Preferably, the fermentation monitoring system further comprises a prompter 11, and if the fermentation value reaches a preset threshold value, the control processor 10 outputs a prompt signal to the prompter 11, and the prompter 11 outputs a prompt to a user. The preset threshold is 50-100%, and in this embodiment may be set to 100%, and the prompter 11 may be a voice prompt or a visual prompt for outputting information. If the fermentation value reaches the preset threshold value, the control processor 10 outputs a prompt signal to the prompter 11, and the prompter 11 gives a prompt.
Preferably, the first fermentation chamber 5 is provided with a vent valve 12, the vent valve 12 is connected with the control processor 10, the control processor 10 outputs a vent signal to the vent valve 12 at intervals of a preset time, and the vent valve 12 receiving the vent signal is opened. The preset time can be set to be one week or any time, the processor 10 is controlled to output ventilation signals to the ventilation valve 12 at intervals of the preset time, and the ventilation valve 12 can be automatically opened for ventilation.

the processing cavity (3) is used for carrying out solid-liquid separation on the kitchen waste, the processing cavity (3) outputs the solid kitchen waste to the first fermentation cavity (5) through the third channel (51), and outputs the liquid kitchen waste to the second fermentation cavity (6) through the fourth channel (62);
the first storage cavity (7) is connected with the harmless cavity (4), and the first storage cavity (7) stores an enzyme for decomposing grease; the second storage cavity (8) is connected with the first fermentation cavity (5), and the second storage cavity (8) stores enzymes for fermenting solid kitchen wastes; the third material storage cavity (9) is connected with the second fermentation cavity (6), and enzyme for decomposing organic matters in water is stored in the third material storage cavity (9);
the liquid detection device (61) is connected with the control processor (10), and the liquid detection device (61) is arranged in the second fermentation cavity (6); the liquid detection device (61) is used for detecting the organic matter content of the liquid kitchen waste in the second fermentation cavity (6), and the liquid detection device (61) is arranged on the inner wall of the second fermentation cavity (6) and is in contact with the liquid kitchen waste in the second fermentation cavity (6); the second fermentation cavity (6) is also provided with an automatic water outlet (63), and the automatic water outlet (63) is connected with the control processor (10); if the liquid detection device (61) detects that the liquid kitchen waste in the second fermentation cavity (6) reaches the discharge standard, a discharge signal is output to the control processor (10), and the control processor (10) outputs an opening signal to the automatic water outlet (63);
a fermentation detection device (54) is arranged in the first fermentation cavity (5), the fermentation detection device (54) is connected with the control processor (10), and the fermentation detection device (54) detects the fermentation state and converts the fermentation state into a fermentation value to be output to the control processor (10);
if the fermentation value reaches a preset threshold value, the control processor (10) outputs a prompt signal to the prompter (11), and the prompter (11) outputs a prompt to a user.

The environment-friendly kitchen waste recycling device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a harmless chamber (4), a first fermentation chamber (5), and a second fermentation chamber (6) in which a first volume detection member (42), a second volume detection member (52), and a third volume detection member (64) are respectively disposed, wherein the first volume detection member (42), the second volume detection member (52), and the third volume detection member (64) are respectively connected to the control processor (10) and output the contents stored in the harmless chamber (4), the first fermentation chamber (5), and the second fermentation chamber (6) to the control processor (10).

The environment-friendly kitchen waste recycling device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a release valve, wherein the release valve comprises a first release valve (71), a second release valve (81) and a third release valve (91), which are respectively connected to the control processor (10); the first release valve (71) is arranged at the joint of the harmless cavity (4) and the first storage cavity (7), the second release valve (81) is arranged at the joint of the first fermentation cavity (5) and the second storage cavity (8), and the third release valve (91) is arranged at the joint of the second fermentation cavity (6) and the third storage cavity (9).

An environment-friendly kitchen waste recycling and processing device according to claim 1, further comprising a limiting valve, wherein the limiting valve comprises a first limiting valve (42), a second limiting valve (32), a third limiting valve (53), and a fourth limiting valve (65); the first channel (41) is provided with a first limiting valve (42), the second channel (31) is provided with a second limiting valve (32), the third channel (51) is provided with a third limiting valve (53), the fourth channel (62) is provided with a fourth limiting valve (65), and the first limiting valve (42), the second limiting valve (32), the third limiting valve (53) and the fourth limiting valve (65) are connected with the control processor (10).
