发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述背景技术的不足,提供一种不仅具有卫生保健功能和热湿舒适功能,而且力学性能良好,耐磨耐挠曲,轻盈透气防水的服装面料。
为达到本发明的目的,本发明的轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料包括表层的防水透气层、中间的抗菌保暖层以及内层的吸湿透气层,所述抗菌保暖层为经线和纬线交织成的网状结构,所述经线和纬线都采用两种纱线;其中抗菌保暖层甲经组分和重量百分比为:抗紫外线纤维10-20%,导湿纤维15-25%,抗菌纤维20-30%,远红外陶瓷纤维35-40%,且其总和为100%,乙经采用由涤纶低弹丝和氨纶高弹丝组成的低捻度复合丝,甲经与乙经的质量比为7∶10;抗菌保暖层甲纬组分和重量百分比为:低捻度的抗菌纤维25-35%,环保咖啡纤维25-35%,聚酰胺纤维35-45%,且其总和为100%,乙纬采用莫代尔纤维/竹浆纤维/甲壳素纤维混纺纱,三者混纺比为木代尔纤维占46%,竹浆纤维占46%,甲壳素纤维占8%,甲纬与乙纬的质量比为5∶6。
本发明中,所述防水透气层可以为热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物共混改良复合面料。
本发明中,所述防水透气层的制备方法可以为:将烘干的热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯颗粒和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物送入密炼机混炼,再将已在熔融状态的混合物送入炼塑机加温塑化,将塑化后的原料送入螺杆过滤机,过滤杂质,将过滤后的原料送入四辊压延机压延出薄膜,将压延出的热态的薄膜与经预加热处理的基布瞬间贴合,将贴合后的复合面料导入冷却装置进行冷却。
本发明中,所述吸湿透气层为经线和纬线交织成的网状结构,其中经线采用铜氨纤维、多孔中空纤维和导湿纤维,纬线采用莫代尔纤维和甲壳素纤维,其中铜氨纤维、多孔中空纤维和导湿纤维的质量比为1:2:2,莫代尔纤维和甲壳素纤维的质量比为1:2。
本发明中,所述导湿纤维可以为具有纳米尺寸凸凹几何形状的聚丙烯腈纳米纤维。
本发明中,所述抗菌纤维可以为在纺丝原液中加入抗菌剂制备成的纤维。

热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯是一种由低聚物多元醇软段与二异氰酸酯-扩链剂硬段构成的线性嵌段共聚物,可以被流涎、吹膜、压延或涂层做成薄膜,具有弹性好、强韧、耐磨、耐寒性好、环保无毒的优越特性。乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物可制成的各种规格的薄膜,具有良好的耐久性,可以抗高温、抗潮气、抗紫外线,并且熔点低、易储存、粘着力高、隔音效果佳等特点。热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物共混改良复合面料能充分发挥其各自特性,达到优势互补的目的,耐磨、耐寒性好、环保无毒,且抗潮气、抗紫外线,轻盈透气防水。

本实施例中的轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料包括表层的防水透气层、中间的抗菌保暖层以及内层的吸湿透气层,所述抗菌保暖层为经线和纬线交织成的网状结构,所述经线和纬线都采用两种纱线;其中抗菌保暖层甲经组分和重量百分比为:抗紫外线纤维10%,导湿纤维25%,抗菌纤维30%,远红外陶瓷纤维35%,乙经采用由涤纶低弹丝和氨纶高弹丝组成的低捻度复合丝,甲经与乙经的质量比为7∶10;抗菌保暖层甲纬组分和重量百分比为:低捻度的抗菌纤维25%,环保咖啡纤维35%,聚酰胺纤维40%,乙纬采用莫代尔纤维/竹浆纤维/甲壳素纤维混纺纱,三者混纺比为木代尔纤维占46%,竹浆纤维占46%,甲壳素纤维占8%,甲纬与乙纬的质量比为5∶6。

本实施例中的轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料包括表层的防水透气层、中间的抗菌保暖层以及内层的吸湿透气层,所述抗菌保暖层为经线和纬线交织成的网状结构,所述经线和纬线都采用两种纱线;其中抗菌保暖层甲经组分和重量百分比为:抗紫外线纤维15%,导湿纤维15%,抗菌纤维30%,远红外陶瓷纤维40%,乙经采用由涤纶低弹丝和氨纶高弹丝组成的低捻度复合丝,甲经与乙经的质量比为7∶10;抗菌保暖层甲纬组分和重量百分比为:低捻度的抗菌纤维30%,环保咖啡纤维25%,聚酰胺纤维45%,乙纬采用莫代尔纤维/竹浆纤维/甲壳素纤维混纺纱,三者混纺比为木代尔纤维占46%,竹浆纤维占46%,甲壳素纤维占8%,甲纬与乙纬的质量比为5∶6。
作为优选的,所述防水透气层为热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物共混改良复合面料,其制备方法为:将烘干的热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯颗粒和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物送入密炼机混炼,再将已在熔融状态的混合物送入炼塑机加温塑化,将塑化后的原料送入螺杆过滤机,过滤杂质,将过滤后的原料送入四辊压延机压延出薄膜,将压延出的热态的薄膜与经预加热处理的基布瞬间贴合,将贴合后的复合面料导入冷却装置进行冷却。
作为优选的,所述吸湿透气层为经线和纬线交织成的网状结构,其中经线采用铜氨纤维、多孔中空纤维和导湿纤维,纬线采用莫代尔纤维和甲壳素纤维,其中铜氨纤维、多孔中空纤维和导湿纤维的质量比为1:2:2,莫代尔纤维和甲壳素纤维的质量比为1:2;所述导湿纤维可以为具有纳米尺寸凸凹几何形状的聚丙烯腈纳米纤维;所述抗菌纤维可以为在纺丝原液中加入抗菌剂制备成的纤维;所述抗紫外线纤维可以是将纳米级锌系粉体作为紫外线屏蔽因子加入聚酯原液中纺丝制得的纤维。
检测结果显示,本实施例所得的轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料符合GB18401-2010《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》B类、GB/T2660-2008《衬衫》、GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价》等标准和规范的要求,其平方米克重138-149g/m2;经向撕破强力≥24N,纬向撕破强力≥32N,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为99.9%,具有抗菌效果;水分扩散时间(织物):5″23,导湿性能非常好;抗摩擦试验结果为4.5级,耐磨耐挠曲。
实施例4:
本实施例中的轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料包括表层的防水透气层、中间的抗菌保暖层以及内层的吸湿透气层,所述抗菌保暖层为经线和纬线交织成的网状结构,所述经线和纬线都采用两种纱线;其中抗菌保暖层甲经组分和重量百分比为:抗紫外线纤维15%,导湿纤维20%,抗菌纤维25%,远红外陶瓷纤维40%,乙经采用由涤纶低弹丝和氨纶高弹丝组成的低捻度复合丝,甲经与乙经的质量比为7∶10;抗菌保暖层甲纬组分和重量百分比为:低捻度的抗菌纤维30%,环保咖啡纤维30%,聚酰胺纤维40%,乙纬采用莫代尔纤维/竹浆纤维/甲壳素纤维混纺纱,三者混纺比为木代尔纤维占46%,竹浆纤维占46%,甲壳素纤维占8%,甲纬与乙纬的质量比为5∶6。

1.一种轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料,其特征在于,该轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料包括表层的防水透气层、中间的抗菌保暖层以及内层的吸湿透气层,所述抗菌保暖层为经线和纬线交织成的网状结构,所述经线和纬线都采用两种纱线;其中抗菌保暖层甲经组分和重量百分比为:抗紫外线纤维10-20%,导湿纤维15-25%,抗菌纤维20-30%,远红外陶瓷纤维35-40%,且其总和为100%;乙经采用由涤纶低弹丝和氨纶高弹丝组成的低捻度复合丝;甲经与乙经的质量比为7∶10;抗菌保暖层甲纬组分和重量百分比为:低捻度的抗菌纤维25-35%,环保咖啡纤维25-35%,聚酰胺纤维35-45%,且其总和为100%;乙纬采用莫代尔纤维/竹浆纤维/甲壳素纤维混纺纱,三者混纺比为木代尔纤维占46%,竹浆纤维占46%,甲壳素纤维占8%;甲纬与乙纬的质量比为5∶6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料,其特征在于,所述防水透气层为热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物共混改良复合面料。

5.根据权利要求1和4所述的轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料,其特征在于,所述导湿纤维为具有纳米尺寸凸凹几何形状的聚丙烯腈纳米纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌纤维为在纺丝原液中加入抗菌剂制备成的纤维。
7.根据权利要求1所述的轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料,其特征在于,所述抗紫外线纤维是将纳米级锌系粉体作为紫外线屏蔽因子加入聚酯原液中纺丝制得的纤维。
