技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水门。
背景技术
从门的作用上来说,主要可把门分为大门、进户门、室内门、防爆门、抗爆门、防火门等。进户门也称防盗门,大多数住宅竣工时都安装了进户门,有些消费者出于安全与其他方面考虑会进行更换。进户门主要有纯钢质进户门与装甲门。装甲门是高档次的进户门,主要特点是不采用传统的表面处理方法,而是在钢质进户门的表面增加一层木饰面,这样既保证了进户门的安全要素,又大大提高了门的档次,同时,还可以与室内装修更好地协调。相对于进户门而言,消费者用得更多的是室内门,室内门的种类非常繁多,也是最令消费者摸不着头脑的品种。下面的篇幅主要介绍室内门的分类与特点。
普通实木门可分两种,一种是用普通原木(比如说松木、梨木等)拼装而成,这种门的环保性能好,工艺要求高,但是由于选用的木料不好,产品不是很上档次,还有一种是使用全实木指接板拼装而成,这种门环保性也不错,但生产工艺比较简单,款式不是很丰富,外观也不是很好,普通实木门之所以存在主要是因为其迎合了消费者的强烈环保意识,其产品并无多大可取之处。
实木复合门是未来木门市场的主流,实木复合门因其精细的工艺造就了超凡的感观,效果直逼原木门;因其科学的设计实现了质量的稳定,使用价值高过原木门,上述的几种室内门都可称之为中高档室内门。
目前现有的门结构复杂,防水效果不好,使用寿命不长。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构紧凑,防水效果好,使用寿命长的防水门。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防水门,包括加强杆、不锈钢板、聚氨酯层和实木框,所述加强杆设在不锈钢板上,所述加强杆呈等距分布,所述加强杆与不锈钢板焊接,所述不锈钢板、聚氨酯层和实木框依次从上至下设置,所述实木框内安装有纤维板,所述纤维板内设置有铝龙骨,所述纤维板底部设置有丙凝层,所述不锈钢板一侧设置有防水罩,所述防水罩分别与加强杆、不锈钢板、聚氨酯层、实木框和丙凝层密封连接,所述防水罩内设置有气囊;该防水罩由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:聚酰胺纤维40-45份、聚乙烯12-18份、氟硅酸钠5-9份、硫酸铵1-3隔热、氯化铵2-4份、松香树脂22-25份、丙酮3-6份和纳米活性炭10-15份,且该防水罩的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将聚酰胺纤维40-45份、聚乙烯12-18份、氟硅酸钠5-9份、硫酸铵1-3隔热、氯化铵2-4份、松香树脂22-25份和丙酮3-6份投入反应釜中,保持温度为280-295℃,搅拌速度为3500-4500r/min,反应时间为40-50分钟,备用;
2)将纳米活性炭10-15份加入到步骤1)所得原料中加热至290-300℃混合均匀,保持2-3小时;
3)将步骤2)所得材料投入到模具中,挤压成型得到防水罩原坯,将防水罩原坯内掏空,抛光后即可完成加工。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的聚氨酯层和丙凝层保持防水效果好;设置的纤维板和铝龙骨保持结构强度高;设置的防水罩能够保持关门时密封效果好,气囊能够保持防水罩可以变形,提升密封效果,进一步提升防水性,防水罩采用的材料保持使用寿命长。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种防水门,包括加强杆1、不锈钢板2、聚氨酯层3和实木框4,所述加强杆1设在不锈钢板2上,所述加强杆1呈等距分布,所述加强杆1与不锈钢板2焊接,所述不锈钢板2、聚氨酯层3和实木框4依次从上至下设置,所述实木框4内安装有纤维板5,所述纤维板5内设置有铝龙骨6,所述纤维板5底部设置有丙凝层7,所述不锈钢板2一侧设置有防水罩8,所述防水罩8分别与加强杆1、不锈钢板2、聚氨酯层3、实木框4和丙凝层7密封连接,所述防水罩8内设置有气囊9。
所述防水罩9由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:聚酰胺纤维40份、聚乙烯12份、氟硅酸钠5份、硫酸铵1隔热、氯化铵2份、松香树脂22份、丙酮3份和纳米活性炭10份。
一种防水门的防水罩的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将聚酰胺纤维40份、聚乙烯12份、氟硅酸钠5份、硫酸铵1隔热、氯化铵2份、松香树脂22份和丙酮3份投入反应釜中,保持温度为280-295℃,搅拌速度为3500-4500r/min,反应时间为40-50分钟,备用;
2)将纳米活性炭10份加入到步骤1)所得原料中加热至290-300℃混合均匀,保持2-3小时;
3)将步骤2)所得材料投入到模具中,挤压成型得到防水罩原坯,将防水罩原坯内掏空,抛光后即可完成加工。

一种防水门的防水罩的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将聚酰胺纤维42.5份、聚乙烯15份、氟硅酸钠7份、硫酸铵2隔热、氯化铵3份、松香树脂23.5份和丙酮4.5份投入反应釜中,保持温度为280-295℃,搅拌速度为3500-4500r/min,反应时间为40-50分钟,备用;
2)将纳米活性炭12.5份加入到步骤1)所得原料中加热至290-300℃混合均匀,保持2-3小时;
3)将步骤2)所得材料投入到模具中,挤压成型得到防水罩原坯,将防水罩原坯内掏空,抛光后即可完成加工。

3)将步骤2)所得材料投入到模具中,挤压成型得到防水罩原坯,将防水罩原坯内掏空,抛光后即可完成加工。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的聚氨酯层和丙凝层保持防水效果好;设置的纤维板和铝龙骨保持结构强度高;设置的防水罩能够保持关门时密封效果好,气囊能够保持防水罩可以变形,提升密封效果,进一步提升防水性,防水罩采用的材料保持使用寿命长。

1.一种防水门,其特征在于:包括加强杆、不锈钢板、聚氨酯层和实木框,所述加强杆设在不锈钢板上,所述加强杆呈等距分布,所述加强杆与不锈钢板焊接,所述不锈钢板、聚氨酯层和实木框依次从上至下设置,所述实木框内安装有纤维板,所述纤维板内设置有铝龙骨,所述纤维板底部设置有丙凝层,所述不锈钢板一侧设置有防水罩,所述防水罩分别与加强杆、不锈钢板、聚氨酯层、实木框和丙凝层密封连接,所述防水罩内设置有气囊;该防水罩由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:聚酰胺纤维40-45份、聚乙烯12-18份、氟硅酸钠5-9份、硫酸铵1-3隔热、氯化铵2-4份、松香树脂22-25份、丙酮3-6份和纳米活性炭10-15份,且该防水罩的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将聚酰胺纤维40-45份、聚乙烯12-18份、氟硅酸钠5-9份、硫酸铵1-3隔热、氯化铵2-4份、松香树脂22-25份和丙酮3-6份投入反应釜中,保持温度为280-295℃,搅拌速度为3500-4500r/min,反应时间为40-50分钟,备用;
