本发明涉及环保建筑耗材技术领域,尤其是一种环保复合塑料隔音板及其加工工艺。
背景技术
随着城市化的进展,城市人口密度越来越大,人们生活水平的提高,私家车也越来越多,由于机动车辆数目的迅速增加,使得交通噪声成为城市的主要噪声源。此外,众多商家为了吸引顾客,采用高音喇叭播放音乐,也是噪音的重要来源。城市噪音已经越来越多的影响着我们的生活。噪音的恶性刺激,严重影响我们的睡眠质量,并会导致头晕、头痛、失眠、多梦、记忆力减退、注意力不集中等神经衰弱症状和恶心、欲吐、胃痛、腹胀、食欲呆滞等消化道症状。
现有隔音墙板是一种高性能的约束阻尼结构板,它是由高性能的粘弹阻尼隔音涂层和约束阻尼层复合而成的。当结构板在受到声波的撞击而产生振动时,粘弹阻尼涂层能有效的将声波的振动能转化成热能消耗掉,成本较高,并且现有的隔音板含有的甲醛类物质较多,污染较大,使用不够环保,针对以上的问题,在这里我们提出一种环保复合塑料隔音板及其加工工艺。

本发明为解决上述技术不足,采用改性的技术方案,一种环保复合塑料隔音板及其加工工艺,包括隔音板本体和水性金属漆,所述隔音板本体的外部均匀涂抹水性金属漆,所述隔音板本体包括以下材料改性聚丙烯醇30-40份、异氰酸酯40-45份、发泡剂8-12份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.1-0.5份、丙烯酸酯共聚物0.4-0.8份、甲基纤维素1-1.5份、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.8-2份、羧甲基纤维素钠2-3.5份、异戊烷3-6份、稳定剂2-4份、硫酸钡1.5-3份、碳酸钙6-12份、铁粉3-4份、硅藻土5-10份。
作为本发明的进一步优选方式,所述隔音板本体的加工步骤包括如下,
S1,研磨:将硫酸钡、碳酸钙、铁粉、硅藻土、稳定剂和发泡剂按配比称量,经胶体磨研磨;
S2,物料配混:将按配比称量的改性聚丙烯醇、异氰酸酯、氧化聚乙烯蜡、丙烯酸酯共聚物、甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠2-3.5份、异戊烷,以及步骤S1中经研磨获得的混合物在高低速混合机组内混合加热,至混合温度90-110℃时,将物料放到低速混合机,待物料温度冷却至38-42℃时出料;
S3,挤出成型:将配混物料通过挤出机挤出成型,挤出温度为140-180℃获得预成型型坯;
S4,二次发泡定型:将预成型型坯在模具中二次发泡、定型,发泡温度为180-230℃。
作为本发明的进一步优选方式,所述改性聚丙烯醇的制备工艺包括:将聚丙烯醇加水浸泡,升温,搅拌至溶解完全,加入氢氧化钠溶液,调节pH值为8-9.5,搅拌,加入硅烷偶联剂,升温,搅拌,加酸调节pH为7.5-8.5,减压蒸馏,得到改性聚丙烯醇。
作为本发明的进一步优选方式,所述水性金属漆包括以下原料及重量份数:甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-20份、丙烯酸酯7.5-15份、二乙烯基醚22.5-45份、增稠剂羟乙基羧酸纤维素0.75-1.5份、丁酸二烯丙酯2.5-5份、PH调节剂2.5-5份、抗坏血酸0.5-1份和甲基丙烯酸0.25-0.5份,丙烯酸共聚物钾盐3-16份、水19.5-39份,丙烯酸缔合型增稠剂0.15-0.3份。

作为本发明的进一步优选方式, 所述水性金属漆制作工艺步骤如下:
a. 将上述原料按照重量克数称取;
b.将添加甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸酯、二乙烯基醚、增稠剂羟乙基羧酸纤维素、丁酸二烯丙酯、甲基丙烯酸,丙烯酸共聚物钾盐等材料进行混合并搅拌,控制温度在48℃;
c.将PH调节剂、抗坏血酸、水、丙烯酸缔合型增稠剂顺次倒入至步骤b中进行混合,控制温度达到75℃,时间控制在5小时以内;
d.混合完成后,停止搅拌,进行保温温度控制在40℃,当PH降至7时,可整体出料。
作为本发明的进一步优选方式,步骤b中,混合加入水后,利用搅拌设备进行搅拌,搅拌转速设为220-450r/min。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:该种发明设计的隔音板本体通过塑料材质复合而成,隔音效果好,且成本较低,同时在隔音板的外部涂抹一层水性金属漆,使整个设备具有硬度高、耐划伤、附着力强,耐盐雾、耐酸碱、耐水、耐油、抗紫外光、耐老化、抗低温、耐湿热,同时喷涂时无毒、无味、无污染、无三废,整体使用更加环保。

d.混合完成后,停止搅拌,进行保温温度控制在40℃,当PH降至7时,可整体出料。
步骤b中,混合加入水后,利用搅拌设备进行搅拌,搅拌转速设为220-450r/min。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保复合塑料隔音板及其加工工艺,其特征在于,所述水性金属漆包括以下原料及重量份数:甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-20份、丙烯酸酯7.5-15份、二乙烯基醚22.5-45份、增稠剂羟乙基羧酸纤维素0.75-1.5份、丁酸二烯丙酯2.5-5份、PH调节剂2.5-5份、抗坏血酸0.5-1份和甲基丙烯酸0.25-0.5份,丙烯酸共聚物钾盐3-16份、水19.5-39份,丙烯酸缔合型增稠剂0.15-0.3份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保复合塑料隔音板及其加工工艺,其特征在于,所述水性金属漆还包括以下原料及重量份数:甲基丙烯酸甲酯20份、丙烯酸酯15份、二乙烯基醚45份、增稠剂羟乙基羧酸纤维素1.5份、丁酸二烯丙酯5份、PH调节剂5份、抗坏血酸1份,甲基丙烯酸0.5份,丙烯酸共聚物钾盐16份、水39份,丙烯酸缔合型增稠剂0.3份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保复合塑料隔音板及其加工工艺,其特征在于,所述水性金属漆制作工艺步骤如下:
a. 将上述原料按照重量克数称取;
b.将添加甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸酯、二乙烯基醚、增稠剂羟乙基羧酸纤维素、丁酸二烯丙酯、甲基丙烯酸,丙烯酸共聚物钾盐等材料进行混合并搅拌,控制温度在48℃;
c.将PH调节剂、抗坏血酸、水、丙烯酸缔合型增稠剂顺次倒入至步骤b中进行混合,控制温度达到75℃,时间控制在5小时以内;
d.混合完成后,停止搅拌,进行保温温度控制在40℃,当PH降至7时,可整体出料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保复合塑料隔音板及其加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤b中,混合加入水后,利用搅拌设备进行搅拌,搅拌转速设为220-450r/min。
