The secondary water tank 126 comprises a tank bottom 127, an upper circumferential surface 128 and an upper lateral surface 129, the tank bottom 127 is formed by downwards sinking the upper surface of the edge ring 12, one side edge of the tank bottom 127 close to the placement area 14 is connected with the outer circumferential surface 123, and the inner wall of the secondary water tank 126 far away from the direction of the outer circumferential surface 123 is respectively formed into two upper lateral surfaces 129 opposite in position and one upper circumferential surface 128 simultaneously connected with the two upper lateral surfaces 129.
As shown in the figure, the length of the upper circumferential surface 128 is equal to the shortest distance between the two upper lateral surfaces 129 and the shortest distance between the two outer lateral surfaces 124, respectively, so that the water throwing groove 121 and the secondary water groove 126 are connected, and then a stepped groove structure is formed on the edge ring 12.
The edge ring 12 at the connection between the upper circumferential surface 128 and the upper lateral surface 129 is provided with a three-stage water flow hole 130 penetrating through the edge ring 12, and the center line of the three-stage water flow hole 130 and the vertical end surface where the outer lateral surface 124 is located, the center line of the two-stage water flow hole 125 and the vertical end surface where the upper lateral surface 129 is located are located on the same vertical longitudinal surface.
The connecting strip 13 comprises a bottom connecting strip 131 and a top connecting strip 132, wherein two ends of the bottom connecting strip 131 are respectively connected with the outer peripheral surface of the central disc 11 and the inner peripheral surface of the edge ring 12, the top connecting strip 132 and the bottom connecting strip 131 are integrally formed, and two ends of the top connecting strip 132 respectively extend to the upper surface of the central disc 11 and the upper surface of the edge ring 12.
The top tie 132 has a thickness at least greater than the thickness of the slide.
The central disc 11 is provided with pressing sheets with the same number as the placement areas 14, the pressing sheets 7 are arranged on the central disc 11 between the two connecting strips 13, and the pressing sheets 7 extend to the upper portion of the water concave groove 111 towards the placement areas 14.
As shown in fig. 10, the bearing set 32 includes two bearings 33 arranged up and down along the axial direction of the transmission shaft 31, bearing seats 34 are provided at the outer sides of the two bearings 33, the bearings 33 are embedded in the bearing seats 34, the upper end surface of the bearing seats 34 is fixedly connected with the top plate 41, a through hole 35 is provided in the middle of the bearing seats 34, and the diameter of the through hole 35 is larger than the diameter of the inner ring of the bearing 33;
The transmission shaft 31 comprises a transmission block 311, a transition block 312 and a shaft connection block 313 which are sequentially connected, the transmission block 311 is connected with the slide fixing turntable 1, and a bearing 33 is sleeved on the shaft connection block 313.
The transmission shaft 31 further comprises an insertion block 314, two ends of the insertion block 314 are respectively connected with the transition block 312 and the shaft block 313, the insertion block 314 integrally extends into the central hole 44, the lower surface of the insertion block 314 and the lower surface of the top plate 41 are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the two bearings 33 are positioned below the top plate 41.
The diameters of the driving block 311, the transition block 312, the insertion block 314 and the shaft block 313 are sequentially reduced.
The lower surface of the insertion block 314 is coupled with the upper surface of the inner ring of the bearing 33 adjacent thereto in a pressed manner.
When the bearing seat 34 is fixedly connected with the top plate 41, the upper surface of the outer ring of the bearing 33 positioned above and inside the bearing seat 34 is connected with the top plate 41 at the periphery of the central hole 44 in a pressing mode.
The transmission shaft 31 further comprises a protruding block 315, one end of the protruding block 315 is connected with the shaft block 313, and the other end of the protruding block 315 protrudes downwards from the through hole 35 on the bearing seat 34.
A locking ring 316 is sleeved on the protruding block 315, the upper surface of the locking ring 316 is connected with the lower surface of the inner ring of the bearing 33 positioned below the bearing seat 34 in a pressing manner, and the outer diameter of the locking ring 316 is smaller than the diameter of the through hole 35.
The driving turntable 51 is connected with the extending block 315 in a key way, the driving turntable 51 is connected with the driving device 52 through belt transmission, the driving device 52 is like a motor, and the like, the transmission block 311 is connected with the slide fixing turntable 1 in a key way, the slide fixing turntable 1 is disc-shaped, and the transmission block 311 is simultaneously provided with a screw fixedly connected with the slide fixing turntable 1.
Further, under the drive of the driving device 52, the driving turntable 51 is driven to rotate by the belt transmission, the driving turntable 51 drives the extending block 315 to rotate, and then the whole transmission shaft 31 rotates under the support of the two bearings 33, so that the slide fixing turntable 1 rotates together in a connection state with the transmission shaft 31, and the running of the equipment is realized.
Further, for better explanation of the present embodiment, the following briefly describes the workflow of the apparatus of the present embodiment:
Placing a slide filled with thalli on a slide fixing rotary table, then starting equipment, stopping rotating the slide fixing rotary table when the slide passes through a dropping plate, dropping liquid, stopping the equipment and entering a dyeing stage, after the dyeing stage, stopping rotating the slide fixing rotary table when the slide fixing rotary table passes through a flushing hole, enabling water to flow out of the flushing hole, flushing the slide, stopping rotating the slide fixing rotary table until the thalli passes through a second dropping hole after one circle, performing secondary dyeing, and the like, and finishing gram dyeing after four times of dyeing flushing.
In the apparatus of this embodiment, twelve slides can be accommodated simultaneously and stained simultaneously or separately, with accurate results.
Variations and modifications to the above would be obvious to those of ordinary skill in the art to which the invention pertains, based on the foregoing disclosure and teachings. Therefore, the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, but some modifications and changes of the invention should be also included in the scope of the claims of the invention. In addition, although specific terms are used in the present specification, these terms are for convenience of description only and do not limit the present invention in any way.
Claims (6)
1. A multifunctional slide fixing turntable which is characterized in that: the slide fixing turntable comprises a central disk, an edge ring and a plurality of connecting strips which are connected with the central disk and the edge ring simultaneously, wherein the connecting strips are uniformly distributed along the radial direction of the slide fixing turntable, the slide fixing turntable is equally divided, a gap between any two connecting strips forms a placing area for placing a slide, the placing area is in a fan shape, and after the slide is placed in the placing area, two sides of the slide in the width direction and a space between adjacent connecting strips form a liquid leakage grabbing area;
The edge of the central disc is inwards sunken to form an inner concave water tank at a position corresponding to the placement area, two first supporting blocks are downwards sunken to form the central disc close to the edge positions of the two sides of the concave water tank, the two first supporting blocks are oppositely arranged, and a circumferential surface and a lateral surface are formed on the central disc above the first supporting blocks;
a first water flowing hole penetrating through the central disc is formed in the central disc at the joint of the circumferential surface and the lateral surface;
the inner side edge of the edge ring is recessed towards the inside of the edge ring at the position corresponding to the placement area to form a water throwing groove;
when the slide is placed on the first supporting block, two vertex angles close to one end of the central disc extend into the water flowing holes;
when the slide is placed on the first supporting block, the horizontal plane of the upper surface of the slide is lower than the vertical heights of the circumferential surface, the lateral surface and the concave trough;
Two second support blocks are formed by recessing downwards on edge rings close to the edge positions of the two sides of the water throwing groove, the two second support blocks are oppositely arranged, and an outer circumferential surface and an outer lateral surface are formed on the edge rings above the second support blocks;
A second water flowing hole penetrating through the edge ring is formed in the edge ring at the joint of the outer circumferential surface and the outer lateral surface, and when the slide is placed on the first supporting block, two vertex angles close to one end of the central disc extend into the water flowing hole;
The edge ring at the periphery of the water throwing groove is provided with secondary water grooves with the same number as the water throwing grooves, the secondary water grooves comprise groove bottoms, upper circumferential surfaces and upper lateral surfaces, the lengths of the upper circumferential surfaces are respectively equal to the shortest distance between the two upper lateral surfaces and the shortest distance between the two outer lateral surfaces, and after the water throwing grooves are connected with the secondary water grooves, the edge ring is formed into a stepped groove structure;
When the slide is placed on the second supporting block, the horizontal plane of the upper surface of the slide is flush with the outer circumferential surface, the outer lateral surface and the vertical height of the water throwing groove.
2. The multi-functional slide mounting carousel of claim 1, wherein: the secondary water tank is arranged on an edge ring around the water throwing tank in a mode of secondary liquid discharge and waste liquid throwing prevention;

A multi-functional slide mounting carousel as recited in claim 1 or 3, wherein: the connecting strip comprises a bottom connecting strip and a top connecting strip, wherein two ends of the bottom connecting strip are respectively connected with the outer peripheral surface of the central disc and the inner peripheral surface of the edge ring, the top connecting strip and the bottom connecting strip are integrally formed, and two ends of the top connecting strip extend to the upper surface of the central disc and the upper surface of the edge ring respectively.

The multi-functional slide mounting turntable of claim 5, wherein: the central disk is provided with pressing sheets with the same number as the placement areas, the pressing sheets are arranged on the central disk between the two connecting strips, and the pressing sheets extend to the upper part of the concave water tank towards the placement areas.
