the connecting part comprises a first traction rope which pulls the control ring to move backwards, each upper claw piece is provided with a first traction rope, the front end of the first traction rope is fixedly connected with the control ring, and the rear end of the first traction rope is fixedly connected with the inner ring;

A hand grip cutting picking apparatus as defined in claim 2 wherein: the fork-shaped rod is Y-shaped, the fork-shaped rod comprises a fork opening and a rod body, the outer ring is fixed on the fork opening, the rod body is positioned between the two parallel rods, and the plane where the fork opening is positioned is perpendicular to the plane where the two parallel rods are positioned; the prongs align with the inner ring and allow the inner ring to move into the prongs.
4. A hand grip cutting picking apparatus as defined in claim 3 wherein: the upper cross rod is perpendicular to the lower cross rod, so that the fork rod and the parallel rod are prevented from interfering with each other in the process of moving forwards and backwards.
