Abstract
本发明公开了一种夹芯板,包括两块面板和挤塑板,面板与挤塑板之间通过胶黏剂连接成整体,在挤塑板的表面上设置有凹洞,其特征在于凹洞为开口小内凹大的根瘤构造,胶黏剂进入根瘤构造中硬化后,形成内嵌构造,两面板通过拉结支撑构造连接,挤塑板的周边设置有防护构造。相较于现有技术,本发明夹芯板的挤塑板和面板通过外小里大的内嵌锚固构造点状连接,挤塑板与面板结合更牢固,并且受力更加均匀,更能够有效克服挤塑板变形翘曲现象,可有效提高挤塑板与面板的粘接强度,同时具有优良的保温、防火、抗拉和抗压能力以及更高的施工效率等。

(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种建材,尤其涉及一种夹芯板。
(二)背景技术
挤塑板具有优良的保温隔热性(导热系数仅约0.028W/M·K),卓越的高强度抗压性(抗压强度达到150~700KPa以上),优良的憎水防潮性,抗老化性(正常使用几乎无老化分解现象),质轻和环保节能等优点,被广泛的应用于建筑物屋面保温、钢结构屋面、建筑物墙体保温、建筑物地面保湿、广场地面、地面冻胀控制、中央空调通风管道等方面,挤塑板和两块面板结合使用形成夹芯板。
然而,普通的挤塑板在使用过程中存在诸多问题,例如板与板的对接缝中容易产生通缝,工程中称之为冷条,导致整体保温性能不易达标,不易达到B1级难燃产品性能,遇明火时极易燃烧,埋下火灾隐患等,特别是,普通的夹芯板因为挤塑板板面光滑,挤塑板与面板之间的粘接能力有限,挤塑板与面板的粘接强度不容易达标(粘接强度应≥0.15MPa)。
为提高粘接强度,通常需要对挤塑板进行去皮处理,去皮处理不仅劳动强度大,而且去皮过程中稍有不慎会伤害到挤塑板内部,损害挤塑板的性能。另外,在施工过程中,通常都要采取措施对挤塑板进行加固处理,其方法是将挤塑板粘在外墙之后,再在每块挤塑板上打进1-2个深入墙体的塑料锚钉进行加固,不仅费工费料,其可靠性也因施工人员的施工质量不齐而受到严重影响,仍然存在着面板脱落等工程缺陷,危及人身财产安全。
因此,研究一种挤塑板与面板粘接能力更强的新型夹芯板已为急需。
(三)发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种夹芯板,它能有效解决挤塑板与面板粘接强度不达标,保温及防火性能不达标等问题,而且具有结构简单,设计合理,生产工艺简单等特点。
本发明的技术方案为:一种夹芯板,包括挤塑板和面板,面板为两块,面板与挤塑板之间通过胶黏剂连接成整体,在挤塑板的表面上设置有凹洞,其特征在于凹洞为开口小内凹大的根瘤构造,胶黏剂进入根瘤构造中硬化后形成外小内大的内嵌构造。两面板通过穿过挤塑板的拉结支撑构造连接。挤塑板的周边设置有防护构造。这样,挤塑板通过外小里大的内嵌锚固构造与面板点状连接,挤塑板与面板结合更牢固,并且受力更加均匀,更有效克服挤塑板产生变形翘曲现象,有效提高挤塑板与面板的粘接强度。所述根瘤构造可设置于挤塑板的一面或两面。所述拉结支撑构造可从挤塑板内穿过,也可从挤塑板与挤塑板之间的拼接缝中穿过。
优选的,所述拉结支撑构造从挤塑板与挤塑板之间的拼接缝中穿过。
本发明的特征还在于所述拉结支撑构造为铁丝钢筋或金属带或螺纹套筒。
本发明的特征还在于所述根瘤构造为激光烧结后的融孔结构。这样,相较于压制成孔的方式,激光烧结方式使得挤塑板的结构更加均匀,并且不会对挤塑板的表面结构造成破坏,同时也不会产生残渣、飞屑,不会污染环境。
本发明的特征还在于面板为硅钙板或硅酸钙板或纤维板或水泥纤维板,面板中设置有钢丝网。这样,面板的抗拉强度和抗压强度可得到有效保证。
本发明的特征还在于所述挤塑板内有与挤塑板一体成型的桁架,挤塑板在压制过程中将桁架与挤塑板一体成型,有效提高挤塑板的抗拉或抗压能力,进一步克服挤塑板的变形,提高挤塑板与面板的粘接强度。
进一步的,所述防护构造为加固角钢、C形护框或锡纸。
进一步的,所述加固角钢为L形金属条或L形塑钢条。
进一步的,所述C形护框为金属框或塑料框。
本发明的特征还在于所述挤塑板上设置有贯穿两表面的孔洞。这样,当在孔洞中穿入拉结部件时,一方面使得挤塑板与面板之间的粘接强度增加,另一方面使得墙体与夹芯板间的粘接强度增加;而且不用破坏挤塑板内部结构,施工更方便。
本发明的特征还在于所述挤塑板的侧面设置有拼接用的凹形构造或凸形构造。这样,挤塑板之间将更加密封,有效提高保温性能,并且因为挤塑板间缝隙变小,使得挤塑板与面板之间的接触面积变大,提高挤塑板与面板的粘接强度。
本发明的特征还在于所述挤塑板的相对侧边分别设置有凹形构造和与其相匹配的凸形构造。
本发明的特征还在于所述根瘤构造在挤塑板的表面上均匀布置,其间距为0.5-8cm。
本发明的特征还在于所述根瘤构造的深度为0.15-1cm。
本发明的特征还在于所述挤塑板内预埋有接结部件。这样,当面板需要加强整体性时,可直接使用预埋的接结部件,拉结面板,使挤塑板与面板之间粘接强度更强,而且施工更加方便。

如图1所示,本发明的夹芯板包括面板1和挤塑板2,面板1为两块,面板1与挤塑板2之间通过胶黏剂3连接成整体,在挤塑板2的表面上设置有凹洞4。凹洞4为开口小内凹大的根瘤构造5,胶黏剂3进入根瘤构造5中硬化后,形成内嵌构造6。两面板1通过拉结支撑构造7连接。所述拉结支撑构造7为铁丝钢筋9。所述拉结支撑构造7从挤塑板2的内部穿过。挤塑板2的周边设置有防护构造8。所述防护构造8为加固角钢15。加固角钢15为L形金属条。开口小内凹大的根瘤构造5设置在挤塑板2的两面,并且根瘤构造5为激光烧结后的融孔结构。
为达到较好的粘接强度,根瘤构造5在挤塑板2的表面上均匀布置,根瘤构造5的间距为0.5cm,深度为0.15cm。
实施例二:
如图2所示,本发明的夹芯板包括面板1和挤塑板2,面板1为两块,面板1与挤塑板2之间通过胶黏剂3连接成整体,在挤塑板2的表面上设置有凹洞4。凹洞4为开口小内凹大的根瘤构造5,胶黏剂3进入根瘤构造5中硬化后,形成内嵌构造6。两面板1通过拉结支撑构造7连接。所述拉结支撑构造7为金属带10。挤塑板2的周边设置有防护构造8。所述防护构造8为C形护框16。C形护框16为金属框。开口小内凹大的根瘤构造5设置在挤塑板2的两面,并且根瘤构造5为激光烧结后的融孔结构

实施例三:
如图3所示,本发明的夹芯板包括面板1和挤塑板2,面板1为两块,面板1与挤塑板2之间通过胶黏剂3连接成整体,在挤塑板2的表面上设置有凹洞4。凹洞4为开口小内凹大的根瘤构造5,胶黏剂3进入根瘤构造5中硬化后,形成内嵌构造6。两面板1通过拉结支撑构造7连接。所述拉结支撑构造7为螺纹套筒11。所述支撑构造7从挤塑板2与挤塑板2之间的拼接缝12中通过。挤塑板2的周边设置有防护构造8。所述防护构造8为锡纸17。开口小内凹大的根瘤构造5设置在挤塑板2的两面,并且根瘤构造5为激光烧结后的融孔结构。
为达到较好的粘接强度,根瘤构造5在挤塑板2的表面上均匀布置,根瘤构造5的间距为0.5cm,深度为1cm。
实施例四:
如图4所示,本发明的夹芯板包括面板1和挤塑板2,面板1为两块,面板1与挤塑板2之间通过胶黏剂3连接成整体,在挤塑板2的表面上设置有凹洞4。凹洞4为开口小内凹大的根瘤构造5,胶黏剂3进入根瘤构造5中硬化后,形成内嵌构造6。两面板1通过拉结支撑构造7连接。所述拉结支撑构造7为铁丝钢筋9。挤塑板2的周边设置有防护构造8。所述防护构造8为加固角钢15。所述加固角钢15为L形塑钢条。面板1为硅钙板或硅酸钙板或纤维板或水泥纤维板,面板1中设置有钢丝网13。
实施例五:
如图5所示,本发明的夹芯板包括面板1和挤塑板2,面板1为两块,面板1与挤塑板2之间通过胶黏剂3连接成整体,在挤塑板2的表面上设置有凹洞4。凹洞4为开口小内凹大的根瘤构造5,胶黏剂3进入根瘤构造5中硬化后,形成内嵌构造6。两面板1通过拉结支撑构造7连接。所述拉结支撑构造7为铁丝钢筋9。挤塑板2的周边设置有防护构造8。所述防护构造8为C形护框16。C形护框16为塑料框。挤塑板2设置有与挤塑板2一体成型的桁架14。
实施例六:
如图6所示,本发明的夹芯板包括面板1和挤塑板2,面板1为两块,面板1与挤塑板2之间通过胶黏剂3连接成整体,在挤塑板2的表面上设置有凹洞4。凹洞4为开口小内凹大的根瘤构造5,胶黏剂3进入根瘤构造5中硬化后,形成内嵌构造6。两面板1通过拉结支撑构造7连接。所述拉结支撑构造7为铁丝钢筋9。挤塑板2的周边设置有防护构造8。所述防护构造8为加固角钢15。加固角钢15为L形塑钢条。挤塑板2上设置有贯穿两表面的孔洞18。
实施例七:
如图7所示,本发明的夹芯板包括面板1和挤塑板2,面板1为两块,面板1与挤塑板2之间通过胶黏剂3连接成整体,在挤塑板2的表面上设置有凹洞4。凹洞4为开口小内凹大的根瘤构造5,胶黏剂3进入根瘤构造5中硬化后,形成内嵌构造6。两面板1通过拉结支撑构造7连接。所述拉结支撑构造7为铁丝钢筋9。挤塑板2的周边设置有防护构造8。所述防护构造8为加固角钢15。加固角钢15为L形金属条。挤塑板2侧面上设置有拼接用的凹形构造19和凸形构造20。凹形构造19和凸形构造20分别设置在挤塑板2的两相对侧面。凹形构造19和凸形构造20相匹配。凹形构造19为贯穿挤塑板2侧面的凹槽,凸形构造20为贯穿挤塑板2侧面的凸条。
实施例八:
如图8所示,本发明的夹芯板包括面板1和挤塑板2,面板1为两块,面板1与挤塑板2之间通过胶黏剂3连接成整体,在挤塑板2的表面上设置有凹洞4。凹洞4为开口小内凹大的根瘤构造5,胶黏剂3进入根瘤构造5中硬化后,形成内嵌构造6。两面板1通过拉结支撑构造7连接。所述拉结支撑构造7为铁丝钢筋9。挤塑板2的周边设置有防护构造8。所述防护构造8为加固角钢15。加固角钢15为L形金属条。挤塑板2侧面上设置有拼接用的凹形构造19和凸形构造20。凹形构造19和凸形构造20分别设置在挤塑板2的两相对侧面。凹形构造19和凸形构造20相匹配。凹形构造19为非贯穿挤塑板2侧面的凹坑,凸形构造20为非贯穿挤塑板2侧面的凸台。
实施例九:
如图9所示,本发明的夹芯板包括面板1和挤塑板2,面板1为两块,面板1与挤塑板2之间通过胶黏剂3连接成整体,在挤塑板2的表面上设置有凹洞4。凹洞4为开口小内凹大的根瘤构造5,胶黏剂3进入根瘤构造5中硬化后,形成内嵌构造6。两面板1通过拉结支撑构造7连接。所述拉结支撑构造7为铁丝钢筋9。挤塑板2的周边设置有防护构造8。所述防护构造8为加固角钢15。加固角钢15为L形金属条。挤塑板2侧面上设置有拼接用的凹形构造19和凸形构造20。凹形构造19和凸形构造20在挤塑板2的同一侧面间隔设置,挤塑板2的另一相对侧面的凸形构造20和凹形构造19与其匹配设置。
实施例十:
如图10所示,本发明的夹芯板包括面板1和挤塑板2,面板1为两块,面板1与挤塑板2之间通过胶黏剂3连接成整体,在挤塑板2的表面上设置有凹洞4。凹洞4为开口小内凹大的根瘤构造5,胶黏剂3进入根瘤构造5中硬化后,形成内嵌构造6。两面板1通过拉结支撑构造7连接。所述拉结支撑构造7为铁丝钢筋9。挤塑板2的周边设置有防护构造8。所述防护构造8为加固角钢15。加固角钢15为L形金属条。挤塑板2内预埋有接结部件21。

Claims (10)
1.一种夹芯板,包括两块面板(1)和挤塑板(2),面板(1)与挤塑板(2)之间通过胶黏剂(3)连接成整体,在挤塑板(2)的表面上设置有凹洞(4),其特征在于凹洞(4)为开口小内凹大的根瘤构造(5),胶黏剂(3)进入根瘤构造(5)中硬化后,形成内嵌构造(6),两面板(1)通过拉结支撑构造(7)连接,挤塑板(2)的周边设置有防护构造(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹芯板,其特征在于所述拉结支撑构造(7)为铁丝钢筋(9)或金属带(10)或螺纹套筒(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的夹芯板,其特征在于所述拉结支撑构造(7)从挤塑板(2)与挤塑板(2)之间的拼接缝(12)中穿过。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的夹芯板,其特征在于所述根瘤构造(5)为激光烧结后的融孔。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的夹芯板,其特征在于面板(1)为硅钙板或硅酸钙板或纤维板或水泥纤维板,所述面板(1)中设置有钢丝网(13);或者挤塑板(2)内有与挤塑板(2)一体成型的桁架(14)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的夹芯板,其特征在于所述防护构造(8)为加固角钢(15)或者C形护框(16)或者锡纸(17)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的夹芯板,其特征在于加固角钢(15)为L形金属条或L形塑钢条;或者C形护框(16)为金属框或塑料框。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的夹芯板,其特征在于挤塑板(2)上设置有贯穿两表面的孔洞(18);或者所述挤塑板内预埋有接结部件(21)。
9.根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的夹芯板,其特征在于挤塑板(2)的侧面设置有拼接用的凹形构造(19)或/和凸形构造(20);或者挤塑板(2)的相对侧边分别设置有凹形构造(19)和与其相匹配的凸形构造(20)。
10.根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的夹芯板,其特征在于根瘤构造(5)在挤塑板(2)的表面上均匀布置,其间距为0.5-8cm;或者根瘤构造(5)的深度为0.15-1cm。
