Step S3: oil-water separation and grease recovery: starting an oil-water separator, carrying out oil-water separation on the liquid garbage in the step S2, discharging the separated oil into an oil recovery tank through an oil outlet of the oil-water separator, and storing for later use; and the separated wastewater is discharged into a municipal sewage pipe network through a sewage discharge port of the oil-water separator.
