Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔及其制备方法,包括BOPP基膜,所述BOPP基膜上依次涂覆有透湿层和弹力层;其中,所述BOPP基膜的厚度为20‑25μm,该厚度的BOPP基膜具有适合印刷的高拉伸强度、强韧性以及染料润湿性;所述透湿层为树脂固化层。其能够使热转移膜烫印后表面滑爽,耐刮性和耐擦性显著提高,此外该透湿层还具有剥离性能,能够使弹力层与BOPP基膜相分离;所述弹力层由染料和改性树脂混合固化而成,其可以使热转移膜有不同的颜色,并且具有弹力和可拉伸性;本发明经过烫印和热转移后使弹力布料表层透湿、耐刮、耐擦,且色层连续,提高布料的美观性、舒适度和使用寿命。

Description

一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及热烫印箔技术领域,特别涉及一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着轻工业包装技术的不断发展,人们对表面装饰材料的要求也随之提高。热烫印箔由于烫印图案精美、加工方便等优点在布料的表面装饰行业中占有越来越重要的地位。然而传统的热转移膜在应用于弹力布料时会出现不透汽色层断裂、表面粗糙、耐刮耐磨性差等缺点,影响布料的美观性、舒适度以及使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔,经过烫印和热转移后使弹力布料表层透湿、耐刮、耐擦,且色层连续,提高布料的美观性、舒适度和使用寿命。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔,包括BOPP基膜,所述BOPP基膜上依次涂覆有透湿层和弹力层。
所述BOPP基膜,是“Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene”的简称,即双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,厚度为20-25μm,该厚度的BOPP基膜具有适合印刷的高拉伸强度、强韧性以及染料润湿性。
所述透湿层由有机溶剂、丙烯酸树脂、PU弹力树脂和小分子炭黑混合固化而成,该透湿层能够使热转移膜烫印后表面滑爽,耐刮性和耐擦性显著提高,此外该透湿层还具有剥离性能,能够使弹力层与BOPP基膜相分离。
所述弹力层由染料、有机溶剂和聚氨酯树脂混合固化而成,该弹力层可以使热转移膜有不同的颜色,并且具有弹力和可拉伸性。
一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)以双向拉伸的聚丙烯为基膜,以下简称BOPP基膜;
2)在BOPP基膜表面涂覆一层透湿层:将透湿层料液通过150-250目的涂布机台网纹涂布到BOPP基膜的表面,然后经过4-6段式高温烘箱反应和干燥,形成透湿层;
3)在透湿层上涂上弹力层:弹力料液通过涂布机台网纹涂布到透湿层上,然后经过4-6段高温烘箱反应和干燥,形成弹力层。
4)以分切机将上述透湿弹力膜分切收卷即可获得所述的透湿弹力热转移膜。
优选的,步骤2)中透湿层料液是将25%-35%的丙烯酸树脂、55%-75%的PU弹力树脂和5%-10%小分子白炭黑加入到有机溶剂中搅拌混合均匀得到,其中,所述有机溶剂为丁酮、环己酮、乙酯、DMF中的一种或者几种。
优选的,步骤3)中弹力料液是将20%-50%的聚氨酯树脂和50%-80%的有机溶剂混合,再加入染料搅拌均匀制成,所述有机溶剂为丁酮、环己酮、丙酮中的一种或几种。
本发明所带来的有益效果是:
1、本发明在BOPP基膜上依次涂覆有透湿层和弹力层,其经过烫印和热转移后使弹力布料表层透湿、耐刮、耐擦,且色层连续,提高布料的美观性、舒适度和使用寿命。
2、本发明中所述BOPP基膜的厚度为20-25μm,该厚度的BOPP基膜具有适合印刷的高拉伸强度、强韧性以及染料润湿性。
3、本发明中所述透湿层为树脂固化层,其能够使热转移膜烫印后表面透湿,耐刮性和耐擦性显著提高,此外该透湿层还具有剥离性能,能够使弹力层与BOPP基膜相分离。
4、本发明中所述弹力层由染料和改性树脂混合固化而成,其可以使热转移膜有不同的颜色,并且具有弹力和可拉伸性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1所示,一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔,包括BOPP基膜1,所述BOPP基膜2上依次涂覆有透湿层3和弹力层4。
所述BOPP基膜1,是“Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene”的简称,即双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,厚度为20-25μm,该厚度的BOPP基膜具有适合印刷的高拉伸强度、强韧性以及染料润湿性。
所述透湿层2由有机溶剂、丙烯酸树脂、PU弹力树脂和小分子炭黑混合固化而成,该透湿层能够使热转移膜烫印后表面滑爽,耐刮性和耐擦性显著提高,此外该透湿层还具有剥离性能,能够使弹力层与BOPP基膜相分离。
所述弹力层由染料、有机溶剂和聚氨酯树脂混合固化而成,该弹力层可以使热转移膜有不同的颜色,并且具有弹力和可拉伸性。
实施例一:
一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)以双向拉伸的聚丙烯为基膜,以下简称BOPP基膜;
2)在BOPP基膜表面涂覆一层透湿层:将35%的丙烯酸树脂、55%的PU弹力树脂和10%小分子白炭黑加入到丁酮中搅拌混合均匀得到透湿层。将透湿层料液通过150目的涂布机台网纹涂布到BOPP基膜的表面,然后经过4段式高温烘箱反应和干燥,形成透湿层;
3)在透湿层上涂上弹力层:将20%的聚氨酯树脂和80%的丁酮混合,再加入染料搅拌均匀制成弹力料液。弹力料液通过涂布机台网纹涂布到透湿层上,然后经过4段高温烘箱反应和干燥,形成弹力层。
4)以分切机将上述透湿弹力膜分切收卷即可获得所述的透湿弹力热转移膜。
实施例二:
一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)以双向拉伸的聚丙烯为基膜,以下简称BOPP基膜;
2)在BOPP基膜表面涂覆一层透湿层:将25%的丙烯酸树脂、70%的PU弹力树脂和5%小分子白炭黑加入到乙酯中搅拌混合均匀得到透湿层。将透湿层料液通过250目的涂布机台网纹涂布到BOPP基膜的表面,然后经过6段式高温烘箱反应和干燥,形成透湿层;
3)在透湿层上涂上弹力层:将50%的聚氨酯树脂和50%的环己酮混合,再加入染料搅拌均匀制成弹力料液。弹力料液通过涂布机台网纹涂布到透湿层上,然后经过6段高温烘箱反应和干燥,形成弹力层。
4)以分切机将上述透湿弹力膜分切收卷即可获得所述的透湿弹力热转移膜。
实施例三:
一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)以双向拉伸的聚丙烯为基膜,以下简称BOPP基膜;
2)在BOPP基膜表面涂覆一层透湿层:将30%的丙烯酸树脂、60%的PU弹力树脂和10%小分子白炭黑加入到乙酯中搅拌混合均匀得到透湿层。将透湿层料液通过200目的涂布机台网纹涂布到BOPP基膜的表面,然后经过6段式高温烘箱反应和干燥,形成透湿层;
3)在透湿层上涂上弹力层:将40%的聚氨酯树脂和30%的丁酮和30%的环己酮混合,再加入染料搅拌均匀制成弹力料液。弹力料液通过涂布机台网纹涂布到透湿层上,然后经过6段高温烘箱反应和干燥,形成弹力层;
4)以分切机将上述透湿弹力膜分切收卷即可获得所述的透湿弹力热转移膜。

1.一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔,其特征在于,包括BOPP基膜(1),所述BOPP基膜(1)上依次涂覆有透湿层(2)和弹力层(3);所述BOPP基膜(1)的厚度为20-25μm;所述透湿层(2)由有机溶剂、丙烯酸树脂、PU弹力树脂和小分子炭黑混合固化而成;所述弹力层(3)由染料、有机溶剂和聚氨酯树脂混合固化而成。
2.一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)以双向拉伸的聚丙烯为基膜,以下简称BOPP基膜;
2)在BOPP基膜表面涂覆一层透湿层:将透湿层料液通过150-250目的涂布机台网纹涂布到BOPP基膜的表面,然后经过4-6段式高温烘箱反应和干燥,形成透湿层;
3)在透湿层上涂上弹力层:弹力料液通过涂布机台网纹涂布到透湿层上,然后经过4-6段高温烘箱反应和干燥,形成弹力层;
4)以分切机将上述透湿弹力膜分切收卷即可获得所述的透湿弹力热转移膜。
3.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中透湿层料液是将25%-35%的丙烯酸树脂、55%-75%的PU弹力树脂和5%-10%小分子白炭黑加入到有机溶剂中搅拌混合均匀得到,其中,所述有机溶剂为丁酮、环己酮、乙酯、DMF中的一种或者几种。
4.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于布料的透湿弹力热烫印箔的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中弹力料液是将20%-50%的聚氨酯树脂和50%-80%的有机溶剂混合,再加入染料搅拌均匀制成,所述有机溶剂为丁酮、环己酮、丙酮中的一种或几种。
