本发明涉及一种保温门。
背景技术
从门的作用上来说,主要可把门分为大门、进户门、室内门、防爆门、抗爆门、防火门等。进户门也称防盗门,大多数住宅竣工时都安装了进户门,有些消费者出于安全与其他方面考虑会进行更换。进户门主要有纯钢质进户门与装甲门。装甲门是高档次的进户门,主要特点是不采用传统的表面处理方法,而是在钢质进户门的表面增加一层木饰面,这样既保证了进户门的安全要素,又大大提高了门的档次,同时,还可以与室内装修更好地协调。相对于进户门而言,消费者用得更多的是室内门,室内门的种类非常繁多,也是最令消费者摸不着头脑的品种。下面的篇幅主要介绍室内门的分类与特点。
普通实木门可分两种,一种是用普通原木(比如说松木、梨木等)拼装而成,这种门的环保性能好,工艺要求高,但是由于选用的木料不好,产品不是很上档次,还有一种是使用全实木指接板拼装而成,这种门环保性也不错,但生产工艺比较简单,款式不是很丰富,外观也不是很好,普通实木门之所以存在主要是因为其迎合了消费者的强烈环保意识,其产品并无多大可取之处。
实木复合门是未来木门市场的主流,实木复合门因其精细的工艺造就了超凡的感观,效果直逼原木门;因其科学的设计实现了质量的稳定,使用价值高过原木门,上述的几种室内门都可称之为中高档室内门。
目前现有的门结构强度不高,不具有加热功能,保温效果不好,结构强度不高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构强度高,具有加热功能,保温效果好,结构强度高的保温门。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种保温门,包括门框、EPS板和实木板,所述门框、EPS板和实木板依次从下至上固定连接,所述门框之间填充有玻璃棉,所述门框底部设置有蜂窝板层和橡胶层,所述门框、蜂窝板层和橡胶层依次从上至下胶合连接,所述玻璃棉内安装有加强杆,所述加强杆呈中空设置,所述加强杆内设置有电热丝,所述加强杆分别于EPS板和蜂窝板层固定连接,所述加强杆由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:石英砂15-20份、粘土7-9份、菱镁矿20-25份、白云石10-14份、碳化硅25-30份、膨土岩2-5份、氧化钙22-28份、氧化镁16-20份、氧化铁12-14份、氧化钛7-9份、玻璃粉6-8份、沸石2-6份、硼酸锌3-5份和硫化锌10-12份。

2)将步骤1)所得原料压制成型得打原坯;
3)将步骤2)所得原坯投入到窑炉中保持温度为1250-1450℃9-10小时,取出后打磨光滑即可。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的玻璃棉、EPS板和实木板具有良好的保温效果;设置的电热丝具有加热功能;设置的加强杆耐高温保持结构强度高。

3)将步骤2)所得原坯投入到窑炉中保持温度为1250-1450℃9-10小时,取出后打磨光滑即可。

如图1所示,一种保温门,包括门框1、EPS板2和实木板3,所述门框1、EPS板2和实木板3依次从下至上固定连接,所述门框1之间填充有玻璃棉4,所述门框1底部设置有蜂窝板层5和橡胶层6,所述门框1、蜂窝板层5和橡胶层6依次从上至下胶合连接,所述玻璃棉4内安装有加强杆7,所述加强杆7呈中空设置,所述加强杆7内设置有电热丝8,所述加强杆7分别于EPS板2和蜂窝板层5固定连接,所述加强杆7由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:石英砂17.5份、粘土8份、菱镁矿22.5份、白云石12份、碳化硅27.5份、膨土岩3.5份、氧化钙24份、氧化镁18份、氧化铁13份、氧化钛8份、玻璃粉7份、沸石4份、硼酸锌4份和硫化锌11份。
所述加强杆7呈矩形设置。
所述门框1为不锈钢门框。
所述EPS板2厚度为1.2cm。
所述实木板3厚度为2cm。

本发明的有益效果为:设置的玻璃棉、EPS板和实木板具有良好的保温效果;设置的电热丝具有加热功能;设置的加强杆耐高温保持结构强度高。

1.一种保温门,其特征在于:包括门框、EPS板和实木板,所述门框、EPS板和实木板依次从下至上固定连接,所述门框之间填充有玻璃棉,所述门框底部设置有蜂窝板层和橡胶层,所述门框、蜂窝板层和橡胶层依次从上至下胶合连接,所述玻璃棉内安装有加强杆,所述加强杆呈中空设置,所述加强杆内设置有电热丝,所述加强杆分别于EPS板和蜂窝板层固定连接,所述加强杆由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:石英砂15-20份、粘土7-9份、菱镁矿20-25份、白云石10-14份、碳化硅25-30份、膨土岩2-5份、氧化钙22-28份、氧化镁16-20份、氧化铁12-14份、氧化钛7-9份、玻璃粉6-8份、沸石2-6份、硼酸锌3-5份和硫化锌10-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温门,其特征在于:所述加强杆呈矩形设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的保温门,其特征在于:所述门框为不锈钢门框。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保温门,其特征在于:所述EPS板厚度为1.2cm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保温门,其特征在于:所述实木板厚度为2cm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的保温门,其特征在于:所述蜂窝板层为铝合金蜂窝板层。
7.一种保温门的加强杆的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将石英砂15-20份、粘土7-9份、菱镁矿20-25份、白云石10-14份、碳化硅25-30份、膨土岩2-5份、氧化钙22-28份、氧化镁16-20份、氧化铁12-14份、氧化钛7-9份、玻璃粉6-8份、沸石2-6份、硼酸锌3-5份和硫化锌10-12份投入反应釜中,保持温度为55-65℃,搅拌速度为4400-4600r/min,反应时间为20-35分钟,备用;
2)将步骤1)所得原料压制成型得到原坯;
3)将步骤2)所得原坯投入到窑炉中保持温度为1250-1450℃9-10小时,取出后打磨光滑即可。
