Background
At present, baked sweet potatoes, dried sweet potatoes and other foods taking sweet potatoes as raw materials are rapidly popularized in the market due to no pollution and high nutritive value, and the sweet potatoes are also the main source of starch. Sweet potato is sweet in taste and warm in nature, and can smooth intestines, relax bowels, invigorate stomach and replenish qi. Contains more cellulose, and can absorb water in intestine to increase volume of feces, and relieve constipation. The abundant fiber is helpful for defecation. The sweet potato contains a large amount of sugar, protein, various vitamins and minerals, carotene and vitamin C, anticancer substances for inhibiting cancer cell growth, and a large amount of dietary fiber, so that it can prevent constipation and intestinal cancer; meanwhile, the food can reduce the intake of heat, and is one of the best food for losing weight. The large-area planting of sweet potatoes is mainly carried out, and in the harvest season, the first work is to remove sweet potato seedlings which are very hard and intertwined with each other, so that the seedlings need to be removed with a large force.

Aiming at the defects, the invention provides a vehicle-mounted sweet potato seedling collector.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a vehicle-mounted sweet potato seedling collector comprises wheels, a bucket, a direct current motor, a second gear, a second collecting roller, a first gear, a first collecting roller, a first bearing, a second bearing, a reinforcing plate, a chain and a cutting knife, wherein the bucket is provided with a motor mounting frame, a discharge hole, a bucket row tooth, a third bearing and a cutting knife mounting hole structure, the direct current motor is provided with a shaft sleeve structure, the second collecting roller is provided with a second collecting roller thorn structure, the first collecting roller is provided with a first collecting roller thorn structure, the cutting knife is provided with a blade, a mounting shaft and a chain wheel structure, the four wheels are mounted at the bottom of the bucket through the third bearing, the motor mounting frame is positioned at the upper left side of the bucket, the discharge hole is positioned at the lower rear part of the bucket, the bucket row tooth is distributed at the upper front part of the bucket, the third bearing is mounted at the bottom of the bucket, the cutting device is characterized by being distributed at four corners, the direct current motor is installed on a motor installation frame through bolts, a shaft sleeve is installed on a rotating shaft of the direct current motor, a second gear is installed on a second collecting roller and fixed through a key, a first gear is installed on a first collecting roller and fixed through a key, the first collecting roller and the second collecting roller are installed on a reinforcing plate through a first bearing and a second bearing respectively, roller burrs of the first collecting roller and roller burrs of the second collecting roller are evenly distributed on the first collecting roller and the second collecting roller, a cutting knife is installed on a cutting knife installation hole through an installation shaft, a chain wheel is located on the lower side of a car hopper, a blade is located inside the car hopper, and a chain is installed on the three chain wheels and the shaft sleeve.
Further, the distance between the bucket row teeth is slightly larger than the width of the second collecting roller stabs.
Further, the distance between the first collecting roller stabs is slightly larger than the width of the second collecting roller stabs, and the width of the first collecting roller stabs is slightly smaller than the distance between the second collecting roller stabs.
Furthermore, the first collecting roller pricks and the second collecting roller pricks are arc-shaped, and the top ends of the roller pricks are in front.

The vehicle-mounted sweet potato seedling collector has the beneficial effects that when the vehicle-mounted sweet potato seedling collector works, the first collecting roller is connected with power equipment such as a tractor by using a belt, the tractor drives the first collecting roller to rotate while advancing, and the direct current motor is connected with the vehicle-mounted storage battery. The first collecting roller rotates, the first collecting roller pricks lift the sweet potato seedlings on the ground, meanwhile, the first collecting roller drives the first gear to rotate, the first gear enables the second gear to rotate through matching, the second gear drives the second collecting roller to rotate, when the second collecting roller pricks are crossed with the first collecting roller pricks, the sweet potato seedlings wound on the first collecting roller are rejected, the sweet potato seedlings are wound on the second collecting roller, when the second collecting roller is crossed with the bucket row teeth, the sweet potato seedlings are rejected by the bucket row teeth and fall into the bucket, the direct current motor drives the shaft sleeve to rotate at a high speed, the shaft sleeve drives the three chain wheels to rotate through a chain to drive the cutting knife to rotate, the blades can cut off the sweet potato seedlings falling into the bucket, and the cut-off sweet potato seedlings can be collected by adding a nylon bag at the discharge port.

Detailed Description
A vehicle-mounted sweet potato seedling collecting machine comprises wheels 1, a car hopper 2, a direct current motor 3, a second gear 4, a second collecting roller 5, a first gear 6, a first collecting roller 7, a first bearing 8, a second bearing 9, a reinforcing plate 10, a chain 11 and a cutting knife 12, wherein the car hopper 2 is provided with a motor mounting frame 201, a discharge port 202, a car hopper row tooth 203, a third bearing 204 and a cutting knife mounting hole 205 structure, the direct current motor 3 is provided with a shaft sleeve 301 structure, the second collecting roller 5 is provided with a second collecting roller thorn 501 structure, the first collecting roller 7 is provided with a first collecting roller thorn 701 structure, the cutting knife 12 is provided with a 1201 blade, a mounting shaft 1202 and a chain wheel 1203 structure, the four wheels 1 are mounted at the bottom of the car hopper 2 through the third bearing 204, the motor mounting frame 201 is positioned at the upper left side of the car hopper 2, the discharge port 202 is positioned at the lower rear part of the car hopper 2, the hopper row teeth 203 are distributed on the front upper part of the hopper 2, the third bearing 204 is arranged at the bottom of the hopper 2 and is distributed on four corners, the direct current motor 3 is arranged on the motor mounting frame 201 through bolts, the shaft sleeve 301 is arranged on the rotating shaft of the direct current motor 3, the second gear 4 is arranged on the second collecting roller 5 and is fixed through a key, the first gear 6 is arranged on the first collecting roller 7 and is fixed through a key, the first collecting roller 7 and the second collecting roller 5 are respectively arranged on the reinforcing plate 10 through the first bearing 8 and the second bearing 9, the first collecting roller stabs 701 and the second collecting roller stabs 501 are uniformly distributed on the first collecting roller 7 and the second collecting roller 5, the cutting knife 12 is arranged on the cutting knife mounting hole 205 through the mounting shaft 1202, the chain wheel 1203 is positioned at the lower side of the hopper 2, the blade 1201 is positioned inside the hopper 2, the chain 11 is mounted on three sprockets 1203 and bushings 301.
The distance between the hopper row teeth 203 is slightly larger than the width of the second collecting roller stabs 501.
The distance between the first collecting roller stabs 701 is slightly larger than the width of the second collecting roller stabs 501, and the width of the first collecting roller stabs 701 is slightly smaller than the distance between the second collecting roller stabs 501.
The first collecting roller stabs 701 and the second collecting roller stabs 501 are arc-shaped, and the top ends of the roller stabs are in front.
The right side surface of the first collecting roller 7 is rough and can be combined with a belt secret.
The sprocket 1203 and the bushing 301 are the same size.
The blade 1201 is positioned in the car hopper and made of stainless steel.
The first gear 6 and the second gear 4 have the same nominal diameter, tooth number and modulus.
When the vehicle-mounted sweet potato seedling collector works, the first collecting roller 7 is connected with power equipment such as a tractor by a belt, the tractor drives the first collecting roller 7 to rotate while advancing, and the direct current motor 3 is connected with a vehicle-mounted storage battery. The first collecting roller 7 rotates, the first collecting roller spine 701 lifts the sweet potato seedlings on the ground, meanwhile, the first collecting roller 7 drives the first gear 6 to rotate, the first gear 6 enables the second gear 4 to rotate through matching, the second gear 4 drives the second collecting roller 5 to rotate, when the second collecting roller spine 501 is crossed with the first collecting roller spine 701, the sweet potato seedlings wound on the first collecting roller 701 are removed, the sweet potato seedlings are wound on the second collecting roller 501, when the second collecting roller 5 is crossed with the bucket row teeth 203, the sweet potato seedlings are removed by the bucket row teeth 203 and fall into the bucket 2, the direct current motor 3 drives the shaft sleeve 301 to rotate at a high speed, the shaft sleeve 301 drives the three chain wheels 1203 to rotate through the chain 11 to drive the cutting knife 12 to rotate, the blade 1201 can cut off the sweet potato seedlings falling into the bucket 2, and the discharging port 202 can be added with a nylon bag to collect the cut-off sweet potato seedlings.
