Abstract
本发明公开一种提升肉牛肉质的饲养方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)按重量份计,将34‑40份新鲜笋壳、11‑15份新鲜水团花、19‑22份新鲜溪黄草、0.2‑0.5份茴香油、0.1‑0.3份甜菊糖混合均匀后,0.007‑0.009份乳酸菌接种剂,搅拌均匀后,密闭室温青贮20‑30天后,制得青贮饲料,将青贮饲料和青草按照质量比为1:8‑12的比例混合均匀后,制得牛饲料,在牛育肥期饲喂牛饲料,每天每头牛饲喂12‑16kg;(2)在每千克牛的饮用水中,加入80‑100g的营养剂。本发明提供的一种提升肉牛肉质的饲养方法,既能有效的加快肉牛的生长速度,又能有效的提升肉牛的肉质,进而有效的提升了养殖户的经济效益。

本发明属于肉牛养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种提升肉牛肉质的饲养方法。
背景技术
随着我国居民物质生活水平得到全面的提高,人们对动物制品和奶制品的需求量在不断的上升中,而养牛产业的发展满足了人们对肉制品和奶制品的需求。肉牛即肉用牛,是一类以生产牛肉为主的牛,特点是体躯丰满、增重快、饲料利用率高、产肉性能好,肉质口感好,肉牛不仅为人们提供肉用品,还为人们提供其他副食品,肉牛养殖的前景广阔。但是肉牛同时存在着肉质较差,极大地影响了肉牛养殖的经济效益。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种提升肉牛肉质的饲养方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种提升肉牛肉质的饲养方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将34-40份新鲜笋壳、11-15份新鲜水团花、19-22份新鲜溪黄草、0.2-0.5份茴香油、0.1-0.3份甜菊糖混合均匀后,0.007-0.009份乳酸菌接种剂,搅拌均匀后,密闭室温青贮20-30天后,制得青贮饲料,将青贮饲料和青草按照质量比为1:8-12的比例混合均匀后,制得牛饲料,在牛育肥期饲喂牛饲料,每天每头牛饲喂12-16kg;
(2)在每千克牛的饮用水中,加入80-100g的营养剂,其中营养剂由以下重量份的组分制成:刺玫果26-32份、赤芍11-14份、墨旱莲5-10份、芦荟13-16份、五加皮2-6份、水120-140份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,乳酸菌接种剂主要成分为植物乳杆菌和乳酸片球菌,活菌总数≥1×109cfu。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,营养剂采用以下方法制成:将水煮沸后,然后向其中依次加入刺玫果、赤芍、墨旱莲、芦荟、五加皮,采用小火继续煎煮30-40min后,过滤得滤液,然后将滤液冷却至室温后,制得营养剂。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种提升肉牛肉质的饲养方法,既能有效的加快肉牛的生长速度,又能有效的提升肉牛的肉质,进而有效的提升了养殖户的经济效益。其中,步骤(1)中制得的牛饲料,可有效的提升肉牛肉质中氨基酸的含量,进而有效的提升了牛肉的口感,并且能提升牛肉的保水性能,延长牛肉的保质期;步骤(2)中提供的营养剂,可有效的提升牛肉的紧密度,提升牛肉的咀嚼性能和适口性。

实施例1
一种提升肉牛肉质的饲养方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将34份新鲜笋壳、11份新鲜水团花、19份新鲜溪黄草、0.2份茴香油、0.1份甜菊糖混合均匀后,0.007份乳酸菌接种剂,搅拌均匀后,密闭室温青贮20天后,制得青贮饲料,将青贮饲料和青草按照质量比为1:8的比例混合均匀后,制得牛饲料,在牛育肥期饲喂牛饲料,每天每头牛饲喂12kg;
(2)在每千克牛的饮用水中,加入80g的营养剂,其中营养剂由以下重量份的组分制成:刺玫果26份、赤芍11份、墨旱莲5份、芦荟13份、五加皮2份、水120份。

(2)在每千克牛的饮用水中,加入90g的营养剂,其中营养剂由以下重量份的组分制成:刺玫果28份、赤芍13份、墨旱莲8份、芦荟14份、五加皮4份、水130份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,乳酸菌接种剂主要成分为植物乳杆菌和乳酸片球菌,活菌总数≥1×109cfu。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,营养剂采用以下方法制成:将水煮沸后,然后向其中依次加入刺玫果、赤芍、墨旱莲、芦荟、五加皮,采用小火继续煎煮35min后,过滤得滤液,然后将滤液冷却至室温后,制得营养剂。
实施例3
一种提升肉牛肉质的饲养方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将40份新鲜笋壳、15份新鲜水团花、22份新鲜溪黄草、0.5份茴香油、0.3份甜菊糖混合均匀后,0.009份乳酸菌接种剂,搅拌均匀后,密闭室温青贮30天后,制得青贮饲料,将青贮饲料和青草按照质量比为1:12的比例混合均匀后,制得牛饲料,在牛育肥期饲喂牛饲料,每天每头牛饲喂16kg;
(2)在每千克牛的饮用水中,加入100g的营养剂,其中营养剂由以下重量份的组分制成:刺玫果32份、赤芍14份、墨旱莲10份、芦荟16份、五加皮6份、水140份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,乳酸菌接种剂主要成分为植物乳杆菌和乳酸片球菌,活菌总数≥1×109cfu。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,营养剂采用以下方法制成:将水煮沸后,然后向其中依次加入刺玫果、赤芍、墨旱莲、芦荟、五加皮,采用小火继续煎煮40min后,过滤得滤液,然后将滤液冷却至室温后,制得营养剂。

(1)按重量份计,将34-40份新鲜笋壳、11-15份新鲜水团花、19-22份新鲜溪黄草、0.2-0.5份茴香油、0.1-0.3份甜菊糖混合均匀后,0.007-0.009份乳酸菌接种剂,搅拌均匀后,密闭室温青贮20-30天后,制得青贮饲料,将青贮饲料和青草按照质量比为1:8-12的比例混合均匀后,制得牛饲料,在牛育肥期饲喂牛饲料,每天每头牛饲喂12-16kg;
(2)在每千克牛的饮用水中,加入80-100g的营养剂,其中营养剂由以下重量份的组分制成:刺玫果26-32份、赤芍11-14份、墨旱莲5-10份、芦荟13-16份、五加皮2-6份、水120-140份。
