本发明公开了一种长效半乳化铜拉丝液,由如下原料按重量份组成:复合磺酸钙基润滑脂18‑22份、季戊四醇异辛酸酯10‑15份、精炼矿物油20‑30份、偏苯三酸酯20‑25份、表面活性剂10‑20份,防锈剂10‑20份,助洗剂6‑8份、清洗剂6‑8份、防腐剂6‑8份、防霉剂4‑8份、助溶剂3‑7份、杀菌剂3‑7份、防氧化剂2‑6份、抗泡剂1‑2份。本发明制备的拉丝液环保高效、使用寿命长,极大的节约了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种拉丝液,具体是一种长效半乳化铜拉丝液。
背景技术
拉丝工艺是一种金属加工工艺,是指金属线材在压力作用下强行通过模具,获得所要求的截面积形状和尺寸的技术加工方法,而拉丝液则是拉丝工艺中必不可少的辅助剂,它主要的作用是在多种铜丝、铜丝多种线材的中拉、小拉、微细拉等拉丝、拉线工艺过程中起润滑作用,兼具保护线材、模具,达到良好的拉丝效果,拉丝液的品质直接影响到拉丝效果,性能优良的拉丝液可以很好的保护模具,减少线材断头、模具磨损现象,兼具防锈、冷却、清洗等作用,反之,则会严重影响拉丝质量;随着拉丝工艺的应用逐渐广泛,市场对拉丝液的品质需求越来越高,现有的拉丝液主要存在乳液稳定性差、腐蚀金属线材、能耗高、不易清洗等问题,制约着拉丝、拉拔质量,急需改进其配方和工艺,使其更为高效环保。

本发明提供了一种长效半乳化铜拉丝液,以解决上述技术问题。
一种长效半乳化铜拉丝液,由如下原料按重量份组成:复合磺酸钙基润滑脂18-22份、季戊四醇异辛酸酯10-15份、精炼矿物油20-30份、偏苯三酸酯20-25份、表面活性剂10-20份,防锈剂10-20份,助洗剂6-8份、清洗剂6-8份、防腐剂6-8份、防霉剂4-8份、助溶剂3-7份、杀菌剂3-7份、防氧化剂2-6份、抗泡剂1-2份。
优选的,所述的长效半乳化铜拉丝液,由如下原料按重量份组成:复合磺酸钙基润滑脂18份、季戊四醇异辛酸酯10份、精炼矿物油20份、偏苯三酸酯20份、表面活性剂10份,防锈剂10份,助洗剂6份、清洗剂6份、防腐剂6份、防霉剂4份、助溶剂3份、杀菌剂3份、防氧化剂2-份、抗泡剂1份。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的长效半乳化铜拉丝液的乳液稳定性能强,使用过程中不易受杂油的破坏;润滑和抗极压性能出众;具有良好的防锈性能,保护设备各部件及模具不易锈蚀;具有良好的清洗性和冲刷性能,帮助带出铜屑铜灰,保持模具油路系统的清洁和卫生;具有低发泡沫性能和良好的消泡功能,且本发明制备的拉丝液环保高效、使用寿命长,极大的节约了生产成本。

实施例1
一种长效半乳化铜拉丝液,由如下原料按重量份组成:复合磺酸钙基润滑脂18份、季戊四醇异辛酸酯10份、精炼矿物油20份、偏苯三酸酯20份、表面活性剂10份,防锈剂10份,助洗剂6份、清洗剂6份、防腐剂6份、防霉剂4份、助溶剂3份、杀菌剂3份、防氧化剂2-份、抗泡剂1份。
上述精炼矿物油为等粘度的石蜡基础油。
上述精炼矿物油还包括润滑性促进剂、气化抑制剂和极压剂。
实施例2
一种长效半乳化铜拉丝液,由如下原料按重量份组成:复合磺酸钙基润滑脂20份、季戊四醇异辛酸酯12.5份、精炼矿物油25份、偏苯三酸酯22.5份、表面活性剂15份,防锈剂15份,助洗剂7份、清洗剂7份、防腐剂7份、防霉剂6份、助溶剂5份、杀菌剂5份、防氧化剂4份、抗泡剂1.5份。
上述精炼矿物油为等粘度的石蜡基础油。
上述精炼矿物油还包括润滑性促进剂、气化抑制剂和极压剂。
实施例3
一种长效半乳化铜拉丝液,由如下原料按重量份组成:复合磺酸钙基润滑脂22份、季戊四醇异辛酸酯15份、精炼矿物油30份、偏苯三酸酯25份、表面活性剂20份,防锈剂20份,助洗剂8份、清洗剂8份、防腐剂8份、防霉剂8份、助溶剂7份、杀菌剂7份、防氧化剂6份、抗泡剂2份。
