本发明涉及于一种球阀,尤其涉及一种耐磨球阀。该球阀包括有阀体、阀盖、设于阀体上的介质进入通道、介质流出通道、连接介质进入通道与介质流出通道的连接腔,阀体的连接腔内设有密封球体及与密封球体联动连接的阀杆,阀杆与阀体之间通过支架连接,阀杆插入端与阀体之间设有填料组件,并且阀体内设有可与密封球体密封的阀座,所述阀杆插入末端与阀体之间设置阶梯密封装置,所述阀杆插入端的另一端上设置控制阀杆90度回转开关时的上下微量运动的控制机构,该控制机构促使阀杆提升使其插入末端与阀体之间达到密封。本发明有效的防止阀杆上介质渗出的形象,且结构简单,操作简便的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及于一种球阀,尤其涉及一种耐磨球阀。
背景技术
球阀为球体由阀杆带动,并绕阀杆的轴线作旋转运动的阀门。主要用于截断或接通管路中的介质,也可用于流体的调节与控制。
现有的球阀中往往会在阀杆出现流体渗出,且只是简单的在阀杆于阀体之间设置密封装置,由于经常开关使其密封效果极差。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种耐磨球阀。
本发明为实现上述目的而采取的技术方案为:
一种耐磨球阀,该球阀包括有阀体、阀盖、设于阀体上的介质进入通道、介质流出通道、连接介质进入通道与介质流出通道的连接腔,阀体的连接腔内设有密封球体及与密封球体联动连接的阀杆,阀杆与阀体之间通过支架连接,阀杆插入端与阀体之间设有填料组件,并且阀体内设有可与密封球体密封的阀座,所述阀杆插入末端与阀体之间设置阶梯密封装置,所述阀杆插入端的另一端上设置控制阀杆90度回转开关时的上下微量运动的控制机构,该控制机构促使阀杆提升使其插入末端与阀体之间达到密封。
作为进一步改进,所述的控制机构包括机架上设置导轨槽,所述阀杆上通过设置横销与导轨槽相连,所述阀杆通过90度回转开关时,由于具有向上驱动的导轨槽导致阀杆向上运动促使插入末端与阀体之间充分密封。
作为进一步改进,所述导轨槽的闭合位置的槽口直径大于横销直径,使其阀杆处于自由松动状态。
作为进一步改进,阶梯密封装置包括在阀杆插入末端上设置阶梯凸块,且在阶梯凸块与阀体的接触面上设置上密封面。
作为进一步改进,所述填料组件上设置有填料压盖,所述填料压盖与阀体之间通过锁紧螺栓相连,且锁紧螺栓与填料压盖之间设置填料加载弹簧。
作为进一步改进,所述阀体与阀盖之间设置高压弹性自密封环。
本发明有效的防止阀杆上介质渗出的形象,且结构简单,操作简便的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做个详细的说明。
如图1-4所示,一种耐磨球阀,该球阀包括有阀体1、阀盖2、设于阀体上的介质进入通道、介质流出通道、连接介质进入通道与介质流出通道的连接腔,阀体的连接腔内设有密封球体3及与密封球体联动连接的阀杆4,阀杆4与阀体1之间通过支架5连接,阀杆4插入端与阀体1之间设有填料组件6,并且阀体1内设有可与密封球体密封的阀座7,所述阀杆4插入末端与阀体之间设置阶梯密封装置,所述阀杆1插入端的另一端上设置控制阀杆90度回转开关时的上下微量运动的控制机构,该控制机构促使阀杆4提升使其插入末端与阀体1之间达到密封。
所述的控制机构包括机架5上设置导轨槽8,所述阀杆4上通过设置横销9与导轨槽8相连,所述阀杆4通过90度回转开关时,由于具有向上驱动的导轨槽导致阀杆向上运动促使插入末端与阀体之间充分密封。
所述导轨槽8的闭合位置的槽口直径大于横销直径,使其阀杆处于自由松动状态。
阶梯密封装置包括在阀杆4插入末端上设置阶梯凸块10,且在阶梯凸块10与阀体的接触面上设置上密封面11。
所述填料组件6上设置有填料压盖12,所述填料压盖12与阀体1之间通过锁紧螺栓相连,且锁紧螺栓与填料压盖之间设置填料加载弹簧13。
所述阀体1与阀盖2之间设置高压弹性自密封环14。

1.一种耐磨球阀,该球阀包括有阀体、阀盖、设于阀体上的介质进入通道、介质流出通道、连接介质进入通道与介质流出通道的连接腔,阀体的连接腔内设有密封球体及与密封球体联动连接的阀杆,阀杆与阀体之间通过支架连接,阀杆插入端与阀体之间设有填料组件,并且阀体内设有可与密封球体密封的阀座,其特征在于:所述阀杆插入末端与阀体之间设置阶梯密封装置,所述阀杆插入端的另一端上设置控制阀杆90度回转开关时的上下微量运动的控制机构,该控制机构促使阀杆提升使其插入末端与阀体之间达到密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨球阀,其特征在于:所述的控制机构包括机架上设置导轨槽,所述阀杆上通过设置横销与导轨槽相连,所述阀杆通过90度回转开关时,由于具有向上驱动的导轨槽导致阀杆向上运动促使插入末端与阀体之间充分密封。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐磨球阀,其特征在于:所述导轨槽的闭合位置的槽口直径大于横销直径,使其阀杆处于自由松动状态。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨球阀,其特征在于:阶梯密封装置包括在阀杆插入末端上设置阶梯凸块,且在阶梯凸块与阀体的接触面上设置上密封面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨球阀,其特征在于:所述填料组件上设置有填料压盖,所述填料压盖与阀体之间通过锁紧螺栓相连,且锁紧螺栓与填料压盖之间设置填料加载弹簧。
