本实施方案的特点为,工作台上表面设有切割机构,切割机构由设置在工作台上表面的一组一号滑轨、设置在每个一号滑轨上的一号电动小车、设置在一组一号电动小车上表面的龙门架、设置在龙门架横梁下表面上的横置滑轨、设置在横置滑轨上的二号电动小车、设置在二号电动小车下表面上的一号安装块、加工在一号安装块下表面中心处的一号圆形凹槽、设置在一号圆形凹槽内且伸缩端向下的一号液压缸、设置在一号液压缸伸缩端上的口形安装架、设置在口形安装架内下表面上且旋转端为水平方向旋转电机、设置在旋转电机旋转端上的切割片、分别设置在龙门架两支腿相对内侧表面上的竖直滑轨、设置在每个竖直滑轨上的三号电动小车、设置在每个三号电动小车侧表面的二号安装块、加工在每个二号安装块侧表面中心处的二号圆形凹槽、设置在每个二号圆形凹槽内且伸缩端为水平方向的一号电动推杆、设置在每个一号电动推杆伸缩端上的一号矩形安装板、分别加工在每个一号矩形安装板两侧表面上的三号圆形凹槽、设置在每个三号圆形凹槽内且伸缩端为水平方向的一号微型直线电机、设置在每个一号微型直线电机伸缩端上的连接杆和设置在每个连接杆一端面上的一号夹板共同构成的,工作台上表面且位于一组一号滑轨之间设有放置台,工作台上表面且位于放置台前方设有立杆,立杆上表面设有一号竖直安装板,一号竖直安装板前表面上设有控制器,工作台侧表面上设有市电接口,控制器电源接线端通过导线与市电接口相连接,控制器输出端通过导线分别与一号电动小车、二号电动小车、一号液压缸、旋转电机、三号电动小车、一号电动推杆和一号微型直线电机相连接,本装置操作简单,维护成本低,半自动化放置切割,固定能力强,解放了人力,提高了工作效率,减少了安全隐患,使用方便,新颖性强。
在本实施方案中,把钢管放到放置台上,装置通入电源,按动控制器上的按钮,装置启动,放置台前后表面上均设有二号竖直安装板,二号竖直安装板侧表面上的二号电动推杆水平伸缩,带动伸缩端上的固定板运动,固定板在二号电动推杆的作用下相互靠拢,然后把钢管夹紧,然后一号电动小车在一号滑轨上滑动,一组一号电动小车上表面的共同连接有龙门架,当其中一个一号电动小车侧表面上的红外线发射器发射出信号,防止台侧表面上的红外线接收器接收到信号,然后一号电动小车停止移动,龙门架两支腿相对内侧表面上设有竖直滑轨,三号电动小车在竖直滑轨上向下滑动,三号电动小车侧表面上的二号安装块内的一号电动推杆水平伸缩,带动伸缩端上的一号矩形安装板水平运动,一号矩形安装板两侧表面上的三号圆形凹槽内的一号微型直线电机水平伸缩,带动连接杆一端面上的一号夹板运动,然后把钢管夹住,夹住之后,二号电动小车在龙门架横梁下表面上的横置滑轨上左右滑动,二号电动小车下表面上的一号安装块内的一号液压缸向下伸缩,带动伸缩端上的口形安装架向下运动,口形安装架内的旋转电机旋转,带动旋转电机旋转端上的切割片旋转,然后给钢管两端进行切割,切割完之后,一号夹板把切割下来的废弃钢管夹走,保护了工作环境,工作台上表面且位于放置台后方设有L形安装架,四号电动小车在L形安装架横梁下表面上的二号滑轨上前后滑动,四号电动小车下表面上的三号安装块内的二号液压缸向下伸缩,带动伸缩端上的二号矩形安装板向下运动,二号矩形安装板两侧表面上设有三号竖直安装板,三号竖直安装板侧表面上均加工的六号圆形凹槽内的二号微型直线电机水平伸缩,带动伸缩端上的二号夹板运动,二号夹板把切割好的钢管夹走,装置操作完成,并且装置固定能力强,解放了人力,提高了工作效率,减少了安全隐患。

1.一种PVC管材切割装置,包括工作台(1),其特征在于,所述工作台(1)上表面设有切割机构,所述切割机构由设置在工作台(1)上表面的一组一号滑轨(2)、设置在每个一号滑轨(2)上的一号电动小车(3)、设置在一组一号电动小车(3)上表面的龙门架(4)、设置在龙门架(4)横梁下表面上的横置滑轨(5)、设置在横置滑轨(5)上的二号电动小车(40)、设置在二号电动小车(40)下表面上的一号安装块(6)、加工在一号安装块(6)下表面中心处的一号圆形凹槽、设置在一号圆形凹槽内且伸缩端向下的一号液压缸(7)、设置在一号液压缸(7)伸缩端上的口形安装架(8)、设置在口形安装架(8)内下表面上且旋转端为水平方向旋转电机(9)、设置在旋转电机(9)旋转端上的切割片(10)、分别设置在龙门架(4)两支腿相对内侧表面上的竖直滑轨(11)、设置在每个竖直滑轨(11)上的三号电动小车(12)、设置在每个三号电动小车(12)侧表面的二号安装块(13)、加工在每个二号安装块(13)侧表面中心处的二号圆形凹槽、设置在每个二号圆形凹槽内且伸缩端为水平方向的一号电动推杆(14)、设置在每个一号电动推杆(14)伸缩端上的一号矩形安装板(15)、分别加工在每个一号矩形安装板(15)两侧表面上的三号圆形凹槽、设置在每个三号圆形凹槽内且伸缩端为水平方向的一号微型直线电机(16)、设置在每个一号微型直线电机(16)伸缩端上的连接杆(17)和设置在每个连接杆(17)一端面上的一号夹板(18)共同构成的,所述工作台(1)上表面且位于一组一号滑轨(2)之间设有放置台(19),所述工作台(1)上表面且位于放置台(19)前方设有立杆(20),所述立杆(20)上表面设有一号竖直安装板(21),所述一号竖直安装板(21)前表面上设有控制器(22),所述工作台(1)侧表面上设有市电接口(23),所述控制器(22)电源接线端通过导线与市电接口(23)相连接,所述控制器(22)输出端通过导线分别与一号电动小车(3)、二号电动小车(40)、一号液压缸(7)、旋转电机(9)、三号电动小车(12)、一号电动推杆(14)和一号微型直线电机(16)相连接;所述放置台(19)前后表面上均设有二号竖直安装板(24),所述每个二号竖直安装板(24)侧表面上均加工有一组四号圆形凹槽,所述每个四号圆形凹槽内均设有伸缩端为水平方向的二号电动推杆(25),所述每个二号电动推杆(25)伸缩端上均设有固定板(26),所述控制器(22)输出端通过导线与二号电动推杆(25)相连接;所述工作台(1)上表面且位于放置台(19)后方设有L形安装架(27),所述L形安装架(27)横梁下表面上设有二号滑轨(28),所述二号滑轨(28)上设有四号电动小车(29),所述四号电动小车(29)下表面上设有三号安装块(30),所述三号安装块(30)下表面中心处加工有五号圆形凹槽,所述五号圆形凹槽内设有伸缩端向下的二号液压缸(31),所述二号液压缸(31)伸缩端上设有二号矩形安装板(32),所述二号矩形安装板(32)前后侧表面均设有三号竖直安装板(33),所述每个三号竖直安装板(33)侧表面上均加工有一组六号圆形凹槽,所述每个六号圆形凹槽内均设有伸缩端为水平方向的二号微型直线电机(34),所述每个二号微型直线电机(34)伸缩端上均设有二号夹板(35),所述控制器(22)输出端通过导线分别与四号电动小车(29)、二号液压缸(31)和二号微型直线电机(34)相连接。
