Abstract
本发明涉及一种车载终端智能系统，更具体的涉及一种机动车电子行驶证智能规范系统，包括有电子行驶证和设于机动车内的车载终端；所述车载终端连接有读取电子行驶证身份信息的读卡模块和无线通讯模块；采用本发明，当发生套牌、假牌车辆时便于公安管理部门进行管理，同时能够将车辆的行驶位置信息发送给车主的移动终端设备，再者本系统连接机动车防盗系统，只有当电子行驶证被读取后，车辆才能在钥匙的作用下启动，大大降低了汽车被盗的可能性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种规范系统，更具体的涉及一一种车载终端智能系统。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步和物质水平的提高，现代交通越来越发达，汽车普及至大众家庭，由此带来的机动车违章事件也随之增多，假牌、套牌等违法行为更是屡见不鲜，同时现今盗窃案件频繁发生，一般情况下的汽车依靠一种车锁来防盗，也有使用电子车锁来防盗，但是电子车锁存在电子信号波动大，当周围有电磁干扰时会存在假锁现象，给车辆带来隐患，再者，现今套牌车，假牌车等违法行为时有发生，对于车辆的整体信息保护也急需解决。
发明内容
本发明为了解决车辆有关信息读取以及便于交通部门处罚违法行为，提供了一种机动车电子行驶证智能规范系统，其特征在于所述系统包括有电子行驶证和设于机动车内的车载终端；所述车载终端连接有读取电子行驶证身份信息的读卡模块和无线通讯模块；还包括设于道路上用于与无线通讯模块配合获取电子行驶证身份信息的道路无线读取终端，所述道路无线读取终端连接有公安管理平台。进一步的，所述的车载终端连接有定位模块；所述的无线通讯模块包括有用于将电子行驶证身份信息无线发射至道路无线读取终端的RF模块和用于将车辆位置发送至移动通讯终端上移动通讯模块。进一步的，所述的车载终端还与机动车防盗系统相连接。
进一步的，所述读卡模块为无线式读卡器，插卡式读卡器或光电式读卡器的任一一种。
本发明的有益效果为：采用本发明，能够轻易获得电子行驶证上记载的的车辆及车主身份的信息，还可以获得紧急联系人信息，当发生套牌、假牌车辆时便于公安管理部门进行管理，同时由于该系统还有定位模块的定位作用，能够将车辆的行驶位置信息发送给车主的移动终端设备(如手机)，便于车主实时掌握车辆动态，再者本系统连接机动车防盗系统，只有当电子行驶证被读取后，车辆才能在钥匙的作用下启动，大大降低了汽车被盗的可能性。

以下结合附图和本发明优选的具体实施例对本发明的结构作进一步地说明，第一实施例，一种车载终端智能系统，包括有电子行驶证和设于机动车内的车载终端；所述车载终端连接有读取电子行驶证身份信息的读卡模块和无线通讯模块；还包括设于道路上用于与无线通讯模块配合获取电子行驶证身份信息的道路无线读取终端，所述道路无线读取终端连接有公安管理平台，所述的车载终端连接有定位模块；所述的无线通讯模块包括有用于将电子行驶证身份信息无线发射至道路无线读取终端的RF模块和用于将车辆位置发送至移动通讯终端上移动通讯模块，所述的车载终端还与机动车防盗系统相连接，所述读卡模块为插卡式读卡器。本实施例中，电子行驶证由公安交警车管部门统一监制换发并更换,电子行驶证由公安交警车管部门录入车辆信息，车主姓名，身份证号码，住址，联系电话，号牌号码，车辆类型，品牌型号，发动机号码，车辆识别代号，注册日期，发证日期，车身色调，车辆年检信息，保险信息等，这样在遇见对乱停放车辆，车主又不在现场，公安交警可读取车辆信息，直接通知或警告车主，而对于在高速公路遮挡号牌或者故意遮挡的违法车辆全部可以读取该车辆信息，达到文明执法，还可以存入紧急联系人联系方式，这样当发生遇到酒醉驾驶人，或者毒驾人员无法正常沟通的，可以通过紧急联系人找到家属，方便执法人员与家属沟通，便于后续的照顾和处理；对于该系统中的安装使用：电子行驶证由公安交管部门监制，新车入户时有公安管理部门录入信息，在正常使用车辆年检时公安交管部门录入并可以更换信息，6年免检的车辆可分单双号到公安交管部门录入信息，对于二手车可以在过户时由公安交管部门录入新车主信息，此外由于本系统有定位功能，通过GPS定位，将车辆的位置信息传输给车主的手机上，便于车主时刻掌握车辆动向，再者，将车载终端与机动车防盗系统连接，通过读取电子行驶证上的信息，会发送给机动车防盗系统一个信号，从而开启发动机，车辆才能正常启动，否则，当车载终端没有读取到电子行驶证信息时，由于机动车防盗系统未接受到信号，发动机不能开启，车辆无法行驶。
第二实施例中，与第一实施例不同之处在于，读卡模块为光电式式读卡器。
第三实施例中，与第一实施例不同之处在于，读卡模块为无线式式读卡器。
Claims (4)
1.一种车载终端智能系统，其特征在于所述系统包括有电子行驶证和设于机动车内的车载终端；所述车载终端连接有读取电子行驶证身份信息的读卡模块和无线通讯模块；还包括设于道路上用于与无线通讯模块配合获取电子行驶证身份信息的道路无线读取终端，所述道路无线读取终端连接有公安管理平台。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车载终端智能系统，其特征在于：所述的车载终端连接有定位模块；所述的无线通讯模块包括有用于将电子行驶证身份信息无线发射至道路无线读取终端的RF模块和用于将车辆位置发送至移动通讯终端上移动通讯模块。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种车载终端智能系统，其特征在于：所述的车载终端还与机动车防盗系统相连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种车载终端智能系统，其特征在于：所述读卡模块为无线式读卡器，插卡式读卡器或光电式读卡器的任一一种。
