本发明涉及家畜养殖技术领域,公开了一种伪狂犬病免疫方法,通过对免疫对象进行鉴别;当对母猪群进行免疫时,对母猪群免疫1次猪伪狂犬活疫苗,4周后免疫1次灭活苗作为组免疫,一年免疫三组的免疫程序;当对仔猪进行免疫时,仔猪在出生时滴鼻1ML伪狂犬弱毒苗,63日龄和90日龄各肌注一次伪狂犬弱毒苗。本发明的免疫规程合理,成本低,可有效预防伪狂犬病,同时采用病毒检测与预防相结合的方式,实现母猪全群和仔猪伪狂犬病毒的检测、预防与淘汰,从而实现猪群伪狂犬病毒的净化。

技术领域
本发明涉及家畜养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种伪狂犬病免疫方法。
背景技术
伪狂犬病是当前猪场最常见的传染病之一,给养猪场造成严重的经济损失。伪狂犬病可引起猪的繁殖障碍,新生仔猪神经症状以及高死亡率,生长育肥猪主要表现为呼吸系统症状,严重影响猪群的生产性能,降低经济效益。因此,急需一种行之有效的伪狂犬病免疫方法。
发明内容
本发明提供一种伪狂犬病免疫方法,解决伪狂犬病严重影响猪群的生产性能,降低经济效益,急需一种行之有效的伪狂犬病免疫方法的技术问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种伪狂犬病免疫方法,包括:
对免疫对象进行鉴别;
当对母猪群进行免疫时,对母猪群免疫1次猪伪狂犬活疫苗,4周后免疫 1次灭活苗作为组免疫,一年免疫三组的免疫程序;
当对仔猪进行免疫时,仔猪在出生时滴鼻1ML伪狂犬弱毒苗,63日龄和 90日龄各肌注一次伪狂犬弱毒苗。
本发明的免疫规程合理,成本低,可有效预防伪狂犬病,同时采用病毒检测与预防相结合的方式,实现母猪全群和仔猪伪狂犬病毒的检测、预防与淘汰,从而实现猪群伪狂犬病毒的净化。

本发明实施例提供了一种伪狂犬病免疫方法,包括:
对免疫对象进行鉴别;
当对母猪群进行免疫时,对母猪群免疫1次猪伪狂犬活疫苗,4周后免疫 1次灭活苗作为组免疫,一年免疫三组的免疫程序;
当对仔猪进行免疫时,仔猪在出生时滴鼻1ML伪狂犬弱毒苗,63日龄和 90日龄各肌注一次伪狂犬弱毒苗。
其中,猪伪狂犬活疫苗为基因缺失或弱毒疫苗。猪伪狂犬活疫苗为二联苗,仔猪的日龄为63天,免疫剂量均为0.5~1.0头份/头。仔猪的日龄为90天,免疫剂量均为1.5~2.0头份/头。
为了实现母猪全群和仔猪伪狂犬病毒的检测,每隔7日对母猪群进行一次伪狂犬病检测,并淘汰检测为阳性的母猪;每隔3日对仔猪进行一次伪狂犬病检测,并淘汰检测为阳性的仔猪。
本发明采用病毒检测与预防相结合的方式,实现母猪全群和仔猪伪狂犬病毒的检测、预防与淘汰,从而实现猪群伪狂犬病毒的净化。

1.一种伪狂犬病免疫方法,其特征在于,包括:
对免疫对象进行鉴别;
当对母猪群进行免疫时,对母猪群免疫1次猪伪狂犬活疫苗,4周后免疫1次灭活苗作为组免疫,一年免疫三组的免疫程序;
当对仔猪进行免疫时,仔猪在出生时滴鼻1ML伪狂犬弱毒苗,63日龄和90日龄各肌注一次伪狂犬弱毒苗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的伪狂犬病免疫方法,其特征在于,猪伪狂犬活疫苗为基因缺失或弱毒疫苗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的伪狂犬病免疫方法,其特征在于,猪伪狂犬活疫苗为二联苗,仔猪的日龄为63天,免疫剂量均为0.5~1.0头份/头。
4.根据权利要求3所述的伪狂犬病免疫方法,其特征在于,仔猪的日龄为90天,免疫剂量均为1.5~2.0头份/头。
5.根据权利要求4所述的伪狂犬病免疫方法,其特征在于,每隔7日对母猪群进行一次伪狂犬病检测,并淘汰检测为阳性的母猪;每隔3日对仔猪进行一次伪狂犬病检测,并淘汰检测为阳性的仔猪。
