3. At the moment, the passive bag sticking cylinder stretches out, and the active bag taking and sticking mechanism is driven by the mechanical wall to move so as to be attached to the passive bag sticking mechanism, compacted and tightly attached to the bag skin.

The two supporting plates extend out and are inserted into the woven bag with the opening, the two pushing plates are opened reversely, the opening of the bag is enlarged, and when the opening is enlarged, the upper side and the lower side of the bag are pulled in opposite directions, so that the adhesive tape is separated.
7. The supporting plate is reset, and the woven bag is sleeved into the conveying groove.
8. The belt line is driven by the movable support to move to the outlet of the conveying groove.
9. The movable trolley pushes the fungus bags to leave the conveying groove and pass through the fixed frame to enter the belt line, and the fungus bags synchronously push the woven bags out of the conveying groove when leaving the conveying groove, so that bagging operation is completed; the belt line in the bag discharging process runs at a speed lower than the bag pushing speed, so that the problem of wrinkling of the woven bag in the bag discharging process is effectively solved.
10. The pressing plates in the bag pressing assembly are driven by the driving air cylinders to press downwards, the two pressing plates flatten the bag openings, the movable support moves towards the bag sewing machine, and bag sewing operation is carried out on the woven bags.

Claims (2)
1. A horizontal fungus wrapping bag machine, its characterized in that: comprises a bag taking and opening mechanism, a conveyor belt, a fungus bag grabbing mechanism, a bagging and pushing mechanism and a bag discharging and sewing mechanism;
the bag taking and opening mechanism comprises a bag taking and sticking assembly for adhering the bag opening above the bag by using an adhesive tape and taking the bag out of a bag storage box, and a passive bag sticking assembly for adhering the bag opening below the bag by using the adhesive tape;
the bagging and pushing mechanism comprises a conveying groove, a bagging assembly for expanding the bag with the bag opening on the bag taking and opening device and then retrieving the bag and sleeving the bag into the conveying groove, and a bag pushing assembly for pushing the fungus bag and the bag out of the conveying groove together;
the fungus bag grabbing mechanism comprises a vacuum adsorption assembly capable of performing triaxial reciprocating motion, and the vacuum adsorption assembly comprises a plurality of vacuum suckers which are used for adsorbing the top end parts of fungus bags on the conveyor belt and moving to the conveying groove;
the bag discharging and sewing mechanism comprises a belt line which reciprocates along the width direction of the conveying groove, the inlet end of the belt line is provided with a bag pressing assembly which synchronously moves along with the belt line and is used for flattening a bag opening, and the belt line is used for receiving a bag pushed out from the conveying groove and sending the bag into a sewing machine for sewing;
the bag taking and opening device further comprises a mechanical arm, wherein the mechanical arm comprises an X-axis linear slide rail, a slide block moving along the X-axis linear slide rail and an X-axis moving cylinder for driving the slide block, and the slide block is provided with a Z-axis linear slide rail with a rack, an installation seat moving along the Z-axis linear slide rail and used for installing a bag taking and sticking assembly, a Z-axis driving servo arranged on the installation seat and a gear meshed with the rack;
the passive adhesive bag assembly is arranged outside one end of the storage bag box, a lifting cylinder for driving the passive adhesive bag assembly to lift is arranged at the outer end part of the storage bag box, the adhesive bag taking assembly and the passive adhesive bag assembly both comprise an adhesive supplying mechanism for supplying and recovering adhesive tapes so that adhesive tape adhesive surfaces on the two are arranged oppositely, the adhesive supplying mechanism comprises a panel, and a driven adhesive tape rim for installing the adhesive tapes and an active adhesive tape rim for recovering the adhesive tapes and driving the adhesive tape to rotate through a first motor are arranged on the panel; the driven rubber rim is provided with an electromagnetic brake and a torsion limiter for keeping the tension degree of the rubber belt, the rubber supplying mechanism further comprises a supporting plate which is arranged at the upper part between the driven rubber rim and the driving rubber rim and used for supporting the non-rubber veneers of the rubber belt, and side panels at two ends of the supporting plate are hinged with a plurality of roll shafts;
the bagging assembly comprises a guide linear guide rail arranged outside the conveying groove, a moving seat driven to move along the guide rail through a servo motor, two supporting plates arranged on the moving seat and driven to reciprocate along the width direction of the conveying groove through a driving mechanism, and a moving trolley capable of reciprocating along the length direction of the conveying groove, wherein the supporting plates are respectively arranged at two outer sides of the conveying groove, and a pushing plate arranged in the conveying groove is arranged at the front end of the moving trolley; the push plate is in a V shape with front tip and rear width; chamfering the front ends of the supporting plates, wherein the upper ends and the lower ends of the supporting plates are respectively higher than the upper ends and the lower ends of the conveying grooves;
the fungus bag grabbing mechanism comprises a bracket, wherein an X-axis driving assembly, a Y-axis driving assembly and a Z-axis driving assembly are arranged on the bracket, and the X-axis driving assembly comprises a first linear guide rail, a first rack paved on the first linear guide rail, a first gear meshed with the first rack, and a first driving servo motor which drives the first gear and is arranged at the bottom of the Y-axis driving assembly; the Y-axis driving assembly comprises a second linear guide rail, a second rack paved on the second linear guide rail, a second gear meshed with the second rack, and a second driving servo motor which drives the second gear and is arranged at the bottom of the Z-axis driving assembly; the Z-axis driving assembly comprises a third linear guide rail, a third rack paved on the third linear guide rail, a third gear meshed with the third rack, a third driving servo motor for driving the third gear, and a base for installing the third driving servo motor and the vacuum adsorption assembly;
the bag discharging and sewing mechanism further comprises a base, a transfer component for driving the belt line to reciprocate at the upper part of the base is arranged at the top of the base, and the transfer component comprises a fourth linear guide rail arranged at the upper part of the base, a moving bracket moving along the fourth linear guide rail, a servo motor and a synchronous belt, wherein the servo motor and the synchronous belt are arranged on the base and used for driving the moving bracket;
the depth of the conveying groove is higher than the height of the fungus bag, and windows for reducing contact surfaces are arranged on the two side walls of the conveying groove;
a plurality of conveying boxes for vertically holding fungus bags are arranged on the crawler belt of the conveyor belt;
the bag pressing assembly comprises a fixing frame fixed at the end part of the belt line, driving cylinders are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the fixing frame, and pressing plates for flattening the bag opening are arranged on piston rods of the driving cylinders.
2. The horizontal fungus packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein: the bag closer is arranged on one side of the base close to the inlet of the belt line.
