技术领域
本发明涉及染料色浆制造技术领域,具体为一种环保分散型印花纳米染料色浆。
背景技术
目前国内在印染行业针对涤和化纤的印花着色所通用的水染方法,存在很多弊端:1.需要高温蒸花发色,浪费大量蒸汽能源。2.染料剂利用率低,浮色大,染料利用率在65%-70%,需要大量水洗,产生污水需要处理。3.使用蒸花机、水洗机浪费劳动力资源,每班需要4-6人。因此发明一种环保免水洗和蒸花的染料是非常有前景的。
发明内容
针对现有涤和化纤原料的染色剂存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保分散型印花纳米染料色浆。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种环保分散型印花纳米染料色浆,包括染料、A-20(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)、op-15(辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚)、s-80(失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸)、增稠剂、水,安装质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:所述染料25-40份,A-20取4-8份,所述op-15取1-4份,所述s-80取1-3份,将上述原料混合后升温至摄氏168度,保温2小时,然后将所述混合染料研磨至直径300-500nm,研磨完成后加入增稠剂0.1份,兑水至总计100份,调浆,检测合格即完成原料制备。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述环保分散型印花纳米染料色浆,按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:染料30份,A-20为6份,op-15取2份,s-80取1.5份,增稠剂0.1份,最终兑水至总计100份。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述环保分散型印花纳米染料色浆,按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:染料35份,A-20为8份,op-15取3份,s-80取2份,增稠剂0.1份,最终兑水至总计100份。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述环保分散型印花纳米染料色浆,按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:染料33份,A-20为4份,op-15取4份,s-80取3份,增稠剂0.1份,最终兑水至总计100份。
本发明技术方案的优点主要体现为:1.浅色无浮色,深色浮色较小,产品上色率在98%-100%,不用水洗,提高分散染料上色率,染色牢度较好。2.无需高温蒸花,节省能源及人力。3.印花色泽更鲜艳。4.无污水排放,5.节省人力费用。

1.一种环保分散型印花纳米染料色浆,其特征在于,包括:染料、A-20(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)、op-15(辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚)、s-80(失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸)、增稠剂、水,安装质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:所述染料25-40份,A-20取4-8份,所述op-15取1-4份,所述s-80取1-3份,将上述原料混合后升温至摄氏168度,保温2小时,然后将所述混合染料研磨至直径300-500nm,研磨完成后加入增稠剂0.1份,兑水至总计100份,调浆,检测合格即完成原料制备。
