A shape cutting process for raw materials of an octahedral arc-shaped end enclosure of a tank container of a railway intermodal vehicle comprises the following steps of 1: manufacturing a cutting support frame of a head manipulator; step 2: positioning the blank; and step 3: drawing the cutting driving track position of the manipulator; and 4, step 4: programming and cutting; and 5: shielding a non-working area; step 6: completing cutting preparation; and 7: polishing; and 8: and measuring the size. The invention can shorten cutting time, prolong rice cutting time and improve working efficiency. With the cutting of the cutting extension rice, the polishing workload of the oxide skin is correspondingly reduced, the labor intensity of manual operation is reduced, and the labor cost is reduced. step 1: manufacturing a head mechanical arm cutting support frame: the cutting support frame consists of support frame legs, support frame cross braces, forming positioning blocks and a support frame panel. and 4, step 4: programming and cutting: according to the drawn cutting travel track of the manipulator, programming is carried out by using programming handles of the left manipulator and the right manipulator respectively, the left manipulator is responsible for cutting work from the left edge to the middle point of the blank, the right manipulator is responsible for cutting work from the middle point to the right edge, programming is carried out according to the sequence, and interference of the two manipulators during simultaneous cutting is avoided;
and 5: shielding a non-working area: after programming, a protective film is used for shielding a non-working area of the plate to avoid splashing, soot and dust from polluting other parts;
step 6: completing the cutting preparation: opening the manipulator, completing cutting preparation work, igniting and cutting, and driving the manipulator according to a pre-programmed track;
and 7: polishing: after cutting, polishing a heat affected zone of the section of the plate by using a millennium grinding wheel until the natural color of metal is leaked from the section;
and 8: measuring the size: and measuring whether the size meets the requirement after grinding.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the cutting time is shortened, and the working efficiency is improved.

and step 3: drawing the cutting driving track position of the manipulator: in view of the characteristics that a manipulator needs to perform point drawing, line drawing and programming for the first time when cutting parts, and the first part can be directly used after being cut to be qualified, the steps of point drawing, line drawing and programming need to be performed in the first production, a cutting line drawing template is used for drawing lines on a blank placed on a support frame, the line drawing template is pre-programmed by using a computer CAD program, the CAD-drawn blank is led into a numerical control plasma cutting machine for pre-cutting and manufacturing, after the template is finished, the left two edges of the template are aligned with the edges of the blank, and a 0.5mm paint pen is used for drawing a track position on the blank to be cut and driven by the manipulator;
and 4, step 4: programming and cutting: according to the drawn cutting travel track of the manipulator, programming is carried out by using programming handles of the left manipulator and the right manipulator respectively, the left manipulator is responsible for cutting work from the left edge to the middle point of the blank, the right manipulator is responsible for cutting work from the middle point to the right edge, programming is carried out according to the sequence, and interference of the two manipulators during simultaneous cutting is avoided;

and step 3: drawing the cutting driving track position of the manipulator: in view of the characteristics that a manipulator needs to perform point drawing, line drawing and programming for the first time when cutting parts, and the program can be directly used after the first piece is qualified, the steps of point drawing, line drawing and programming are only needed to be performed during the first production, a cut-shape line drawing template is used for drawing lines on a blank placed on a support frame, the line drawing template is pre-programmed by using a computer CAD program, the CAD-drawn blank is led into a numerical control plasma cutting machine for pre-cutting and manufacturing, after the template is finished, the upper edge and the left edge of the template are aligned with the edge of the blank, and a paint pen is used for drawing the track position, which is about to be cut and driven, of the manipulator on the blank;
and 4, step 4: programming and cutting: according to the drawn cutting travelling track of the manipulator, programming is respectively carried out by using a left manipulator programming handle and a right manipulator programming handle, the left manipulator is responsible for cutting work from the left edge to the middle point of the blank, the right manipulator is responsible for cutting work from the middle point to the right edge, programming is carried out according to the sequence, and interference of the two manipulators during simultaneous cutting is avoided;
and 5: shielding a non-working area: after programming is finished, a protective film is used for shielding a non-working area of the plate, so that soot is prevented from polluting other parts;
step 6: completing the cutting preparation: opening the manipulator, completing cutting preparation work, igniting and cutting, and driving the manipulator according to a pre-programmed track;
