本发明是属于冶金工程材料科学领域。
目前国内外一般都采用中碳钢或不锈钢制作自行车幅条钢丝,但是成本较高,且生产工艺复杂,中碳钢自行车幅条钢丝的工艺流程为:φ6.5mm中碳钢丝正火→剥壳、涂石灰、酸洗→拉拔到φ3.8mm→铅浴淬火→酸洗→拉到成品尺寸(φ2%-0.02,φ2.26%-0.02),从中可见,不仅生产工艺复杂,而且由于采用铅浴淬火,酸洗等工艺,易污染环境,采用不锈钢制作自行车幅条钢丝成本更高。
本发明的目的,是克服上述已有技术的缺点,提供一种制作工艺简单,价廉质优的新型自行车幅条钢丝。
本发明是利用轧后余热,采用直接轧后在线材双相区(α+γ)加速冷却来获得马氏体-铁素体双相线材,其实施途径为,将低碳钢线材,在高速线材机上热轧,经粗轧、终轧工艺后从吐丝机最后一道轧制出来的为φ6.5mm线材,在此过程中,用光电温度计及快速自动平衡显示记录仪测定线材在生产线上不同位置的温度,吐丝口的温度控制在1050℃~1100℃。当线材温度降到720℃~820℃时,在此温度段通过带有多组式喷头的冷却装置,对线材进行喷水强制冷却,水压可在0~6kg mm范围内任意调节,这样在高速线材生产线上即形成了具有良好综合机械性能的双相钢,其δb≥500MPa,δ5≥30%,然后拉拔到所需规格。
本发明工艺流程简单,从φ6.5mm线材直接拉拔到成品规格(φ22mm-0.02,φ2.26mm-0.02),可节省四道工序,因而具有节能高效的优点,而且由于采用低碳双相钢,其生产成本低廉,且生产过程中无公害,因此,有较大的经济效益和社会效益。

Claims (3)

1、一种热轧自行车幅条钢丝,其特征在于采用低碳钢线材在高速线材机上轧制后经双相处理直接拉拔而成。
2、按照权利要求1所述的热轧自行车幅条钢丝工艺,其特征在于当其冷却至720℃~820℃时,在生产线上采用对线材喷水进行强制冷却。
3、按照权利要求2所述的热轧自行车幅条钢丝工艺,其特征在于在生产线上采用多组式喷头冷却装置,当其喷水强制冷却时,水压可在0~6kg mm2范围内进行调节。
