Abstract
本发明涉及一种碳纤维复合隔音结构,包括外侧纤维增强复合材料层、第一阻尼层、泡沫夹芯吸声层、第二阻尼层以及内侧纤维增强复合材料层;从外到内依次为外侧纤维增强复合材料层、第一阻尼层、泡沫夹芯吸声层、第二阻尼层以及内侧纤维增强复合材料层;相邻的两层之间铺设片胶,整体在热压罐中一次粘接成型;第一阻尼层为约束阻尼片或者阻尼泥浆;第二阻尼层为约束阻尼片或者阻尼泥浆。本发明在保证结构其他性能的情况下制作简单而且隔音效果显著。经测试,本发明的碳纤维复合隔音结构隔音量可达30dB。本发明在保证结构力学性能以及其他特殊性能如防火阻燃、耐冲击以及耐腐蚀等要求的基础上,使得轨道车辆的隔音量得到有效提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔音结构,具体涉及一种保证结构其他性能的情况下制作简单而且隔音效果显著的适用于轨道车辆的碳纤维复合隔音结构。
背景技术
随着我国经济的不断增长,城市规模不断扩大,轨道交通行业得到飞速发展,轨道车辆的运营速度不断提高,对车辆的技术性能提出了更高的要求。在车辆轻量化已成为必然趋势的情况下,如何实现车辆轻量化与隔音降噪之间的平衡成为车辆设计及制造过程中的重点难点问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种保证结构其他性能的情况下制作简单而且隔音效果显著的适用于轨道车辆的碳纤维复合隔音结构。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种碳纤维复合隔音结构,所述碳纤维复合隔音结构包括:外侧纤维增强复合材料层、第一阻尼层、泡沫夹芯吸声层、第二阻尼层以及内侧纤维增强复合材料层;从外到内依次为外侧纤维增强复合材料层、第一阻尼层、泡沫夹芯吸声层、第二阻尼层以及内侧纤维增强复合材料层;相邻的两层之间铺设片胶,整体在热压罐中一次粘接成型;第一阻尼层为约束阻尼片或者阻尼泥浆;第二阻尼层为约束阻尼片或者阻尼泥浆。
在本发明的具体实施例子中,所述外侧纤维增强复合材料层和内侧纤维增强复合材料层的增强纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维中的一种或几种的混合物,其基体树脂为阻燃性环氧树脂。
在本发明的具体实施例子中,所述泡沫夹芯吸声层为密度75kg/m3的闭孔PMI阻燃泡沫。
在本发明的具体实施例子中,所述外侧纤维增强复合材料层的厚度范围为2~3mm。
在本发明的具体实施例子中,所述内侧纤维增强复合材料层的厚度范围为2~3mm。
在本发明的具体实施例子中,当第一阻尼层和第二阻尼层为约束阻尼片时,所述约束阻尼片厚度为2.0-2.5mm。
在本发明的具体实施例子中,当第一阻尼层和第二阻尼层为阻尼泥浆时,所述阻尼泥浆厚度为3.0-3.7mm。
在本发明的具体实施例子中,所述泡沫夹芯吸声层的厚度范围为58~78mm。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明提供的碳纤维复合隔音结构在保证结构其他性能的情况下制作简单而且隔音效果显著。经测试,本发明的碳纤维复合隔音结构隔音量可达30dB。本发明在保证结构力学性能以及其他特殊性能如防火阻燃、耐冲击以及耐腐蚀等要求的基础上,使得轨道车辆的隔音量得到有效提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图给出本发明较佳实施例,以详细说明本发明的技术方案。
图1为本发明装置的整体结构示意图,如图1所示:本发明提供的一种碳纤维复合隔音结构,包括外侧纤维增强复合材料层1、第一阻尼层2、泡沫夹芯吸声层3、第二阻尼层4以及内侧纤维增强复合材料层5;从外到内依次为外侧纤维增强复合材料层1、第一阻尼层2、泡沫夹芯吸声层3、第二阻尼层4以及内侧纤维增强复合材料层5;相邻的两层之间铺设片胶,整体在热压罐中一次粘接成型;第一阻尼层2为约束阻尼片或者阻尼泥浆;第二阻尼层4为约束阻尼片或者阻尼泥浆。
外侧纤维增强复合材料层1和内侧纤维增强复合材料层5的增强纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维中的一种或几种的混合物,其基体树脂为阻燃性环氧树脂。
在本发明中,泡沫夹芯吸声层3选为密度75kg/m3的闭孔PMI阻燃泡沫。在本发明中,外侧纤维增强复合材料层1的厚度范围选为2~3mm,内侧纤维增强复合材料层5的厚度范围选为2~3mm。
当第一阻尼层2和第二阻尼层4为约束阻尼片时,约束阻尼片厚度选为2.0-2.5mm。当第一阻尼层2和第二阻尼层4为阻尼泥浆时,阻尼泥浆厚度选为3.0-3.7mm。本发明中泡沫夹芯吸声层3的厚度范围选为58~78mm。
下面是具体的实施例子:
实施例一:
外侧纤维增强复合材料层1和内侧纤维增强复合材料层5二者的增强纤维均为碳纤维及玻璃纤维,其基体树脂为阻燃性环氧树脂,外侧纤维增强复合材料层1和内侧纤维增强复合材料层5二者厚度均为2mm。阻尼层为2.2mm约束阻尼片。而泡沫夹芯吸声层3选为78mm密度75kg/m3的闭孔PMI阻燃泡沫。各层之间铺设片胶,在热压罐中一次粘接成型。
实施例二:
外侧纤维增强复合材料层1和内侧纤维增强复合材料层5二者的增强纤维均为碳纤维及玻璃纤维,其基体树脂为阻燃性环氧树脂,外侧纤维增强复合材料层1和内侧纤维增强复合材料层5二者厚度均为3mm。阻尼层为3.3mm阻尼泥浆。而泡沫夹芯吸声层3选为58mm密度75kg/m3的闭孔PMI阻燃泡沫。各层之间铺设片胶,在热压罐中一次粘接成型。
实施例三:
外侧纤维增强复合材料层1和内侧纤维增强复合材料层5二者的增强纤维均为碳纤维及玻璃纤维,其基体树脂为阻燃性环氧树脂,外侧纤维增强复合材料层1和内侧纤维增强复合材料层5二者厚度均为2.5mm。阻尼层为3.3mm阻尼泥浆。而泡沫夹芯吸声层3选为68mm密度75kg/m3的闭孔PMI阻燃泡沫。各层之间铺设片胶,在热压罐中一次粘接成型。

1.一种碳纤维复合隔音结构,其特征在于:所述碳纤维复合隔音结构包括:外侧纤维增强复合材料层、第一阻尼层、泡沫夹芯吸声层、第二阻尼层以及内侧纤维增强复合材料层;从外到内依次为外侧纤维增强复合材料层、第一阻尼层、泡沫夹芯吸声层、第二阻尼层以及内侧纤维增强复合材料层;相邻的两层之间铺设片胶,整体在热压罐中一次粘接成型;第一阻尼层为约束阻尼片或者阻尼泥浆;第二阻尼层为约束阻尼片或者阻尼泥浆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合隔音结构,其特征在于:所述外侧纤维增强复合材料层和内侧纤维增强复合材料层的增强纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维中的一种或几种的混合物,其基体树脂为阻燃性环氧树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合隔音结构,其特征在于:所述泡沫夹芯吸声层为密度75kg/m3的闭孔PMI阻燃泡沫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合隔音结构,其特征在于:所述外侧纤维增强复合材料层的厚度范围为2~3mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合隔音结构,其特征在于:所述内侧纤维增强复合材料层的厚度范围为2~3mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合隔音结构,其特征在于:当第一阻尼层和第二阻尼层为约束阻尼片时,所述约束阻尼片厚度为2.0-2.5mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合隔音结构,其特征在于:当第一阻尼层和第二阻尼层为阻尼泥浆时,所述阻尼泥浆厚度为3.0-3.7mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合隔音结构,其特征在于:所述泡沫夹芯吸声层的厚度范围为58~78mm。
