firstly, marking on a gourd 100, then, inverting the gourd 100 on a rotary clamping device 131, starting a clamping power device 14 to drive the rotary clamping device 131 to rotate, and hinging one end of a rotary clamping connecting rod 134 with the rotary clamping device 131 through a pin 135 and hinging the other end of the rotary clamping connecting rod 124, wherein the rotary clamping device 131 drives a clamp holder fixing rod 121 to move in the rotating process, a gourd clamp holder 122 fixed at the end part of the clamp holder fixing rod 121 is matched with each other to clamp the gourd, meanwhile, starting a clamping servo motor 16 to drive a lifting positioning rod 111 to move up and down, a lifting slide rail 123 fixed on the clamp holder fixing rod 121 is matched with a lifting slide block 113 for use, the whole clamping claw 12 moves up and down, and the fixing of the gourd 100 can be completed by operating the clamping power device 14 and the clamping; after positioning of the hoist 100 is completed, the suction cup cylinder 211 is started to drive the suction cup 214 to move downwards to fix the bottom surface of the hoist 100, the suction cup 214 sucks the bottom surface of the hoist 100 and then the bottom removing servo motor 221 is started to drive the second bottom removing support 24 to move downwards, meanwhile, the band saw motor 251 is started to enable the band saw 264 to rotate, the band saw 264 is moved downwards along with the second bottom removing support 24 to complete bottom removing work on the bottom of the hoist 100, after the bottom removing work is completed, the suction cup cylinder 211 and the bottom removing servo motor 221 return upwards to the initial position, the bottom removing drive motor 55 drives the whole bottom removing device 2 to move to the open working position, and meanwhile, the core drawing drive motor 56 is started to drive the whole core drawing device 3 to move to the working position; after the displacement work is finished, the core-drawing servo motor 311 is started to drive the second core-drawing support 35 to move downwards, meanwhile, the drilling machine 33 is started to drive the milling cutter 34 to rotate, the hoist 100 is drawn empty along with the downward-moving milling cutter 34 of the second core-drawing support 35, after the core-drawing work is finished, the core-drawing servo motor 311 drives the second core-drawing support 35 to move upwards, and then the bottom-removing driving motor 55 and the core-drawing driving motor 56 are matched to enable the bottom-removing device 2 and the core-drawing device 3 to return to the original working positions; after the bottom removing and core drawing work of the whole gourd is finished, a wine bottle can be filled in the gourd, and the bottom of the gourd is fixed on the gourd body to form the wine gourd for filling wine.
