Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种众所周知的食品容器盖,尤其是涉及一种供抽奖促销用的食品容器盖,其中在该盖子的内侧设置有一抽奖编号。
应当特别注意的是,所提及的这种盖子可以用于在加压或者无需加压条件下对被制成盛装液态食品的玻璃容器进行密封,其中所述食品可以经受也可以不经受热处理。在这种情况下,所述盖子是一种能够确保外界大气与容器之间密封性的皇冠帽。更确切地说,这种皇冠帽具有一个可去除的无聚氯乙烯(PVC-free)密封件,并且在该密封件与所述盖子底面相正对的侧面上带有一编号。无聚氯乙烯意思是说这些材料中不含聚氯乙烯,因为聚氯乙烯的使用量正在不断减少,尤其是在一些北欧国家。前述的内部编号使得这种盖子尤其适用于进行抽奖促销。
背景技术
目前,依照现有技术并且为了满足特定的商业需求,有三种适于抽奖促销的容器帽可以被利用。
第一种类型的容器帽由一个金属壳形式的帽体形成,其内侧具有一底面,在利用粘合漆对其进行处理后可以在其上贴附一不透明的PVC密封件。通过对密封件与粘合漆之间的亲合力进行设定,可以使得所述密封件易于被分离下来,从而可以对所述帽体底面上的编号进行识别。
第二种类型的容器帽也具有一不透明的PVC密封件,其与第一种类型容器帽的不同之处在于所述编号以这样一种方式制成,即其从壳体上转移到了密封件上,从而,由于寄送一个密封件比寄送整个容器帽要方便得多,所以在需要将密封件用作获奖凭证时,这种类型的容器帽就非常理想。
第三种类型的容器帽具有一个透明的密封件(PVC或者无PVC材料制成的),该密封件无法从帽体的底面上分离下来。在该容器帽本身的底面上具有一编号,透过密封件可以清楚地看到该编号。但是,由于需要将整个帽体用作获奖凭证,所以这种容器帽并不适用于抽奖促销,正如已经指出的那样,这是因为寄送一个密封件要比寄送一个容器帽方便得多,所以与第二种类型的容器帽相比该类型的容器帽不甚适宜。这种第三类型容器帽的另外一个缺点是需要一个蔽光性良好的瓶子,来防止从瓶子的外部识别出所述编号。
根据现有技术所制成的这三种PVC基皇冠帽没有一种可以以它们的原态进行销售,因为法律中禁止使用PVC皇冠帽。
为了满足这些规定和要求,并且同时能够获得一种具有一易于分离下来的无PVC密封件的容器帽,需要设计出一种新工艺来对所述无PVC材料与帽体之间的粘合性进行控制。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于通过提供一种带有一无PVC密封件的容器帽来克服已知类型容器帽中的前述缺点,并且根据需要,所述密封件可以方便地被从盖壳体的底面上分离下来。
本发明的另一目的在于利用一种能够控制所述密封件与盖壳体之间粘合性的工艺来形成一编号,该编号易于并且可以清晰地转移到密封件上,而该密封件却不会粘附在涂布于盖子底面上的粘合漆上。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种简单而可靠的生产工艺。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种食品容器盖,其包括:一壳体,该壳体被加工成能够配合于一容器的口部上,所述壳体具有一底面,该底面的形状与容器的开口相对应,当该盖子处于闭合状态时,所述底面正对容器的内部;一无PVC型密封件,所述密封件被固定在底面上,并且将盖子封装到所述容器上;一粘合漆,该漆涂布于所述底面的表面上,用以将密封件连接到该底面上,其特征在于:所述漆包括有一种至少与一种金属颜料相混合的碳氢化合物,以便该密封件可以根据需要而被容易地从壳体的底面上分离下来。
本发明还涉及一种方法,用于制造前述盖子的工艺,其特征在于其包括有下述操作步骤:将合成树脂与至少添加有一种金属颜料的碳氢化合物进行混合,用以制得漆;将该漆涂布在一适于制取所述壳体的金属薄板的一侧面上;对漆层进行干燥;在该漆层上将要形成编号的区域中贴附一胶膜;使膜干燥;在已经贴附胶膜的区域中形成编号,所述编号与置于漆层上的胶膜之间的粘合性,低于该编号与随后置于其上的密封件之间的粘合性;对所述壳体进行裁切并成形为所需形状;将密封件放置于外壳的底部上的漆上,并覆于编号之上。

在所图示出的实施例中,所述盖子由一个用于这种瓶子的容器帽形成,即该瓶子被设计成用于盛装决不能与大气发生接触的液态食品。更具体地说,它是一个皇冠帽,通常用于对盛装需要加压或者无需加压的液态食品比如水,酒及各种饮料等的玻璃瓶子进行封闭。
参照附图,所公开的盖子由一皇冠帽构成,其总体用附图标记1来指代。
所述帽体1主要由金属壳体3构成,该壳体3可以被固定到一瓶子(未示出)的顶部上,并且具有一形成底面6的凹入表面5,其边缘由皇冠件7进行界定。该帽体1还具有一无PVC密封件8(即由不含聚氯乙烯的材料制成),其大小大致与底面6相当。
利用漆9来将该密封件8粘结到底面6上(参看附图2)。
更准确地说,用于制取所述皇冠帽1的方法从一金属薄板开始。由金属版印刷工艺在该金属薄板的一侧面上形成标记(通常是产品商标),该标记将会从所述帽体的外侧显现出来,同时在另一侧面上涂布前述的漆9。
然后在冲切步骤中对所述薄板进行冲切并形成用于制取帽体1的壳体。最终,该帽体1被送入一加热工位中,在此处所述漆层发生熔融并且成为用于一密封件8的粘合剂,并随后在一相应的冲压作用下形成所需形状,其中所述密封件8在帽体1中浇注而成。
对于本发明而言,所述漆9是由合成树脂与一种添加了金属颜料的碳氢化合物所形成的混合物制成,其中所述金属颜料既非重金属,也没有毒性。
金属颜料的添加可以使得密封件8与帽体1中底面6之间的粘合性得以控制:碳氢化合物中金属颜料的浓度越高,漆层9就越容易再现金属壳体3的化学-物理特性。
从而,密封件8与壳体3之间的粘合性得以降低。
更具体地说,金属颜料可以以这样一种方式进行配料,即在能够确保密封件8被粘附在帽体1中底面6上的同时,又能够确保将其很容易地剥离下来,比如利用指甲。
所描述的漆9主要由下述不同量的组分以所示出的重量百分比制成:
2-丁氧基乙醇 15%-25%;
芳香烃C9-C11 5%-15%;
正丁醇 1%-5%;
二甲苯 1%-5%;
异丁醇 5%-15%;
2(2-丁氧基羟乙基) 1%-5%;
合成树脂 30%-40%;
甲基异丁基酮 1%-5%;
甲氧基丙醇 10%-20%;
金属颜料 1%-5%;
在漆层9与密封件8之间放置有一由透明或者有色材料制成的胶膜10,所述胶膜上承载有一利用紫外油墨所形成的编号11。所述紫外油墨是一种特殊油墨,其可以在紫外线烤炉中进行干燥和显影。该胶膜10仅被置于帽体1中底面6上用于形成编号11的有限涂漆区域上。
所述胶膜10主要由有机颜料,脂类烃成分,聚酯树脂,氨基树脂及石蜡树脂制成。根据胶膜10的这种组成,在由胶膜10处理过的区域上所准确定位的编号11将仅轻微地粘结在胶膜10上,其中所述编号11由紫外油墨形成,从而,该编号11可以更牢固地粘结到与该编号11相接触的密封件8上。
所述紫外油墨主要包括有:有机颜料,氨基树脂和/或聚酯树脂和/或环氧树脂,由多官能醇的二酯和三酯与丙烯酸所组成的丙烯酸低聚合物,苯酮和/或络合酮或它们的衍生物,乙烯蜡。
下面对所述盖子1的成形工艺进行描述。
首先,通过对合成树脂与一种添加有金属颜料的碳氢化合物进行混合,来制备漆9。
随后,将该漆9涂布到一薄板的一侧面上,该薄板由其机械特性适于制成帽体1中壳体3的材料制成,通常为金属。
根据特定的要求,所述薄板可以由镀铬钢,镀锡钢或者不锈钢及铝材制成。
随后在一常用烤炉中以150至250℃之间的温度对漆层9进行干燥,该干燥工艺持续5至20分钟。所述温度最好被保持在180至190℃之间的最小区间内并持续11至13分钟。
在该工艺的下一步骤中,如果该帽体1被用于进行商业上的抽奖促销,可以将胶膜10贴附到漆层9上。所述贴附是通过利用一专用金属印刷板来将胶膜10仅置于用于形成编号11的涂漆区域中。
随后在第二干燥工艺中对胶膜10进行干燥,此干燥操作与对漆层9所进行的干燥操作相同。
在另一步骤中,在由胶膜10所覆盖的涂漆区域上形成编号11。该编号11最好与胶膜10利用同一印板,并且利用具有前述特性和组分的紫外油墨来形成。
接着对经过如此处理的薄板进行冲切,从而获得所述壳体。将一无PVC密封件8固定到各个壳体上,以便能够确保帽体1与瓶子之间的密封性。
前面的描述清楚地示出了本发明的一个优点。也就是说,当密封件8被从帽体1的底面6上分离下来时,该密封件8上仅带有编号11(如附图4中清楚地所示那样)。
利用包括有金属颜料的漆使得能够对从盖子1上分离下密封件8的步骤进行控制,并且皇冠帽的整体机械特性和密封性均不会发生改变,这一点对于使用所述瓶子的使用者来说十分重要。
尤其是,由于适于得到一种能够与无PVC材料相容并且可以应用其上的物质组分得以发现,所以可以对所述密封件8与盖子1的粘合度进行双向控制并且可以限制所述编号11与胶膜10在盖子1底面处的粘合性,而又不会丧失无PVC材料的现有有益特性。
本发明可以进行多种改进和变型,所有这些改进和变型均已包含在本发明的设计理念中。另外,所有构件均可以利用等效的构件进行替换。
Claims (18)
1.一种食品容器盖,其包括:
一壳体(3),该壳体被加工成能够配合于一容器的口部上,所述壳体具有一底面(6),该底面(6)的形状与容器的开口相对应,当该盖子(1)处于闭合状态时,所述底面(6)正对容器的内部;
一无PVC型密封件(8),所述密封件被固定在底面(6)上,并且将盖子(1)封装到所述容器上;
一粘合漆(9),该漆(9)涂布于所述底面(6)的表面上,用以将密封件(8)连接到该底面(6)上,其特征在于:所述漆(9)包括有一种至少与一种金属颜料相混合的碳氢化合物,以便该密封件(8)可以根据需要而被容易地从壳体(3)的底面(6)上分离下来。
2.如权利要求1中所述的盖子,其特征在于:所述漆(9)主要包括下述组分:2-丁氧基乙醇,芳香烃C9-C11,正丁醇,二甲苯,异丁醇,2(2-丁氧基羟乙基)乙醇,合成树脂,甲基异丁基酮,甲氧基丙醇和金属颜料。
3.如权利要求2中所述的盖子,其特征在于:所述漆(9)中的组分分别以下述的重量百分比范围存在:15%-25%的丁氧基乙醇,5%-15%的芳香烃C9-C11,1%-5%的正丁醇,1%-5%的二甲苯,5%-15%的异丁醇,1%-5%的2(2-丁氧基羟乙基)乙醇,30%-40%的合成树脂,1%-5%的甲基异丁基酮,10%-20%甲氧基丙醇,及1%-5%的金属颜料。
4.如权利要求1中所述的盖子,其特征在于:所述密封件(8)易于从壳体(3)的底面(6)上手动分离下来。
5.如权利要求1中所述的盖子,其特征在于:在粘附在壳体(3)上漆层(9)上的密封件(8)上再现有一编号(11),并且在所述编号(11)处在该漆层(9)与编号(11)之间设置有一非粘结性胶膜(10),用以降低所述编号(11)与漆层(9)之间的粘合性,从而使编号(11)与密封件(8)侧形成更高的粘合性。
6.如权利要求5中所述的盖子,其特征在于:所述胶膜(10)由有机颜料,脂族烃组分,聚酯树脂,氨基树脂及石蜡树脂制成。
7.如权利要求5中所述的盖子,其特征在于:所述胶膜(10)由透明材料制成。
8.如权利要求5中所述的盖子,其特征在于:所述胶膜(10)由有色材料制成。
9.如权利要求5中所述的盖子,其特征在于:所述编号(11)利用紫外油墨而形成,所述紫外油墨可以在紫外线烤炉中进行干燥。
10.如权利要求9中所述的盖子,其特征在于:所述紫外油墨中包括有:有机颜料,氨基树脂和/或聚酯树脂和/或环氧树脂,由多官能乙醇的二酯和三酯与丙烯酸所形成的丙烯酸低聚物,苯酮和/或络合酮或者它们的衍生物,及乙烯石蜡。
11.如权利要求1中所述的盖子,其特征在于:所述盖子(1)由一瓶帽构成,该瓶帽包括有一具有一定形状的金属壳体(3),最好具有皇冠件(7)的形状,并且密封件(8)中不含聚氯乙烯。
12.如权利要求1中所述的盖子,其特征在于:所述金属颜料由一种既非重金属又没有毒性的金属制成。
13.一种制造如权利要求1至12中的任何一项所述盖子的工艺,其特征在于其包括有下述操作步骤:
将合成树脂与至少添加有一种金属颜料的碳氢化合物进行混合,用以制得漆(9);
将该漆(9)涂布在一适于制取所述壳体的金属薄板的一侧面上;
对漆层(9)进行干燥;
在该漆层(9)上将要形成编号(11)的区域中贴附一胶膜(10);
使膜(10)干燥;
在已经贴附胶膜(10)的区域中形成编号(11),所述编号(11)与置于漆层(9)上的胶膜(10)之间的粘合性,低于该编号(11)与随后置于其上的密封件(8)之间的粘合性;
对所述壳体(3)进行裁切并成形为所需形状;
将密封件(8)放置于外壳(3)的底部(6)上的漆(9)上,并覆于编号(11)之上。
14.如权利要求13中所述的工艺,其特征在于:利用一第一印板来对所述胶膜(10)进行贴附。
15.如权利要求13中所述的工艺,其特征在于:所述干燥步骤在处于150℃至250℃之间的温度下进行,并且干燥时间为5至20分钟。
16.如权利要求13中所述的工艺,其特征在于:利用一第二印板对所述编号(11)进行贴附。
17.如权利要求13中所述的工艺,其特征在于:利用同一印板对所述胶膜(10)和编号(11)进行贴附。
18.如权利要求13中所述的工艺,其特征在于:所述编号(11)由紫外油墨印刷而成。
