本发明公开了一种10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料配方,涉及动物饲料技术领域,用于解决现有母猪仔猪饲料换料次数多导致仔猪成活率降低等技术问题,本发明母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料原料及其质量份数为:所述35%蛋白膨化大豆18‑22份、秘鲁鱼粉8‑12份、全脂奶粉8‑12份、酵母蛋白粉8‑12份、50%蛋白发酵豆粕15‑20份、碳酸氢钙6‑10份、碳酸钙6‑10份、氯化钠3‑6份、腐殖酸钠3‑6份、0.5%复合预混料4‑6份、30%丁酸钠预混料1‑2份,所述0.5%复合预混料包括质量份数分别为0.2‑0.5份维生素预混料和7‑8份微量元素预混料。本发明为母猪和乳猪一体化饲养饲料,仔猪断奶后直接饲喂到保育结束,无需再换料减少断奶换料应激疾病,解决母猪仔猪断奶后必须换用乳猪饲料的问题,提高猪崽成活率。

在禽畜的养殖技术领域,饲料是其中一个重要的部分。基于不同类型的禽畜,饲料的偏向也会不同,如哺乳母猪饲料与乳猪饲料就各有偏重。母猪仔猪阶段是母猪一生中快速生长阶段。仔猪阶段的快速、健康生长,对猪场经济效益的改善,育肥期实现良好生长,奠定了坚实的基础。仔猪阶段是猪消化生理功能及免疫系统逐步发育完善、成熟的阶段,因此,此阶段对饲料品质的要求很高。
目前,随着养殖业向规模化、标准化方向的快速发展,人们愈来愈重视提高母猪的生产性能及仔猪成活率来提高养殖业的经济效益。浓缩饲料又称为蛋白质补充饲料,是由蛋白质饲料、矿物质饲料及添加剂预混料配制而成的配合饲料半成品。浓缩饲料不能直接用于饲喂畜禽,必须再加入一定比例的能量饲料,才能构成满足畜禽营养需要的全价配合饲料。浓缩饲料因其使用方便、便于运输等优点得到养殖户的青睐。目前,浓缩饲料已经广泛应用于猪的养殖中。
由于猪在不同生长阶段需要喂养的饲料类型有所不同,现有的母猪和仔猪喂养饲料主要是采用分阶段式的饲喂,母猪采用普通哺乳母猪料饲养,仔猪则采用教槽料饲喂到断奶后10天再换保育料饲喂至30千克。但环境的恶化、疫病、复杂断奶换料应激疾病(比如腹泻、死亡等),使母猪的生产性达不到其潜力,乳猪成活率较低,因此,急需一种能够供母猪仔猪同食的功能性抗应激饲料,减少换料次数、改善母猪的生理机能、减少仔猪断奶综合征的发生,提高乳猪成活率,极大地改善养猪业的效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决现有母猪仔猪饲料换料次数多导致猪崽成活率降低等技术问题,本发明提供一种10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料配方。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:
一种10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料配方,所述通用型浓缩饲料原料及其质量份数为:所述35%蛋白膨化大豆18-22份、秘鲁鱼粉8-12份、全脂奶粉8-12份、酵母蛋白粉8-12份、50%蛋白发酵豆粕15-20份、碳酸氢钙6-10份、碳酸钙6-10份、氯化钠3-6份、腐殖酸钠3-6份、0.5%复合预混料4-6份、30%丁酸钠预混料1-2份,所述0.5%复合预混料包括质量份数分别为0.2-0.5份维生素预混料和7-8份微量元素预混料。
优选地,所述维生素预混料每千克中包括以下重量份数的组分:维生素A1:14.4-81份、维生素D3:0.1-0.125份、维生素E:12.6-13份、维生素B1:6.4-7.2份、维生素K3:7.2-8.4份、维生素B2:15.6-17份、维生素B6:7.2-8.4份、维生素B12:0.08-0.09份、烟酰胺:86-90份、泛酸钙:43-48份、叶酸:6.6-7.6份、生物素:0.8-0.9份。
优选地,所述微量元素预混料每千克中包括以下重量份数的组分:25%硫酸铜0.8-1.2份、31%硫酸亚铁3-4份、31.5%硫酸锰1-3份、30%硫酸锌3-4份、1%亚硒酸钠0.1-0.5份、5%碘化钾0.1-0.3份、氯化钠4-5份、抗氧化剂0.5份、沸石粉载体15-20份。
优选地,所述30%丁酸钠预混料每千克中包括以下重量分数的组分:30%丁酸钠7-10份、淀粉2-5份和稻壳1-2份。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料配方是一种母仔一体化饲养饲料,可供断奶前10天的母猪和仔猪同时使用,仔猪断奶后直接饲喂到保育结束(体重30千克),无需再换料减少断奶换料应激疾病,可提高仔猪成活率,解决了母猪仔猪断奶后必须换用乳猪饲料的问题。
2、本发明10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料配方组合物以秘鲁鱼粉、发酵豆粕、膨化大豆为主,保证母猪主要的蛋白来源,配合添加有全脂奶粉,亲乳性原料与营养接近母乳,便于仔猪提前进食饲料无须再换料,使母猪早日恢复体能给下一个生产周期打下良好基础。
3、本发明通用型浓缩饲料原料内添加有丁酸钠,由于早期断奶仔猪由于消化系统发育不成熟,消化酶系统不健全,胃酸分泌不足,断奶时母体提供的抗体停止而自身的主要免疫系统未完善,对疾病和应激抵抗能力下降加上受生理环境营养应激等因素影响导致仔猪食欲差、消化不良、生长抑制、饲料利用率低、腹泻甚至死亡。丁酸钠的添加可以促进仔猪肠道发育、增强免疫力、提高生产性能、防治下痢等功能性饲料添加剂,改善猪的肠道能量提供环境,便于产后恢复发情准时。
4、采用本发明10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料配方喂养的仔猪平均日进食量和日增重均明显增加,料肉比降低,改善仔猪的食欲差,消化不良,生长抑制,也解决了仔猪断奶后换用乳猪饲料的带来的应激因素(如腹泻),使仔猪便于进食饲料,显著提高了猪只养殖的经济效益。

普通哺乳母猪饲料配方采用双胞胎(集团)股份有限公司公开授权的产品哺乳母猪饲料配方,该哺乳母猪料每100份由以下原料按重量配比组成:玉米59份、豆粕23份、膨化豆粕14份、鱼粉2.3份、赖氨酸0.04份、蛋氨酸0.03份、苏氨酸0.03份、缬氨酸0.03份、磷酸氢钙0.15份、碳酸钙0.13份、预混料1.29份;预混料每100份由以下成分按质量配比组成:中草药粉10份、通草粉5份、魔芋多糖9份、党参3份、硫酸铜0.02份、硫酸锌0.03份、硫酸亚铁0.07份、硫酸锰0.02份、维生素A0.04份、维生素D30.05份、维生素K30.03份、维生素B120.05份、生物素0.05份、植酸酶0.03份、叶酸0.03份、β-胡萝卜素0.05份,其余为载体,载体为沸石粉、玉米芯粉和稻壳粉按质量比1:3:3组成。
仔猪教槽料配方采用漳州傲农牧业科技有限公司公开授权的产品仔猪用教槽料配方,该教槽料由以下成分组成:膨化玉米87.7kg/T-338.2kg/T、膨化大米100kg/T-350kg/T、去皮豆粕70kg/T-90kg/T、膨化大豆50kg/T-110kg/T、深海鲱鱼粉40kg/T、喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉30kg/T、喷雾干燥甜乳清粉200kg/T、乳糖25kg/T、蔗糖35kg/T、代乳粉50kg/T、豆油25kg/T、磷酸氢钙14kg/T、赖氨酸14kg/T、蛋氨酸1.2kg/T、苏氨酸1.2kg/T、氧化锌2.5kg/T、甘氨酸铁0.1kg/T、丁酸钠1.5kg/T、甜叶菊渣0.1-0.6kg/T、防霉剂1kg/T、抗氧化剂0.2kg/T、酸化剂1kg/T、FP1050.5kg/T、乳猪预混剂10kg/T。

仔猪采用教槽料饲喂到断奶后10天再换保育料饲喂至30千克,保育料配方采用河南商都生物技术股份有限公司公开授权的无抗生素仔猪保育料配方,保育料的原料重量百分比组成如下:基础料44%,膨化玉米11%,小麦23%,速能乳脂2.2%,豆粕2%,发酵豆粕5.2%,乳清粉2.8%,复合酵母0.7%,大米蛋白粉5%,石粉0.3%,磷酸氢钙0.75%,赖氨酸0.68%,蛋氨酸0.02%,苏氨酸0.24%,氯化胆碱0.12%,液体植酸酶0.02%,液体木聚糖酶0.03%,酸化剂0.32%,丁酸钠0.12%,预混料1.5%。
所述基础料的重量百分组成如下:东北玉米63%,小麦11%,豆油2%,膨化大豆11%,豆粕10%,石粉1.2%,磷酸氢钙1.8%。
所述预混料由以下原料按其在保育料中的重量百分比配比组成:复合维生素0.06%,复合微量元素0.13%,仔猪复合酶制剂0.13%,5000IU植酸酶0.017%,复合益生素0.13%,碱式氯化铜0.008%,甘氨酸亚铁0.009%,佳乐美锌0.095%,净力安0.02%,添佳安肽0.01%,甜味剂0.02%,抗氧化剂0.007%,食盐0.37%,味精0.054%,载体0.44%;甜味剂为蔗糖,所述的抗氧化剂为乙氧基喹啉。

实验:
为了验证本发明10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料配方的饲用效果,公司相关部门进行了实验,选取实验地点为河南省林州荷花种猪场,实验时间为2017年4月30日-2017年7月10日,为期72天,实验选取产后10天哺乳母猪40窝(每窝均为10头)带仔猪400头,每头猪崽的平均体重为2.3公斤,随机分成4组实验,包括对照组A组(分为2组,分别为A1组和A2组)和实验组B组(2组,分别为B1组和B2组),对照组A组的饲养饲料采用对比例中提供的分阶段饲料配方,即母猪和仔猪分开饲养的饲料配方,母猪采用对比例中普通哺乳母猪料饲养,仔猪采用对比例中教槽料饲喂到断奶后10天再换对比例的保育料饲喂至30千克,实验组B组采用本发明制备的10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料。考虑到猪场规模比较大,人工湿喂劳动强度太大,因此,本实验中对照组和实验组的饲喂方式均为饲料配合后干喂,具体喂养情况见表1所示:

对照组A组中母猪采用普通哺乳母猪料,仔猪采用教槽料饲喂到断奶后10天再换保育料饲喂至30千克;实验组B组中B1组和B2组均采用本实施例1-4中的10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料配方进行分别实验,实验结果如表2所示:

为了清楚的表示本发明实验组10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料配方的饲用效果,如表3所示:

由表2和表3可知,对比组A组(包括400头母猪+400头仔猪,平均每头2.3公斤)中,母猪采用普通哺乳母猪料喂养,仔猪采用教槽料饲喂到断奶后10天再换保育料饲喂至30千克,A组中母猪和仔猪的合计腹泻总数为85头,占A组猪崽总数的21.25%,合计死亡14头,占A组猪崽总数的3.5%;实验组B组(包括400头母猪+400头仔猪,平均每头2.3公斤)母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料采用实施例1-4的配方喂养,合计腹泻总数为34头,占B组猪崽总数的8.5%,合计死亡8头,占B组猪崽总数的2%;腹泻率相对于对照组降低了12.75%,死亡率也降低了1.5%,由此可知,采用本发明的10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料配方喂养母猪和仔猪能够有效地降低断奶换料应激疾病(腹泻),并且提高仔猪成活率,解决了母猪仔猪断奶后必须换用乳猪饲料的问题,显著提高了猪养殖的经济效益。另一方面,由于在该通用型浓缩饲料中添加了丁酸钠,丁酸钠的添加缓解了母猪仔猪受生理环境营养应激等因素影响导致仔猪食欲差、消化不良、生长抑制、饲料利用率低,从而降低了腹泻率甚至死亡率。
此外,采用本发明实施例1-4的10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料喂养B组实验组中的400头仔猪72天,采用教槽料饲喂A组对照组中的400头仔猪到断奶后10天再换保育料饲喂至30千克喂养72天,平均日采食和日增重变化如表4所示:

通过表4可知,采用本发明10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料配方饲喂的仔猪与采用教槽料饲喂到断奶后10天再换保育料饲喂的仔猪对比,平均日进食量和日增重均明显增加,料肉比降低,即喂养的饲料少,但增长的肉增多,由此可知,采用本发明10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料能够改善仔猪的食欲差,消化不良,生长抑制,也解决了仔猪断奶后换用乳猪饲料的带来的应激因素(如腹泻),使仔猪便于进食饲料,显著提高了猪只养殖的经济效益。

1.一种10%母猪仔猪通用型浓缩饲料配方,其特征在于:所述通用型浓缩饲料原料及其质量份数为:所述35%蛋白膨化大豆18-22份、秘鲁鱼粉8-12份、全脂奶粉8-12份、酵母蛋白粉8-12份、50%蛋白发酵豆粕15-20份、碳酸氢钙6-10份、碳酸钙6-10份、氯化钠3-6份、腐殖酸钠3-6份、0.5%复合预混料4-6份、30%丁酸钠预混料1-2份,所述0.5%复合预混料包括质量份数分别为0.2-0.5份维生素预混料和7-8份微量元素预混料。
