Abstract

本发明涉及一种变电站、换流站电抗器专用氟硅绝缘橡胶涂料的制备方法,包括下列步骤:1)、将30‑40质量份含氟的聚二甲基乙烯基硅氧烷、5‑8质量份含嵌段苯基的聚二甲基乙烯基封端的硅氧烷、1‑3质量份含硼聚二甲基三甲基封端的硅氧烷、30‑35质量份经硅氮烷处理的增强填料、10‑15质量份导热填料、5‑10质量份的阻燃填料、5‑10质量份增强绝缘填料、10‑15质量份耐电蚀损填料、3‑5质量份颜料的混合物在140‑160℃,0.08‑0.09MPa蜜练机中混合2小时,成为基础胶;2)、将基础胶返炼、碾磨至粘稠但具有流动性的粘流体,得到返炼胶;3)、将返炼胶投入带搅拌,可夹套升温的反应釜中,在70‑80℃温度下,按顺序分别加入溶剂、催化剂、交联剂,在干燥的氮气保护下搅拌反应,密封包装。

技术领域
本发明属于氟硅绝缘橡胶涂料的制备方法,特别涉及一种变电站、换流站电抗器专用氟硅绝缘橡胶涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
目前变电站、换流站用电抗器因老化造成的跳闸事故发生频繁,随着国家电力工业的大发展,各种电压等级的交、直流变电站大幅度增加,国家电网公司、南方电网公司由于老化造成的电抗器闪络跳闸,导致正常输、变电事故频发,甚至造成烧毁电抗器的巨大损失,现行使用的在电抗器环氧绕组表面涂刷聚氨酯防腐涂料等技术措施不能完全解决,亟待更优异的绝缘、导热、阻燃、防老化技术措施。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种变电站、换流站电抗器专用氟硅绝缘橡胶涂料的制备方法。它施工工艺简单,可导热,阻燃,防潮,憎水,防止电抗器运行环境下的电化学腐蚀,耐紫外照射、耐臭氧、耐气候老化,可喷涂或刷涂施工,方便快捷。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是,包括下列步骤:1)、将30-40质量份含氟的聚二甲基乙烯基硅氧烷、5-8质量份含嵌段苯基的聚二甲基乙烯基封端的硅氧烷、1-3质量份含硼聚二甲基三甲基封端的硅氧烷、30-35质量份经硅氮烷处理的增强填料、10-15质量份导热填料、5-10质量份的阻燃填料、5-10质量份增强绝缘填料、10-15质量份耐电蚀损填料、3-5质量份颜料的混合物在140℃-160℃,0.08-0.09MPa蜜练机中混合2小时,成为基础胶;2)、将基础胶在三辊碾磨机上返炼、碾磨至粘稠流体,得到返炼胶;3)、将返炼胶投入带搅拌,在夹套升温的反应釜中,在70-80℃温度下,按顺序分别加入溶剂、催化剂、交联剂,在干燥的氮气保护下搅拌反应,后包装在密封的容器内。
所述的增强填料为二氧化硅,商品名称为气相法白炭黑。
所述的导热填料为氧化锌。
所述的阻燃填料为十溴二苯乙烷。
所述的增强绝缘填料为芳纶-Ⅱ浆泊。
所述的耐电蚀损填料为氢氧化铝。
所述的颜料为三氧化二铁。
所述的溶剂为复合环保溶剂。
所述的催化剂为延迟性铂络合物。
所述的交联剂为含氢硅油。
本发明具有下列优点:1)、工艺简单;2)产品绝缘性能好,介电强度达到25Kv/mm以上,耐电蚀损TMA4.5级。阻燃性达FV-0级,持久的憎水性和憎水迁移性、抗污闪、耐电弧;导热性达0.5W/(M.K)以上,能有效保护电抗器不受污秽影响;3、机械强度高,达4.0MPa,剪切强度达3.5MPa以上,耐酸、碱、盐和电化学腐蚀,使用寿命达20年;3、可导热,阻燃,防潮,憎水,防腐蚀;4)、可喷涂或刷涂施工,方便快捷。
具体实施方式
实施例一
本发明包括下列步骤:1)、将30质量份含氟的聚二甲基乙烯基硅氧烷、5质量份含嵌段苯基的聚二甲基乙烯基封端硅氧烷、1质量份含硼的聚二甲基三甲基封端硅氧烷、30质量份经硅氮烷处理的增强填料气相法二氧化硅、10质量份导热填料氧化锌、5质量份的阻燃填料十溴二苯乙烷、5质量份增强绝缘填料芳纶-Ⅱ浆粕、10质量份耐电蚀损填料氢氧化铝、3质量份颜料三氧化二铁的混合物在150℃,0.08MPa真空捏合机中混合2小时,成为混合胶;2)、将混合胶在三辊碾磨机上返炼、碾磨至粘稠但还具有流动性的粘稠流体,得到返炼胶;3)、将返炼胶投入反应釜中,在80℃温度下,加入不燃复合溶剂、催化剂延迟性铂络合物、交联剂含氢硅油,在干燥的氮气保护下搅拌反应2小时,后包装在密封的容器内。
实施例二
将35质量份含氟的聚二甲基乙烯基硅氧烷、7质量份含嵌段苯基的聚二甲基乙烯基封端硅氧烷、2质量份含硼的聚二甲基三甲基封端硅氧烷、32质量份经硅氮烷处理的增强填料气相法二氧化硅、13质量份导热填料氧化锌、8质量份的阻燃填料十溴二苯乙烷、7质量份增强绝缘填料芳纶-Ⅱ浆粕、12质量份耐电蚀损填料氢氧化铝、4质量份颜料三氧化二铁的混合物在160℃,0.09MPa真空捏合机中混合2小时,成为混合胶;2)、将混合胶在三辊碾磨机上返炼、碾磨至粘稠但还具有流动性的粘流体,得到返炼胶;3)、将返炼胶投入反应釜中,在80℃温度下,加入不燃复合溶剂、催化剂延迟性铂络合物、交联剂含氢硅油,在干燥的氮气保护下搅拌反应2小时,后包装在密封的容器内。
实施例三
将40质量份含氟的聚二甲基乙烯基硅氧烷、8质量份含嵌段苯基的聚二甲基乙烯基封端硅氧烷、3质量份含硼的聚二甲基三甲基封端硅氧烷、35质量份经硅氮烷处理的增强填料气相法二氧化硅、15质量份导热填料氧化锌、10质量份的阻燃填料十溴二苯乙烷、10质量份增强绝缘填料芳纶-Ⅱ浆粕、15质量份耐电蚀损填料氢氧化铝、5质量份颜料三氧化二铁的混合物在160℃,0.09MPa真空捏合机中混合2小时,成为混合胶;2)、将混合胶在三辊碾磨机上返炼、碾磨至粘稠但还具有流动性的粘流体,得到返炼胶;3)、将返炼胶投入反应釜中,在80℃温度下,加入不燃复合溶剂、催化剂延迟性铂络合物、交联剂含氢硅油,在干燥的氮气保护下搅拌反应2小时,后包装在密封的容器内。

1.一种变电站、换流站电抗器专用氟硅绝缘橡胶涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括下列步骤:1)、将30-40质量份含氟的聚二甲基乙烯基硅氧烷、5-8质量份含嵌段苯基的聚二甲基乙烯基封端的硅氧烷、1-3质量份含硼聚二甲基三甲基封端的硅氧烷、30-35质量份经硅氮烷处理的增强填料、10-15质量份导热填料、5-10质量份的阻燃填料、5-10质量份增强绝缘填料、10-15质量份耐电蚀损填料、3-5质量份颜料的混合物在140-160℃,0.08-0.09MPa蜜练机中混合2小时,成为基础胶;2)、将基础胶在三辊碾磨机上返炼、碾磨至粘稠但具有流动性的粘流体,得到返炼胶;3)、将返炼胶投入带搅拌,可夹套升温的反应釜中,在70-80℃温度下,按顺序分别加入溶剂、催化剂、交联剂,在干燥的氮气保护下搅拌反应,后包装在密封的容器内。
