本发明公开了一种包胶模具,包括设有嵌槽的基座,基座的顶部设有一对滑块,分别置于嵌槽的两侧;动模覆盖滑块的顶部,与滑块和嵌槽构成模腔;所述滑块由基座内的丝杆通过转齿分别驱动;注塑孔通过动模接模腔。通过嵌槽固定嵌件,通过滑块调节模腔的大小,通过滑块和动块协同调节第一固件的外层空间,即外层包胶的尺寸;通过冷凝管加速冷凝;通过可更换的动块和嵌块,匹配各种嵌件;通过分向阀,使得注塑孔接多种注塑料液,形成多层多料的注塑件;同时,滑块和动模的开合,方便脱模取件。其结构简单,使用方便,功能丰富,注塑件成品多样化,具有很强的实用性和广泛的适用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具,具体涉及一种包胶模具。
背景技术
注塑模具为常见的生产塑胶制品的工具。
于模具中预先置入金属件或其他嵌件后,再注塑,则为嵌件注塑。
而实际生产中,常常需要再已成型的注塑件外层再加注一层包胶层,其塑胶材质通常与注塑材质不大相同,以形成多层次多样化的注塑成品。
若将注塑件于磨具中取出后置入另一个模具中再次注塑,则需要2套或多套不同的模具,且存在工艺步骤多、流程复杂、固定有偏差,占用大量的人力物力,瑕疵品多,生产效率低等缺陷。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,使用方便,注塑件成品多样化的包胶模具。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种包胶模具,包括设有嵌槽的基座,基座的顶部设有一对滑块,分别置于嵌槽的两侧;动模覆盖滑块的顶部,与滑块和嵌槽构成模腔;所述滑块由基座内的丝杆通过转齿分别驱动;注塑孔通过动模接模腔。
上述嵌槽通过可更换的嵌块置于基座。
上述动模内侧设有若干叠合的动块。
上述滑块底部设有刻度标。
上述基座内置冷凝管,并设于嵌块底部。
上述注塑孔端部通过分向阀接若干进料管。
本发明的有益之处在于:
本发明的一种包胶模具,通过嵌槽固定嵌件,通过滑块调节模腔的大小,通过滑块和动块协同调节第一固件的外层空间,即外层包胶的尺寸;通过冷凝管加速冷凝;通过可更换的动块和嵌块,匹配各种嵌件;通过分向阀,使得注塑孔接多种注塑料液,形成多层多料的注塑件;同时,滑块和动模的开合,方便脱模取件。
本发明的一种包胶模具,其结构简单,使用方便,功能丰富,注塑件成品多样化,具有很强的实用性和广泛的适用性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
一种包胶模具,由基座2、嵌块13、滑块6、动模11组成。
带嵌槽12的嵌块13容纳于基座2内,嵌槽12的顶边与基座2的顶边齐平。
一对滑块6设于基座2顶部,并分别置于嵌槽12的两侧,沿基座2的顶部滑动,其底部与基座2内的转齿3齿接,由丝杆4通过转齿3分别驱动,丝杆4上的螺纹呈镜像对称。
内侧容纳若干叠合动块7的动模11覆盖滑块6的顶部,与滑块6和嵌槽12构成模腔5。
嵌块13底部的基座2内置冷凝管1,注塑孔8通过动模11接模腔5,且注塑孔8的端部通过分向阀10接若干进料管9。
实际使用时,
将金属件或其他嵌件置于嵌槽12内,转动丝杆4,观测滑块6底部的刻度标,调节滑块6之间的间距后,将动模11覆盖与滑块6顶部,形成密闭的模腔5;通过注塑孔8注入料液,静置塑形,可通过冷凝管1缩短塑形时间。
进一步的,若需要在已塑形的第一固件外形成外包胶层。
可通过丝杆4加大滑块6之间的间距,同时,打开动模11,取下相应数量的动块7后,重新合模,使得第一固件的外圈形成中空。
调节分向阀10,使得注塑孔8接另一个进料管9,另一种料液于第一固件外圈注塑成型后,打开动模11,并加大滑块6之间的间距,使得滑块6和第二固件脱离,完成脱模。
使用时,
可根据使用需求,配设设置若干套动块7,和相应的嵌块13。本发明的包胶模具即可反复使用,且可叠加若干种外层包胶。

1.一种包胶模具,其特征在于,包括设有嵌槽的基座,基座的顶部设有一对滑块,分别置于嵌槽的两侧;动模覆盖滑块的顶部,与滑块和嵌槽构成模腔;所述滑块由基座内的丝杆通过转齿分别驱动;注塑孔通过动模接模腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包胶模具,其特征在于,所述嵌槽通过可更换的嵌块置于基座。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种包胶模具,其特征在于,所述动模内侧设有若干叠合的动块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种包胶模具,其特征在于,所述滑块底部设有刻度标。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种包胶模具,其特征在于,所述基座内置冷凝管,并设于嵌块底部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种包胶模具,其特征在于,所述注塑孔端部通过分向阀接若干进料管。
