In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the impact type condom removing device includes two storing devices 1, two material sucking mechanisms 2, two conveying mechanisms 3, two receiving mechanisms 4 and a condom removing mechanism 5, which form two sets of condom removing devices, the two sets of condom removing devices can work simultaneously, one set of condom removing device includes one storing device 1, one material sucking mechanism 2, one conveying mechanism 3, one receiving mechanism 4 and one condom removing mechanism 5, wherein the two condom removing devices can share one condom removing mechanism 5. The structure of each set of condom removing device is the same as that of the impact type condom removing device in the above embodiment, and is not repeated herein. And both the condom taking devices share one condom taking mechanism 5, so that the condom taking efficiency is further improved, and the production efficiency of condoms is further improved.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a condom detection system, which includes the impact-type condom removing device according to any of the above embodiments, and therefore, the impact-type condom removing device has the beneficial effects of any of the above embodiments, and details are not repeated herein.

Claims (8)

1. An impact type condom taking device is characterized by comprising a storage device, a material sucking mechanism, a conveying mechanism, a bearing mechanism and a condom taking mechanism;
the material sucking mechanism can extend into the material storage device and suck up a condom in the material storage device; the conveying mechanism can suck the condom sucked up by the material sucking mechanism and output the condom through the outlet end of the conveying mechanism; the supporting mechanism can support the condom output by the conveying mechanism and drive the condom to move below the condom taking mechanism; the condom taking mechanism can suck the condom on the bearing mechanism and drive the condom to move;
the conveying mechanism comprises a material suction pipe, a conveying pipe and a second pressure difference generating device, one end of the material suction pipe is connected with the conveying pipe, the other end of the material suction pipe corresponds to a second position, the material suction pipe is connected with the second pressure difference generating device, and the second pressure difference generating device enables negative pressure to be generated in the material suction pipe and the conveying pipe;
a sensor is arranged at the joint of the material suction pipe and the conveying pipe and used for detecting whether a condom is input into the conveying pipe or not; the outlet end of the conveying pipe is also provided with a sensor for detecting whether the condom is output from the conveying pipe;
the material suction mechanism comprises a first suction rod and a first driving device, the first driving device is connected with the first suction rod, and the first driving device drives the first suction rod to do reciprocating linear motion between a first position and a second position;
the first position corresponds to the position where the first suction rod extends into the material storage device, and the second position corresponds to the position where the first suction rod moves out of the material storage device.

The impact type condom removing device according to claim 1, wherein the material sucking mechanism further comprises a first pressure difference generating device, one end of the first suction rod can extend into the storing device, the other end of the first suction rod is connected with the first pressure difference generating device, and the first pressure difference generating device enables negative pressure to be generated in the first suction rod.

The impact type condom removing device according to claim 1, wherein the receiving mechanism comprises a receiving column, a rotary connecting plate, a second driving device and a base, the receiving column is arranged on the rotary connecting plate, and the receiving column can receive the condom output by the conveying mechanism, so that the condom is reversely sleeved on the receiving column; the rotary connecting plate is arranged on the base, and the second driving device is arranged in the base; the second driving device drives the rotary connecting plate to rotate, and the rotary connecting plate drives the bearing column to reciprocate between a third position and a fourth position.

The impact safety condom extracting device according to claim 1, wherein the extracting mechanism comprises a sleeve, a second suction rod, a third pressure difference generating device and a third driving device; the second suction rod is positioned in the sleeve, one end of the second suction rod is provided with a sucker, the second suction rod is communicated with the sucker, and the sucker can suck the condom on the bearing mechanism; the other end of the second suction rod is respectively connected with a third pressure difference generating device and a third driving device, the third pressure difference generating device enables negative pressure to be generated in the second suction rod, the third driving device drives the second suction rod to reciprocate in the sleeve along the axis direction of the sleeve, and the second suction rod drives the sucker to reciprocate in the sleeve along the axis direction of the sleeve.
5. The impact-type condom removing device according to claim 4, wherein the removing mechanism further comprises a fourth driving device, the fourth driving device drives the sleeve to move, and the sleeve drives the second suction rod and the suction cup to move.
6. The impact type condom removing device according to claim 3, wherein a sensor is arranged on the rotary connecting plate, and the sensor corresponds to the receiving column and is used for detecting whether a condom is sleeved on the receiving column.
7. The crash-type condom remover of claim 4, wherein said sleeve is adapted to a condom.
8. A condom detection system comprising an impact condom retrieval device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
