 r/min, standing for 2-4 h at the same temperature, and then, culturing for 2-3 days at 26-28 ℃ and 60-100 r/min to obtain the seven-color ganoderma mycelium pellet product.
