本发明公开了一种铝型材表面透明彩色水性电泳涂料,含有水溶性树脂类化合物、甲醚化氨基树脂、聚醚矽氧烷共聚物、消泡剂、流平剂、纳米级有机透明颜料色浆和纳米级无机颜料色浆、胺中和剂、乙二醇单丁醚、异丙醇和乙醇,能够使铝型材料表面呈现出透明彩色水性,颜色更鲜艳,表面更平滑,透明度更高,漆膜附着力更强。

技术领域
本发明属于化学物配方,具体来说是固化于铝型材表面透明彩色水性涂料。
背景技术
电泳涂料广泛地运用于汽车、轻工、建筑、家具、电器等各个行业。电泳涂料是型材表面的一层具有色彩的固化有机涂膜,电泳涂装工艺过程是:将一种水溶性的带有正(或负)电荷的有机涂料,以较稀的浓度均匀的溶解(或分散)在水溶液中,将具有导电性的工件(被涂物)作为阳极(或阴极)另将金属不锈钢板作为阴极(或阳极),在一定的工艺条件下,在两极间通入直流电流(必须施加较高的电压),使电泳涂料在工件上均匀地沉积出来,形成一种不溶于水的有机涂膜,最后经过一定的温度烘干固化,而得到一种硬度较高的有机涂膜,起到防腐和表面装饰的作用。
现有电泳涂料主要是电泳清漆或电泳有色漆,存在以下缺点:1、环保污染排放大;2、生产成本较高;3、生产效率低;4、着色效果批次不稳定,良品合格率低;5、投放机械设备多;6、生产能源消耗大。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种着色效果好、耐候性长的铝型材表面透明彩色水性电泳涂料。
本发明实现上述目的采用的技术方案是:一种铝型材表面透明彩色水性电泳涂料,其特征在于组分按重量比是:
水溶性树脂类化合物60~80%;甲醚化氨基树脂13~20%;
聚醚矽氧烷共聚物0.1~2%;消泡剂0.1~1.8%;流平剂0.1~1%;
纳米级有机透明颜料色浆和纳米级无机颜料色浆0.5~8%;
胺中和剂0.1~1.6%;乙二醇单丁醚1~3%;
异丙醇1~3%;乙醇1~3%。
实施本发明技术方案,应用于铝型材料表面能够呈现出透明彩色水性,颜色更鲜艳,表面更平滑,透明度更高,漆膜附着力更强,具有以下优点:
1、耐水煮四小时不掉漆、不褪色;2、硬度达到≥3H;3、漆膜厚度达12μm至16μm时的耐候性长达到8~10年;4、百格测试不掉漆;5、耐冲击测试不裂开、不掉漆。
具体实施方式
实施例1
铝型材表面透明彩色水性电泳涂料的组分是:水溶性树脂类化合物73%;甲醚化氨基树脂16%;聚醚矽氧烷共聚物0.17%;消泡剂0.17%(含氧相二氧化矽型聚醚矽氧烷共聚合物乳液);流平剂0.16%(聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷);纳米级有机透明颜料色浆和纳米级无机颜料色浆3%;胺中和剂1.1%(醇胺类有机物);乙二醇单丁醚2.4%;异丙醇2%;乙醇2%。
上述的有机颜料色浆由有机颜料色粉、乙二醇单丁醚、润湿分散剂组成。无机颜料色浆由无机颜料色粉、乙二醇单丁醚、润湿分散剂组成。润湿剂分散剂化学成分:含高颜料亲和基团聚合物和表面活性物的水溶液。
铝型材表面透明彩色水性电泳涂料的制备过程是:
1、将水溶性树脂类化合物73%;甲醚化氨基树脂16%;胺中和剂1.1%(醇胺类有机物);乙二醇单丁醚2.4%;异丙醇2%;乙醇2%。在1200转/分钟的分散机中混合均匀15分钟。
2、在分散的同时缓慢加入聚醚矽氧烷共聚物0.17%分散5分钟,使电泳涂料对基材表面有一定的上漆效果均匀作用;在分散的同时缓慢加入消泡剂0.17%(含氧相二氧化矽型聚醚矽氧烷共聚合物乳液)分散5分钟,使电泳涂料漆面有消泡的效果作用;在分散的同时缓慢加入流平剂0.16%(聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷)分散5分钟,使电泳涂料有流平作用。
3、加入以上材料完毕后将分散机转速调到1500转/分钟,分散10分钟。
4、分散机械转速调回1000转/分钟,缓慢加入预先配制好的纳米级有机透明颜料色浆和纳米级无机颜料色浆3%分散10分钟,加入纳米级有机透明颜料色浆和纳米级无机颜料色浆是对铝材表面有着色效果作用。
实施例2
铝型材表面透明彩色水性电泳涂料的组分是:水溶性树脂类化合物80%;甲醚化氨基树脂13%;聚醚矽氧烷共聚物0.1%;消泡剂0.1%(含氧相二氧化矽型聚醚矽氧烷共聚合物乳液);流平剂0.1%(聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷);纳米级有机透明颜料色浆和纳米级无机颜料色浆3.4%;胺中和剂0.3%(醇胺类有机物);乙二醇单丁醚1%;异丙醇1%;乙醇1%。
上述的有机颜料色浆由有机颜料色粉、乙二醇单丁醚、润湿分散剂组成。无机颜料色浆由无机颜料色粉、乙二醇单丁醚、润湿分散剂组成。润湿剂分散剂化学成分:含高颜料亲和基团聚合物和表面活性物的水溶液。
铝型材表面透明彩色水性电泳涂料的制备过程是:
1、将水溶性树脂类化合物80%;甲醚化氨基树脂13%;胺中和剂0.3%(醇胺类有机物);乙二醇单丁醚1%;异丙醇1%;乙醇1%。在1200转/分钟的分散机中混合均匀15分钟。
2、在分散的同时缓慢加入聚醚矽氧烷共聚物0.1%分散5分钟,使电泳涂料对基材表面有一定的上漆效果均匀作用;在分散的同时缓慢加入消泡剂0.1%(含氧相二氧化矽型聚醚矽氧烷共聚合物乳液)分散5分钟,使电泳涂料漆面有消泡的效果作用;在分散的同时缓慢加入流平剂0.1%(聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷)分散5分钟,使电泳涂料有流平作用。
3、加入以上材料完毕后将分散机转速调到1500转/分钟,分散10分钟。
4、分散机械转速调回1000转/分钟,缓慢加入预先配制好的纳米级有机透明颜料色浆和纳米级无机颜料色浆3.4%分散10分钟,加入纳米级有机透明颜料色浆和纳米级无机颜料色浆是对铝材表面有着色效果作用。
实施例3
铝型材表面透明彩色水性电泳涂料的组分是:水溶性树脂类化合物60%;甲醚化氨基树脂17%;聚醚矽氧烷共聚物2%;消泡剂1.4%(含氧相二氧化矽型聚醚矽氧烷共聚合物乳液);流平剂1%(聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷);纳米级有机透明颜料色浆和纳米级无机颜料色浆8%;胺中和剂1.6%(醇胺类有机物);乙二醇单丁醚3%;异丙醇3%;乙醇3%。
上述的有机颜料色浆由有机颜料色粉、乙二醇单丁醚、润湿分散剂组成。无机颜料色浆由无机颜料色粉、乙二醇单丁醚、润湿分散剂组成。润湿剂分散剂化学成分:含高颜料亲和基团聚合物和表面活性物的水溶液。
铝型材表面透明彩色水性电泳涂料的制备过程是:
1、将水溶性树脂类化合物60%;甲醚化氨基树脂17%;胺中和剂1.6%(醇胺类有机物);乙二醇单丁醚3%;异丙醇3%;乙醇3%。在1200转/分钟的分散机中混合均匀15分钟。
2、在分散的同时缓慢加入聚醚矽氧烷共聚物2%分散5分钟,使电泳涂料对基材表面有一定的上漆效果均匀作用;在分散的同时缓慢加入消泡剂1.4%(含氧相二氧化矽型聚醚矽氧烷共聚合物乳液)分散5分钟,使电泳涂料漆面有消泡的效果作用;在分散的同时缓慢加入流平剂1%(聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷)分散5分钟,使电泳涂料有流平作用。
3、加入以上材料完毕后将分散机转速调到1500转/分钟,分散10分钟。
4、分散机械转速调回1000转/分钟,缓慢加入预先配制好的纳米级有机透明颜料色浆和纳米级无机颜料色浆8%分散10分钟,加入纳米级有机透明颜料色浆和纳米级无机颜料色浆是对铝材表面有着色效果作用。

1.一种铝型材表面透明彩色水性电泳涂料,其特征在于组分按重量比是:
水溶性树脂类化合物60~80%;
甲醚化氨基树脂13~20%;
聚醚矽氧烷共聚物0.1~2.0%;
消泡剂0.1~1.8%;
流平剂0.1~1.0%;
纳米级有机透明颜料色浆和纳米级无机颜料色浆0.5~8.0%;
胺中和剂0.1~1.6%;
乙二醇单丁醚1~3%;
异丙醇1~3%;
乙醇1~3%。
