技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗液,尤其是涉及一种用于黑硅电池片表面处理的清洗液。
背景技术
通俗来讲,黑硅电池片就是把硅片弄成黑色,硅片还是原来的硅片,在表面用涂料做一层涂层,可以大量减少反射,这样硅片看起来就是黑色的了。制法就是刷涂层,让表面有一颗一颗的凸起,涂层的主要成份是二氧化硅。我们看现有的硅电池片,都是蓝色的,然后上面有格栅,这样的硅片已经做了钝化处理,钝化的目的是减少反射和去掉悬空键,但是我们看起来还是蓝色的,亮亮的,所以黑硅比现有的钝化要高明很多。现有的钝化需要严格的温度要求,还要真空。
这种黑硅材料能够捕捉几乎全部日光。它就像一块吸收光的海绵,可见光和红外线都能吸收。这种材料能够提高光的使用效率,产生的电流是传统硅材料的几百倍。此外,黑硅还可以减少光传感器的硅使用量,使产品更加便宜、小巧和轻便。
黑硅电池片与传统的蓝色的硅太阳能电池相比,除了颜色变成了黑色,外观上似乎看不出两者的差异,但实际上,这种黑硅太阳能电池却比传统的硅太阳能电池效率高出不少。黑硅技术为金刚线线切在多晶切片领域的大面积推广铺平了道路。黑硅技术还可以融合其他硅片及电池产业化技术,从根本上提升多晶电池的转换效率,并降低光伏组件的成本。黑硅技术势必取代常规多晶制绒,成为未来多晶电池制程的标配技术。
目前,对黑硅电池片表面的清理所用的清洗液效果不够好,因此需要改善清洗液的配方,提供一种用于黑硅电池片表面处理的清洗液。

一种用于黑硅电池片表面处理的清洗液,由氟化合物、醇类助剂、络合剂、分散剂、表面活性剂及去离子水混合制备而成,各原料的质量百分比为:氟化合物8%-25%、醇类助剂5%-30%、络合剂2%-6%、分散剂4%-15%、表面活性剂5%-10%、去离子水14%-76%。
各原料在其质量范围内选择,总质量为100%。
制备方法是将纯水加入搅拌器中,搅拌均匀即可。
所述氟化合物由有机氟化物和无机氟化物组成。
所述有机氟化物为全氟羧酸、四氟乙烯、多氟苯的一种或一种以上,所述无机氟化物为氢氟酸、氟化钠的一种或一种以上。

将通过以上配方制备的清洗液加入超声波清洗机中,将黑硅电池片放入超声波清洗槽内浸泡20分钟,再超声清洗15-20分钟,清洗后用去离子水清洗2-3次,热风干燥。

一种用于黑硅电池片表面处理的清洗液,由四氟乙烯、乙醇、三乙醇胺、羧甲基纤维素、十六烷基三甲基季铵溴化物及去离子水混合制备而成,各原料的质量百分比为:四氟乙烯25%、乙醇20%、三乙醇胺5%、羧甲基纤维素4%、十六烷基三甲基季铵溴化物8%、去离子水38%。
将通过以上配方制备的清洗液加入超声波清洗机中,将黑硅电池片放入超声波清洗槽内浸泡20分钟,再超声清洗15-20分钟,清洗后用去离子水清洗2-3次,热风干燥。

一种用于黑硅电池片表面处理的清洗液,由氢氟酸、苯甲醇、正丁醇、硫化钠、铜试剂、羧甲基纤维素、十六烷基三甲基季铵溴化物、十八烷基二甲基苄基季铵氯化物及去离子水混合制备而成,各原料的质量百分比为:氢氟酸25%、苯甲醇12%、正丁醇15%、硫化钠3%、铜试剂3%、羧甲基纤维素5%、十六烷基三甲基季铵溴化物6%、十八烷基二甲基苄基季铵氯化物8%、去离子水23%。

将通过以上配方制备的清洗液加入超声波清洗机中,将黑硅电池片放入超声波清洗槽内浸泡20分钟,再超声清洗15-20分钟,清洗后用去离子水清洗2-3次,热风干燥。

5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种用于黑硅电池片表面处理的清洗液,其特征在于,所述络合剂为8-羟基喹啉、铬酸钾、硫化钠、铜试剂、氰化物、乙酰丙酮、柠檬酸、三乙醇胺、乙二胺四丙酸中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求书1所述的一种用于黑硅电池片表面处理的清洗液,其特征在于,所述分散剂为六偏磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、鞣酸中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求书1所述的一种用于黑硅电池片表面处理的清洗液,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、十六烷基三甲基季铵溴化物及十八烷基二甲基苄基季铵氯化物中的一种或一种以上。
